Customer service was great. However, the wait was long due to only 1 employee working and many customers. The truck was filthy and smelled bad. I addressed it with the employee and he did tell me the truck had not been cleaned. This is not acceptable. I use the 26' truck for my balloon business. I was embarrassed when I delivered the balloons to my client's place of business as the smell from the truck carried on to the balloons. This location should have more than 1 employee scheduled on a shift.Charley I.

The vehicle that we reserved was not there when we arrived. The gentleman behind the counter did provide us with another vehicle that was somewhat hard to describe in a few words other than a giant piece of crap and very unacceptable interior had to of spent two hours cleaning the inside just so we could use it for our church function. To whom it may concern,Â I reserved a 26' truck for today at 10:30am at the Richey and 45 North Freeway location. When I got there the system was down (which is understandable) but the truck I reserved was not there because the young lady told me it is still in the shop being repaired. That's unacceptable. Why would the system let me reserve a truck that's not even functional let alone available. I was directed to call corporate to get find a truck myself. (Not good business etiquette). So I did and to no avail to my situation their system was also down. The agent there told me he would call me back when the system becomes available. Two hours later nothing. I ended up calling them back myself and the system was working now they referred me to another location (Veterans) with an available 26' truck. The problem is I reserved the truck at 10:30am because that's the time I paid the movers to move me. This caused me to pay for 2 hours that wasn't towards actually moving.Â Now, in all fairness I would like to be reimbursed for the loss of money and time due to no fault of my own.Â Here's my reservation number 23351719 My cell is 8328736343 I look forward to speaking to someone in regards to this matter.ÂPamela R.

Good experience, no complaints. The only thing I want to share feedback on is the inability to speak to an agent directly , I left my sunglasses and my Nike hat in the truck, I tried to call the site and the calls are directed to an automated system with no options for speaking to an agent about lost and found article.I wnet back the next day I found my sunglasses under the seat but my Nike akull cap said find me.PAUL K.

The lady asked me if I needed more than 50 miles for this rental and it was confused me because since I reserved this truck I informed everyone that it was one way going to Beaumont. I even gave her the final address of 1550 Pine St Beaumont TX. She then asked how many miles total would I need and I said 175, so she added it to the total bill, which is fine.JOSE R.

The manager is very customer focused and is clearly dedicated. She was there when I rented the equipment and worked hard to get me processed quickly and also checked me in upon my return with the same dedication. It is clear she has a strong work ethic and cares about her job and the customer. I have rented from U- Haul several times and from several locations and this is the best yet. I will drive much further than the closest option when I need a U-Haul due to this higher level of service.Justin W.

solo utilicé mi storage por 15 días, lo dejé tal y como lo encontré, y semanas después recibo una llamada donde me dicen que tengo una mora por continuar el uso del mismo, expliqué que yo no lo estaba usando, que solo lo usé por 15 días y me llevé todas mis pertenencias, que estaban equivocados, me dicen que el storage está cerrado con candado y que es mi responsabilidad, les repito que no puede ser porque ya me había retirado semanas atrás, que verifiquen en sus camaras de seguridad, les describí incluso la persona que estaba en la oficina y que me atendió, y aún así siguieron insistiendo en que yo lo seguía ocupando, este problema se extendió por meses tanto así que yo renté en marzo y estamos en septiembre y hace unos días recibí otra llamada cobrándome por todo éste tiempo, así que aparte de la molestia que me han causado, pues me he sentido acosada por ésta gente que trabaja en el lugar, quiénes me han dicho que se va a resolver el problema y semanas después volvían a llamarme por lo mismo, cuando el problema lo tienen ellos entre ellos mismos y por sus errores me han causado un problema a mi persona así que decepcionada, molesta y acosada es poco para lo que podría decir de ésta empresa y principalmente les diría que tienen un gran problema de registro ente quienes rentan y quienes se fueron del lugar. espero realmente que éste problema haya quedado resuelto tras tanto tiempo!Lucy M. | Overall Experience
