The service when I went in wasn't bad, however I do feel the agents should make sure you get your text before leaving since I was told by Jonas that it goes out as soon as you sign the contract. When returning the truck with gas I was told it was off and I owed an additional 17.09 when I questioned it with Jonas he said it was my responsibility to check I advised I was told I'd get a text but I didn't receive one and honestly in the middle of moving that wasn't the first thing in my mind nor was I giving a timeframe of when I should've received it. I didn't understand how 23 miles and me putting gas in the truck counts as 30.00 plus in gas I shed for a supervisor after he asked me to check my phone for the text then proceed to check it for me as though I couldn't read or check it myself when advised him I have personal infor in my phone he stop but then started back I had to put my phone up. I asked for sup he said there wasn't one and sat there when I asked when I could speak with one he was stuck in there isn't one right now and you should've check the text story again. I asked for the store manager he then said he'd call his manager, he call (I believe some) said that a customer wants to speak with you then hung up and sat there. I had to ask is she calling my phone he then said yes I had to ask when because it was like pulling teeth he said she'll call you tomorrow. I said this is unacceptable, Dino need to sign anything today he said no I asked for a copy of the receipt he said I can't give you one without you signing and payment I said so I do need to sign ok I'm not because I don't agree to the amount. I need the store manager please. He said I guess I'm the manager or maybe the assistance manager yeah I think I'm the manager. At this point I asked his name he said uh uh Jonas so I'm not sure if that was correct or not. I asked for some proof of what he is showing as the price he said I can see if I can find it we went in the store where I found the card of the lady who helped me in which he said was the supervisor and her name was Ollie in her card it said Wiley Anne O'Neal not Ollie I verified it was her he said her name Ollie. He played around as though he was looking for something but he was talking tot he other agent and in space asking questions about if it was busy yesterday when I came in. Since I saw the the name and number of someone higher up in the card I said I'll just call him for help be a he said he couldn't find it. I feel like this service was the worst the agent just didn't want to help or work I'm not sure but I have customer service experience and no way would I be ok with my agents behavior if it was like this.JANET DENISE B.

Asking how many miles and charging per mile, maybe a flat rate because it's hard to estimate when you're doing an in town move.DAVID W.
