The helper was very inexperienced in hooking up trucks and trailers, needs a lot of training. But the manager double checked all of the hook ups before I left. Good man.

Location manager is horrible, I have done plenty of business with U-Haul and I will never deal with this location ever. Need to get rid of management end of story.

The new manager in the store is great. He has made alot of changes. It is alot better than it use to be.

Scheduled pickup by phone and was sent to a location 30 minutes away. Location did not have the trailer model I reserved. I will not use phone scheduling again as it was unreliable. Location staff offered me a larger trailer at the same price and repaired it on site when we discovered the wiring hardness was damaged. They went the extra mile and it's a shame they're not closer to me as I'd happily go back to work with them again.

This location needs to understand customers need. For example in my case I rented the pick up truck and a trailer. Few hours after I rented I came back and told the to park this truck and a trailer overnight and I will come back tomorrow morning and will pick up the truck and trailer and will return both equipment at the end of 24 hour which was the same afternoon. They said I can not do this, this is not the store policy, blaugh, blaugh, blaugh. After listening all of there non sense I ended up returning up both equipment just a few hours after the rental. They ruined my plan for the day, and I regretted just by thinking why I even went there “U Haual”. The way I feel now I wasted my money and did not complete my project on that day. Which I planned for weeks. I will never go back to U Haul and tell all my friends not to go to U Haul also.

There was no one at the location when we arrived. The location was to open at 9:00, no workers arrived until 10:05. I personally called the GM 5 times to no avail and had to contact corporate, who told me I would just have to wait until someone showed up. Multiple holds were put on my account, and as of 3 days later, I am being charged $113 more than I was told I would be. After an unenlightening chat with customer service, I was told that these charges “should drop, it just depends on how long they decide to take.” A statement that brings no solace, to say the least. The unprofessionalism is astounding, especially from such a large company. I was told I would be issued a refund of $50 day-of - today on the phone I was told that refund is under investigation. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would like for corporate or the GM to contact me to reach a resolve. To say the least, UHaul is not a corporation I will ever do business with again.

Found drugs behind passenger seat in a JH I rented for the day , 2 separate pill bottles. If caught by police the passenger would of got 10 years in prison . Lucky we didnt have contact with police and lucky i didnt dispute the payment . Really put people lives at risk by not cleaning the inside of the truck . Would of had a huge lawsuit on your hands, clean your trucks please

1st no elevator this should be on their website I would not have used this location if I knew they didn't have an elevator. 2nd the doors are ALWAYS locked even during business hours . I had to wait

They was not polite they forgot my Dowdy roller went back to get it I did not get it out of the storage went to move the stuff in the storage couldn't get in the storage. I asked the guy for 24 hours

Storage does not have a light in the unit. Unit was padlocked after being late by one day. Busy center that is understaff. The manager Gabriel is awesome and goes beyond his job description.
