Truck was clean and ready to go. This Ford F650 truck performed superbly. After a while, I felt as comfortable driving it as I would driving my own pickup truck. It cruised smoothly at 70mph, and easily handled I-29 in SD hills with full load.

When I returned the van after hours I was unable to do it using the web site. Called costomer service and they where unable to resolve this issue.
Great staff and very helpful. When I went to pick up the 15 foot van, I noticed a screw in one of the rear tires. They were quick to switch me to a different vehicle.
The renting process and staff were great. I was concerned that the workers were not wearing masks. I would not recommend this location to anyone because of this. It's not even an option to not wear one here in Omaha as we are under a mask mandate. I was disappointed in this.
First off, they told me the truck was on a quarter tank but it was on E with the light on when I pulled of their lot. Secondly, I asked how to go about returning after hours and they told me just leave the key in the drop box and then proceeded to bill me $20 for after hours drop! I tried to call for a credit and was told multiple times (20+ minutes wait times each time) I would be contacted by the location manager about it and WAS NOT! This makes me not only NOT want to use this location, but I dont want to use UHAUL at all anymore.

The unloading area is slanted. A level dock would be nice. Overall my experience was awesome staff was very helpful and the manager very helpful and helping me secure and extra storage unit
Truck was smoked in but other than that it was in good shape and the overall process was pain free

I selected the contact-less pick up option and still had to go inside and deal with staff that was not wearing masks and had bone deep cust on hands. it was nasty.
My battery died on me after packing all my belongings before moving. Please check the batteries frequently to make sure they sre well charged.
Trailer was not cleaned out from last user. Used blankets in Trailer which uhaul removed. Found a live cockroach in the Trailer. It was apparent the Trailer had not been and sanitized. With covid I would think that would be done.
I was told I had a full tank. When I started the truck it was closer to three quarters. I showed the representative and he acknowledged it was not a full tank and called it the higher side of 7/8s. I put 3 miles on it with my short trip and I put 4 gallons in it. The tank still wasn't full.
I wish I would have ask the gentlemans name that helped us both with the pick up and drop off of the trailer because he was amazing. He was very attentive and quick. We have rented from you in the past and he remember and treated us extremely well.
I can't think of anything and I have been in customer service 20+ years. Everyone who assisted me was courteous and helpful. When it came to pick up and drop off it was smooth and hassle free. I pulled up, a gentleman came out to inspect the truck & check in equipment, 5 minutes later I was on my way. I will drive across town next time I move to do business at this location.
Called UHaul 3 weeks ago to set up our rental. Two days before my rental contract i was texted saying there was a problem with my contract. I was informed UHaul was not able to perform their end of our agreement. I ended up having to take off work using my vacation pay because UHaul could not have what we agreed on two weeks prior. I ended up using UHaul's trailer brought it back, they were really good. They took the trailer off and said everything was good. They said they would send me a bill. I received my bill and it was 3 times higher then my contract was for. I was told I never brought back their trailer for 3 days. Unbelievable. After being on the phone for over a half hour trying to get this resolved they called me back to tell they were going to lower my bill, implying they were doing me a favor. I told them so you're going to bill me for the agreed upon price. He replied with well everybody makes mistakes. I had to make last minute changes to my plans, lost a half day of pay, then had to call and spend my time making phone calls to get my billing corrected. All for $35.00 trailer rental. You should have taken care of your customer and just ate the $35.00 because I know this review will cost you at least that.
