I had no problem with the trailer. I have rented them before and will do so again My concern is with the trailer hitch that I purchased. I installed the ball and tightened it and installed it on my truck. After traveling 200 miles I pulled over to check my straps on the motorcycle and then the hitch. I was shocked when I saw that the nut was half way down the shaft. I was near a Lowe's store and was able to buy a wrench to retighten the nut. I resumed my trip and checked it again when I arrived in Texarkana and found that the nut was finger tight only again. I then stopped at a U Haul store and asked to use their tools to tighten the nut again. It was tightened again as tight as possible. 5 miles later it was loose again. I finally found a lock washer 1” in diameter by buying another ball at Ace Hardware. This has now fixed my problem. You have a significant problem with the hitch you are selling with only a flat washer. I could have had a tragic accident if I did not first check the ball. We needed a 4x7trailer that we reaero 2 weeks prior to moving. We were pressed for time and were easily accommodated when one wasn't available. We were impressed by their efficiency and by how easy it was to get it and to return it 4 states away. Uhaul will always have our business.

solo utilicé mi storage por 15 días, lo dejé tal y como lo encontré, y semanas después recibo una llamada donde me dicen que tengo una mora por continuar el uso del mismo, expliqué que yo no lo estaba usando, que solo lo usé por 15 días y me llevé todas mis pertenencias, que estaban equivocados, me dicen que el storage está cerrado con candado y que es mi responsabilidad, les repito que no puede ser porque ya me había retirado semanas atrás, que verifiquen en sus camaras de seguridad, les describí incluso la persona que estaba en la oficina y que me atendió, y aún así siguieron insistiendo en que yo lo seguía ocupando, este problema se extendió por meses tanto así que yo renté en marzo y estamos en septiembre y hace unos días recibí otra llamada cobrándome por todo éste tiempo, así que aparte de la molestia que me han causado, pues me he sentido acosada por ésta gente que trabaja en el lugar, quiénes me han dicho que se va a resolver el problema y semanas después volvían a llamarme por lo mismo, cuando el problema lo tienen ellos entre ellos mismos y por sus errores me han causado un problema a mi persona así que decepcionada, molesta y acosada es poco para lo que podría decir de ésta empresa y principalmente les diría que tienen un gran problema de registro ente quienes rentan y quienes se fueron del lugar. espero realmente que éste problema haya quedado resuelto tras tanto tiempo!

Excellent service. The equipment was there and on time. When I warned the person I checked out with that I may have a hard time getting it back exactly when scheduled, she allowed me to bypass the normal U-Haul "voice mail hell" system and gave me a number to text for faster communication. Impressive, and I will indefinably request this location for pickup in the future.

The staff at the location was excellent, the only complaint I have regarding the truch the ramp was not in the truck, not sure why it states on the description under truck it had a ramp. I was moving a washer and dryer and other bedroom stuff it was very hard to have to lift those things . I had to hire some guys to help me so that was extra money on me,

Well, from what I saw and experienced today at this location, there's really nothing that I would change. The representative that signed me up was nice. And when I brought the truck back, I'm assuming the guy was maybe a manager of some sort, he acknowledged me and said that the lady that signs people out will be with me in just a second, and she was. And she was very nice, pleasant. Keep up the good work.

The reason I wouldn't because there cleaning solution on the gas pedal and break pedal. That does make any sense at all to put a slippery substance on a break and gas pedal. I can see the steering wheel and dash board the gas pedal and break pedal NO AND THAT IS DUMB.....DANGEROUS

They go out of their way to mine personal data before they will tell if if your vehicle is compatible with their "Tow with any car" trailers. Drivers lic, cell phone, alternate phone, neighbor's name, address, email confirmation, credit card and once they've collected all that data they then tell you your Ford Explorer isn't compatible. I've never seen a company so abusive in the collection of sensitive personal data. Which leads me to believe they are selling it to crooks.

The wiring on the first trailer was broken and did not work. All was well With the actual trailer I took off site. Maintenance is required. Otherwise the staff was absolutely wonderful to work with.

The odometer was recorded wrong and the attendant was unwilling to do the walk around with me or my wife to verify any previous damages to the truck and didn't verify in front of us the odometer, but had us sign a contract without allowing us the opportunity to verify the information on the sign-out sheet. Only after we signed would she permit us the key to the truck and was very dismissive of attitude. Now we are being wrongfully charged for the extra mileage we didn't use, almost 1300 more miles than our actual trip turned out to be. I will not be paying the extra charge.

I reserved my 10' Uhaul to be picked up from 3220 Farm to Market 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77068 Terrace Oaks location and when I get there to pick up the lady up front is telling me that I need to pickup from the Veterans Memorial location and I'm just confused because that's not where I reserved it from. At no point did anyone call me and inform me about this information nor' did I receive an email about these inconvenient changes. Well when I look on my phone after driving away from Terrace Oaks I look at my reservation online and it's telling me to pickup from TERRACE OAKS LOCATION.. so I drove back. I get there and now there's another let up front. I believe her name is Connie McKee. Well she was rude from the moment I walked in. She made me wait while she read something posted on the wall and nobody was in there store but me. Then she says, “Go tell that lady outside that you're here and she'll take care of you.” I explain to her what happened even I first came in for my reservation at 10am and she begins to explain if she doesn't have it then she can't help me. I'm explaining to her I picked that location to pickup from for a reason, for my convenience. Well she says you have to pick up from Veterans. So I'm walking away upset because why wasn't I informed about this prior to 10am which was my reservation time?!!! I said I didn't understand why my reservation was moved to my spouse and she VERY RUDELY raised her voice and said, IF I DONT HAVE IT IM NOT HELPING YOU!!” I turn back around and tel her how poor her customer service is and she has one job, one priority!!! CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! And she says to me, “I don't have to deal with idiots.” So anybody who disrespects me will get disrespected right back. I kindly told her, “Fuck you Bitch.” She didn't try to make the situation better from the moment I explained the situation. I'd even asked her if there was a 15' to rent and she just didn't want to help me. I've worked in retail and customer service for 9 years of my life and I've never in my career treated any of my customers with the kind of disrespect she gave me. I paid for miles I didn't plan on paying because I'd picked terrace oaks for my convenience. Thank the lord I had this experience at 3220 Farm to Market 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77068 I'll never go back to that location!! FUCK YOU CONNIE ????
