Pendleton's towing was absolutely the worst experience ever. I then received a phone call that my equipment was never returned when I had in fact returned it early. I would not use Pendleton's towing for anything uhaul ever. Questionable if I'll ever use uhaul again based off this experience. Especially with how much I paid. FuriousMaha A.

My trailer was not checked in when I arrived to pick it up so they almost gave me a different one. It turns out it was there they just failed to process it into their inventory. I then dropped mine off and got a call the next day saying I still needed to return my trailer which I obviously had and they again failed to process into their inventory.RICHARD L.

I returned the equipment early and they made a mistake when they checked it in. I got a voicemail message the next day asking where the equipment was. When I tried to call back the wait time to talk to someone was supposedly 14 minutes. I ended up having to drive to the location to resolve the issue. When I got there they said "sorry, we found it." Someone had transposed a number. They were nicely apologetic but the issue cost me a couple of hours. They did not make any effort to make things right. I think they should have offered me a coupon or something. - I rent from them every couple of months and have always been happy. In this instance, I think they dropped the ball.Alfred B.

Absolutely awful experience. Would not even give one star. We arrived 20 minutes early and checked in online. All that was left was to receive our keys. We parked by our reserved truck and went inside. the woman behind the desk then argued that our truck was not available and she would need to make a new reservation even though the truck was in the lot. She then took 30 minutes to make the new reservation to wich we were given the truck in the original reservation. Our account was charged twice and two days later this still has not been resolved and recredited. The quality of the truck itself was very poor. Although the cab was very clean the truck was full of damage and the box was actually tapped up. The most important issue with the truck was that the breaks were horrible. Very loud screeching/scrapping and in a large vehicle like that it is unacceptable and very unsafe. Upon returning the vehicle after hours, we went to check in the truck using their 24/7 program. It would not accept the check in on the first step stating that the odometer Miles we listed were lower than we started off. They apparently assigned us different truck and didn't change that in the reservation that they took 40 minutes to make cutting into our rental time. For the price we paid I would not recommend uhual to anyone and in the future will definitely be using another company.Mathew R.

I rented a vehicle for approximately 6 hours and traveled almost exactly 10 miles. All the charges were as expected except for the charge for 7 Gallons of fuel. 7 Gallons for 10 miles? The fuel gauge didn't even move over the entire course of my rental. Last I checked, those trucks get better than 1.4 miles per gallon. I was given the truck with "just under half a tank of gas" which is not a definable amount and returned the truck with "just under half a tank of gas" as it was rented to me. 7 Gallons for 10 miles is ridiculous.Joshua H.
I reserved a 20ft truck a week in advance at this location. When I arrived I was told I had to go to another location. When I got to the second location they didn't have my truck either and sent me back to the original location. When I finally got back I had wasted over an hour and was told they didn't have a 20ft truck for me only a 15ft. I had to spend more on gas and more on mileage after driving all around town to finally get the truck. I would like a refund of the mileage and $25 of gas I spent topping off the truck.Thomas M.

Do not allow smoking in vehicles. This truck smelled like an ashtray. When I rented the truck I specifically asked if I had to fill it with gas, they said just bring it back at the same level that the fuel gauge showed. It was a little over 3/4. I only put on 13 miles and put in 1.66 gallons of fuel. When I returned about 90 minutes later, the person that checked it in said I was supposed to bring it back full. When I told them it wasn't full when I rented it and showed him my gas station receipt, he said it should be ok and sent me inside since I wanted a receipt. When I went in for my receipt, they tried to tell me that I owed over $20 for not bringing it back full. I explained that I was only gone for a short time and only put on 13 miles and showed them my fuel receipt. She called in the guy that checked the truck in and they said that the fee was taken off. Very disappointed with what seemed like a scam to get more money from a customer. The original person that rented me the pickup was not there when I returned it. He would have been able to verify that the truck wasn't full when I got it, and he could have told them that he told me to just put in what I used so the gauge was at the same level. I don't think I used 1.66 gallons in 13 miles.RONALD R B.
