I rented the 26f van the 1st one he gave keys for telling me gassed up checked out and ready for me . When I started it I could here a winding noise turned the wheel got worse pushed brakes even worse abs and brake light both on. I took key back inside asked for a different truck its making noise and lights are on . I was told they do that ...lol I informed him I have been a automotive tech for 19+ years and the hydro boost system most definitely had issues and was a huge liability and safety issue. They also kept my 100$ cash deposit and charged for a flat 20 miles at 79c pr mile and only drove 7 miles. Not good business!!!ALAN C.

The truck was clean but smelled badly of cigarette smoke. I reserved the truck using my phone and selected the option to only use my phone, not come into the store. However, I arrived and entered my information, I received the location info for where to find the truck parked, and it was not where it was supposed to be. I had to go into the store regardless of selecting the option not to. The employees were very kind and helpful, though. However the process was advertised as and supposed to be contactless.Heidi C.

Worst U-Haul experience ever. (Out of 4 in 12 months) Side mirrors were filthy. Had to clean them myself. Internet log-in would not work until I was inside building. And Uhaul internet check-in sucks eggs. App said truck was on South side, I finally found it on East side. â€œService Deterrent Systemâ€ was lit up the whole time. Only good person was the guy I met when I returned the truck, But he was clueless about the â€œsystem deterrentâ€Gregory H.

I was unable to return truck after hours because My account said i didnt have a rental out and then the next i was charged for a multiple day rental and large milage i never accumulated. Not sure how a 6 hr 12 mile rental becomes a three day 99 mile rental . Still waiting for any confirmation or email on my overcharge reimbursementShane C.

Truck was clean and ready to go. This Ford F650 truck performed superbly. After a while, I felt as comfortable driving it as I would driving my own pickup truck. It cruised smoothly at 70mph, and easily handled I-29 in SD hills with full load.Robert H.

The renting process and staff were great. I was concerned that the workers were not wearing masks. I would not recommend this location to anyone because of this. It's not even an option to not wear one here in Omaha as we are under a mask mandate. I was disappointed in this.Patrick R.

First off, they told me the truck was on a quarter tank but it was on E with the light on when I pulled of their lot. Secondly, I asked how to go about returning after hours and they told me just leave the key in the drop box and then proceeded to bill me $20 for after hours drop! I tried to call for a credit and was told multiple times (20+ minutes wait times each time) I would be contacted by the location manager about it and WAS NOT! This makes me not only NOT want to use this location, but I dont want to use UHAUL at all anymore.Jory B.

I was told I had a full tank. When I started the truck it was closer to three quarters. I showed the representative and he acknowledged it was not a full tank and called it the higher side of 7/8s. I put 3 miles on it with my short trip and I put 4 gallons in it. The tank still wasn't full.Gregory H.

Called UHaul 3 weeks ago to set up our rental. Two days before my rental contract i was texted saying there was a problem with my contract. I was informed UHaul was not able to perform their end of our agreement. I ended up having to take off work using my vacation pay because UHaul could not have what we agreed on two weeks prior. I ended up using UHaul's trailer brought it back, they were really good. They took the trailer off and said everything was good. They said they would send me a bill. I received my bill and it was 3 times higher then my contract was for. I was told I never brought back their trailer for 3 days. Unbelievable. After being on the phone for over a half hour trying to get this resolved they called me back to tell they were going to lower my bill, implying they were doing me a favor. I told them so you're going to bill me for the agreed upon price. He replied with well everybody makes mistakes. I had to make last minute changes to my plans, lost a half day of pay, then had to call and spend my time making phone calls to get my billing corrected. All for $35.00 trailer rental. You should have taken care of your customer and just ate the $35.00 because I know this review will cost you at least that.JIM H.

Zero stars seems more appropriate. I find it really bad business when a debit card that isnt on file gets ran without permission. Not only has this happened once it has happened twice now. My only complaint is that I showed up one day at about 6:45 p.m., and the access was already locked. It should've been open until 7. The staff let me in, but I did have to drive up to the store and then back down to the storage area before I could get into my unit.
