I almost stepped in but I needed a rental truck. He criticized her to a coworker in my presence then proceeded to criticize her when she came in the store minutes later. I will NEVER use this location again. If sure the Florissant location manager approves of this behavior as the culture of that store because the employee proceeded to tell the customer to " call my manager and leave my store or ill call the police". He gave me racist vibes

ERNEST HI tried using the online self check in and it simply wasn’t worth it for me. I feel as though it would’ve been easier to reserve a truck and have an associate help me because that’s what had to happen after my truck from the app was sent out by an associate before or maybe right after it was assigned to me.

DORIS HThey allowed the truck to be returned and was inspected upon return on 11/04/2024. 3 months later I received a letter stating that there was damage to the mirror, and it needed to be paid for. It was not damaged upon drop off.
Donnika FGetting my box the first time was fine. Mary was very informative and friendly. I had an issue receiving my box bc I scheduled it to arrive on a Saturday and picked up on Sunday, but they had down Sunday instead and pick up Monday. There was some sort of miscommunication and could have proved to be very problematic for not just me but the party helping me.

lacreisha m | First ImpressionsI’m highly disappointed with the staff member on duty Tuesday evening of 2/21/23 around 6:30pm. I made reservation hold online and didn’t accept the company insurance. Upon completion it asked that I provide my renters insurance information when I come in. I came to store with it on this night, b/c I wouldn’t be present or available Wednesday morning 2/23 when mover was bringing my items. He also took 2 IDs along with Insurance. Wednesday morning I being disturbed by numerous calls saying I don’t have a reservation and this a Store Manager. Extremely illiterate employee and waste of time and gas, trying to be proactive.

I was not notified about this, and when it came time to retrieve items, I was not able to do so. I had paid for a mover to move my items that day and was unable to retrieve my items because I was told that I would have to pay for a locksmith. This was a very stressful ordeal for me. I ended up speaking to a manager, and ultimately, Uhaul did cut off the lock which I am grateful for. But unfortunately, I would not recommend this location to others.

When I got there I had no access and had to pay an extra $385 to go to a different location and for extra hours do to this mishap. No one was available to assist me. Everything was locked. I am very upset with my service and was told contradicting information which caused me to come out of way more money then anticipated when moving. I am beyond upset.

When I arrived today (on my 2nd trip today) found the entrance blocked. I had thought it was open until 6:00, but they told me only open until five. On my way home to unload everything from my car (my car is on the street), I thought "why is it still light if it is after 5pm?" As you can see by the time of my post, it was not after 5pm. It would have been 4:30 when I was there. So what are the actual hours?
