THONG TThis place has a bunch of rude ignorant employees and managers . Not very helpful at all . Not accommodating at all. Overall not a pleasant experience and I will not return to this location for any of my future moving needs and I’ll make sure none of my friends and family go to this location either . Yall need help.
Jasmine S | Overall ExperienceI had book the equipment for 7pm when I got there the lady was like they are already close but then a guy said I should check the box. Also there was a lot of debris on the equipment, I think it could be cleaner otherwise from that it was a easy process.

TYREE RThere were some unhoused people at the equipment drop off area at night and it made it feel unsafe.
SHERROD CThe individual who dropped off my box went out of the way to return to my house the next day and drop off boxes, wrap, and a padlock that didn't arrive with the box.
SHAWN CMy move out date was the 10th NOT the 14th. They also charged me for dried up mud that was already in the U haul when I got it. The items in my unit were also infested with mice. There was no food in there or trash whatsoever.
CHARLES B | Overall ExperienceWhen I picked up rental the person that rented vehicle was checking in 2 other people at the same time. The person was not able to give me her full attention as I was the first one, she asked me to scoot over while she took care of other guests. The person did not explain where the vehicle was parked, and I had to come back in twice as i could not locate the vehicle. The person told me to look for the attendant outside. When I finally found vehicle, it was between 2 other vehicles so i could not pull out and had to wait for the attendant to show up and then move the vehicle. The vehicle had a heavy smell of smoke. I will NEVER rent from this location again. Horrible customer service and experience not much better.

SHARON JMy unit was infested with mice, and the odor of mildew was overbearing. I had to throw away a great deal of my belongings because of the rodents and mildew/mold smell in all my fabrics. My sofa which is not even a year old ruined. That was a $1700 sectional. Countless clothes had to thrown away. When I obtained this horrific storage unit I spoken to at the time nice women about my situation. I was being illegally evicted. Me and my kids were legit homeless. I lost my job, I lost everything. Then to open my unit to what I did, and having to get rid of so many of my belongings was just utter heartbreak. I don’t have money to replace these things. Almost all of my son’s clothes had to be thrown away. The mice made a nest in them and the babies died. So now my baby is unfortunately out of clothes. We have no sofa or coats towels blankets etc. And what makes this whole ordeal even worse is the staff. I have NEVER in my LIFE experienced such poor customer service ever. On move out day the women behind the counter had music on way too loud, then did not even acknowledge me. When I asked my question she did not even respond. How does a place like that stay in business treating people so poorly? The site manager at this location is a very nice gentleman, and the one or two interactions I had with him he was kind and helpful. He just has an awful staff. I will never recommend this place to even my worse enemy. Horrible horrible horrible.

GREGORY SDidn’t appreciate the mystery phone call about who had things stored in my unit or if I was the only one with a key. Ultimately it was a rouse to cover up the fact that they made a mistake on the rental contract and had no idea what unit they had rented to me.

RICHARD KThe truck I got was dirty on the handle and in the cupholders. The inside smelled like marijuana. The staff is okay but they are always multitasking and it makes them more distracted. The employees are nice though, so it makes up for everything else.

To begin while I admit I was late for my pick up when I told the cashier this she simply said my res was canceled and that they had no truck for me. Just for me to go outside make a new reservation 15 minutes after I arrived for the same equipment and like a miracle they had a truck. After returning the vehicle early this location has called me multiple times saying I haven't returned the equipment which I have. Just to get a call at 730 in the morning and when I returned the call was meet with attitude saying that no one called me but I have the missed call to prove it. This location and its employees are trash.

WENCESLAO RA customer service agent at the location I had to deal with, renting a van, failed to clearly explain my rental would need me to return the van back to the same rental location. As a result I had to pay double the fee as a wrong destination charge when I dropped the car at a different location. What is astounding is she printed the contract and used a highlighter to mark 11 different places on it and ran me thru those before she had me sign on a screen. None of that said the car had to be returned back to the same location. Had she mentioned that, I would not have rented the van. What is more disappointing is later I took the time to call and complain to the customer service office and managed to get a complaint file created. But, I never heard back from anyone in two weeks. When I called back to follow up after two weeks, I was told the complaint case was dismissed and closed. I was told the assistant manager said the agent was with them for 20 years and wouldn't fail to mention the fact that the rental was not one way. So, my questions: what is the point of opening a complaint ticket if there is no action to follow it up? How can a manager dismiss such viable complaint at will without reaching out to the affected customer? I just had the case open again and looking forward to see where this goes. More to come.
YOHANNES SI would say the lady Mrs. Keshia made our move very easy she's really professional and cares about the customers and her job she needs a raise ,truly wonderful Person i would highly recommend any persons wanting to rent /storage with Uhaul talk to Mrs. Keshia an she will make sure you are well took care of with exceptional care
ASHLEY BEmployees could care more and try to be friendly. They were too busy on their social media to look up at customer and try to help. Instead just said you need to give the person outside the key. Although I waited outside for 10 minutes and no one outside, told the person inside this and they said they are around somewhere just wait. Will never use this U-Haul facility again. I also tried calling to extend and instead of I’m sorry we can’t, it was a no you can’t and must bring it back today. U-Haul needs to overhaul this branch asap.

hercules mRoaches were found in the truck when we picked up. Our truck was schedule for self check in and was not ready for our pick up time. Staff forgot to put dolly in the truck. Workers behind the counter were rude and unserious. When truck was dropped off after the move exits were blocked and could barely navigate around the randomly place trucks. Worst experience at a uhaul.

MINNETT SLocation seemed understaffed and the woman helping me had to stop multiple times to take very long from call from people with storage unit problems. I would up finding and hooking up equipment myself because the yardman was busy with other customers. I got the feeling this was very normal at this location.
CARL KI got a truck that had low tire pressure. I think because it's getting cold outside the pressure was low in the morning when I picked it up. I recommend checking that for future customers

TA'KITA BI scheduled 6am for my pickup time at this location. I had used the mobile app understanding fully that this would be a self-service experience. I arrived with friends who had all committed to the early morning pickup. Upon locating the 15’ truck assigned to me, we realized it was impossible to drive out of the lot. There were trucks parked behind it, in front of it, and next to it with no space for maneuvering. We called the help line and we’re out in a hold pattern without assistance. I left and re-scheduled the truck for 11am calling a service agent who was incredibly helpful. When I arrived for the second time that day, I explained to the customer service agent what had happened. She was somewhat apologetic but explained that they had no way of knowing how people would park vehicles when returning them. On the bright side, I was able to rent a different truck and accomplish what I had set out to do. Nonetheless, it adversely impacted my day and U-haul did nothing to compensate me for my time, frustration, or overall inconvenience. There must be a better way to facilitate this kind of request or at least not offer it.

YVETTE BI was supposed to pick up my reservation at 8am with the 24/7 pickup. However. Upon arrival and checking in, I got a message that there was not a vehicle assigned to my reservation and that I needed to call. When I called, after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, it was confirmed that a truck was not assigned to my reservation. The phone representative assigned a truck and told me that since a truck wasn't assigned, the keys were not left out for 24/7 pick up and that I would have to wait until 9am for thr location to open to obtain the keys. Once the store opened, the counter associated proceeded to tell me that it was MY FAULT for the error because I was late picking up the vehicle. I explained that I was not late and instead had to wait on hold for customer service because a truck wasn't assigned to my reservation and then had to wait for the store to open because there were no keys left in the lockbox. He insisted that it was my fault for being late. His attitude was atrocious. He didn't so much as apologize for the inconvenience. By the time I was able to get the truck, it was an hour and a half after my reservation time and an hour and a half of my movers sitting around unable to do anything. I had to pay them for their time sitting around thanks to Uhaul. In addition, despite putting gas in the truck, I was charged a fuel surcharge!!! Avoid this location and Uhaul as a whole!!!
NATOSHA FI dropped my uhaul off on Wednesday morning, however it wasn’t checked in until Friday causing me to be charged for 2 additional days of rental and insurance. I called and they informed me that they would make the correction and issue a refund, however that never happened.
Taana Dan increase in staffing would reduce the time it takes to pick up a trailer. The staff that were there were very good.

Valerie HUnfortunately the units were dark. Did not have good light source in the unit they looked like small caves. The price for the unit I had was not very budget friendly. I got a promo on move in for using a Uhaul vehicle. The site was convenient but not budget friendly. The late fee and number of red overlocks i saw on the day i moved out was very telling.

I rented this trailer because there is no truck that can accommodate 4 passengers. Above all, it was a nice experience. UHUAL, please 🙏🏽 it’s very possible to build a 4 seater truck. Consider those with kids without an option of leaving 1 or 2 kids behind while everyone else get into the truck and there is no AC at the back of the truck. If you are providing DI
gift e | Overall ExperienceI tried to reserve a truck online and added the storage unit to the order. I did not have the option to select a location for the storage unit and it automatically went to the location. I called asking for a refund and to reserve the correct location and have not received one yet. I looked online and it said that I already moved into the storage unit when I had purchased it the same day.
Paloma H | Online Move InWhile I did the early check in to obtain a free lock online by providing a selfie and my drivers license, I was told that I would need to buy a lock when I arrived to the storage facility in person. I also had to change the type of unit I had, because I did not know ahead of time that I would have to go upstairs (without use of an elevator) with furniture. When I upgraded the unit, I did not know how much it would cost. There was no 8x10 unit. There was either 8x8 or 8x12 unit. There was a mouse trap in the storage unit. The staff asked if I was sure I wanted to remove it, since there could be an infestation in the unit due to food. I did not pack any food with my stuff. I needed the space for my stuff, and the unit itself after the fact was $154. There were a lot of markings on the walls of the unit. For the amount of money charged per month, I would think that it would be a nicer storage unit. The staff was really friendly and helpful, though.

Or mouse ?? .. we pulled my dresser out an found a nursery of pink mice delivered in my Brandnew dresser, for which the dresser had to be disposed of , some of my clothing had to be disposed of because it was used as a restroom , boxes was filled with mice drooping , an my possession smell like pure SH*T … an because of that reason ! My new home has a strange Oder due to thee amount of mice dropping that is in my possessions, this is unacceptable, please contact me about this Matter asap! I’m super angry of this ! Because all of my possessions smell like mice Droppings , an when I put my things into your storage unit , my possessions wasn’t damaged at all !

I paid a full month June 23 and moved out June 26. If the unit is rented after the 26 to someone else then your being paid twice for the same unit which is not legal. I was told that that wasn't done at that facility. Please explain this to me. Thank you
