I did not get the equipment needed for the move, could not reach by phone, went to another Uhaul and they couldn't do anything. Had to wait to the next day which was an big inconvenience. I'm did the same day move in online and it indicated that we had access until 10:00 p.m. but the manager of this facility was very rude in informing everyone that he was not going to open the side door after 5:00 p.m. for a week waiting on parts....... Needless to say I had to carry everything upstairs to the third floor on foot hardly any carts very rude gentleman tell me with a full car as I pull up that I cannot have access to my storage due to the elevator being out of service. I returned my rental to the location indicated on my contract. I was advised that I needed to drop off at another location. So I went there, helped by the manager, then directed back to the original location. I asked the manager, could she just not accept the return here, since I had already driven around town. She said no, there was nothing she could do for me, then proceeded to take her personal call on her personal cell phone. UNPROFESSIONAL! again, I drove back to original store, wasted a total of an hour and a half getting the run around and charged for the mileage going back and forth.MARIA S.

The representative at the location was rude with me as soon as I walked in the door all the way to the phone call to check the vehicle back in. The vehicle maintenance was not well kept. The check engine light was on and the vehicle shutdown at a red light with a full load. Fortunately after 30 minutes it was able to turn back on. I called the service center to request roadside assistance and was left on hold for 30 minutes. I also attempted to submit a request online but it would not submit.Andres P.
The truck I drove there from Michigan was rejected by the location so I lost my free month special for my storage unit. Although uhaul in Michigan informed me that I can drop off at this location both my truck and my trailer. There were no large storage units at the nearest uhaul for me to select. I am very unhappy that both locations are uhaul companies and my special was not honored. My pickup location misinformed me and I had to pay $200 for my first month in order to unload the truck. I would like uhaul to credit my second month for the mishap on their end. Not only did it cost me $2500 for a one way and auto transport, I spent money above my budget. The rep who checked in ,y storage refused to also give me two keys for the storage even after I explained to him that my husband and I will not always be together and will need access. I really feel like uhaul can do better. I would like to be contacted by leadership with some sort of resolution to my concerns. Personel professional. Computer system horrible. Cost me 1 1/2 hours of paid labor. Right mirror broken which almost caused multiple accidents. Truck had less than 1/8 tank of gas and gas empty indictor light was on when I took possession of truck. Received a Call that the vehicle was not able to be located after overnight key drop. Vehicle was in plain sight within 20 feet of key drop location. Embarrassing is the only word to describe my experience. Should be refunded entirety of rental fee as using U-haul cost me more than that in this move. I will be posting experience to Yelp and other social media. Again, staff was professional and doing the best they could with the horrible system they had to work with.Robert W.

I didn't work directly with the personel at this location because I did the 24/7 pickup but the experience was horrible! So many issues. It took me over 2 hours amd 30 minutes, multiple calls with Uhaul phone reps just to get the code for the lock. I lost money because I was not able to move on time. Stood outside for hours trying to pickup. Manager walked right past me and didn't offer any help because maybe it was after hours, but the number they have listed is for after hours to the manager and that was going straight for voicemail. Went the next day to pickup my truck and the assistant manager basically admitted that the general manager said he was going to wait for my call to give me the code and keys for the vehicle. The manager of this facility went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. There was a uhaul.com glitch that prevented them from getting us the van that we had reserved. Out of their control. But, he went in an rented us the next largest vehicle at the same price. Great guyJeffrey P.
I patronized this location in January with no issues & was very happy with the service . Unfortunately, yesterday was not a repeat occurrence. I waited over 30 mins for my truck to be â€œcleanedâ€ despite having made a reservation several days prior. The gas tank was below 3/4 full and there was a low tire pressure sensor that had not been dealt with. Also the key fob battery was dead. I would not have normally been too concerned about these matters, however on this particular day I was driving a bit of a distance and I didn't want to worry about a tire getting flat on my journey or something else going wrong since it seemed like the truck was not thoroughly checked or serviced recently. I was told this location is under new management so I understand some slight hiccups associated with that. However, I won't be utilizing this location again if this is the precedent that is being set.Chelsea H.

This question is for the corporate office, but I would like to know why my order 22727242 got canceled. I placed this order a day or two before I needed the van, but when I arrived at the location I could not find the order in my app. Additionally, no email was sent to me. Specifically he said Mother F...er 3 times, and retarded 2 times in the 5 minutes i was waiting for him to finish with another customer. This is unacceptable behavior from anyone working a service desk. I cannot see going back to this location again.
