Truck was clean and ready to go. This Ford F650 truck performed superbly. After a while, I felt as comfortable driving it as I would driving my own pickup truck. It cruised smoothly at 70mph, and easily handled I-29 in SD hills with full load.

Almost every time I visited the storage unit I had problems getting the latch to slide into position so I could attach my padlock. Therefore I'm hesitant to use the facility in the future.

Great staff and very helpful. When I went to pick up the 15 foot van, I noticed a screw in one of the rear tires. They were quick to switch me to a different vehicle.

The renting process and staff were great. I was concerned that the workers were not wearing masks. I would not recommend this location to anyone because of this. It's not even an option to not wear one here in Omaha as we are under a mask mandate. I was disappointed in this.

First off, they told me the truck was on a quarter tank but it was on E with the light on when I pulled of their lot. Secondly, I asked how to go about returning after hours and they told me just leave the key in the drop box and then proceeded to bill me $20 for after hours drop! I tried to call for a credit and was told multiple times (20+ minutes wait times each time) I would be contacted by the location manager about it and WAS NOT! This makes me not only NOT want to use this location, but I dont want to use UHAUL at all anymore.

My battery died on me after packing all my belongings before moving. Please check the batteries frequently to make sure they sre well charged.

Trailer was not cleaned out from last user. Used blankets in Trailer which uhaul removed. Found a live cockroach in the Trailer. It was apparent the Trailer had not been and sanitized. With covid I would think that would be done.

I was told I had a full tank. When I started the truck it was closer to three quarters. I showed the representative and he acknowledged it was not a full tank and called it the higher side of 7/8s. I put 3 miles on it with my short trip and I put 4 gallons in it. The tank still wasn't full.

I wish I would have ask the gentlemans name that helped us both with the pick up and drop off of the trailer because he was amazing. He was very attentive and quick. We have rented from you in the past and he remember and treated us extremely well.

I can't think of anything and I have been in customer service 20+ years. Everyone who assisted me was courteous and helpful. When it came to pick up and drop off it was smooth and hassle free. I pulled up, a gentleman came out to inspect the truck & check in equipment, 5 minutes later I was on my way. I will drive across town next time I move to do business at this location.

Called UHaul 3 weeks ago to set up our rental. Two days before my rental contract i was texted saying there was a problem with my contract. I was informed UHaul was not able to perform their end of our agreement. I ended up having to take off work using my vacation pay because UHaul could not have what we agreed on two weeks prior. I ended up using UHaul's trailer brought it back, they were really good. They took the trailer off and said everything was good. They said they would send me a bill. I received my bill and it was 3 times higher then my contract was for. I was told I never brought back their trailer for 3 days. Unbelievable. After being on the phone for over a half hour trying to get this resolved they called me back to tell they were going to lower my bill, implying they were doing me a favor. I told them so you're going to bill me for the agreed upon price. He replied with well everybody makes mistakes. I had to make last minute changes to my plans, lost a half day of pay, then had to call and spend my time making phone calls to get my billing corrected. All for $35.00 trailer rental. You should have taken care of your customer and just ate the $35.00 because I know this review will cost you at least that.

There is no reason for a customer to pick up a truck with only a 1/4 tank of fuel. It's a waist of time to have to go fuel a truck to start off your move when you should have a truck with a full tank to begin with.

Was called a Sir, to start with,made the excuse, masks are deceiving! Well I know men have boobs, but what a joke, I'M A WOMAN!!! Finally got truck, STUNK of smoke and was dirty!! Oh the guy said "we'll get you a better one"! Why didn't I get a better one to start with? Just the 1 guy behind counter, 3 people waiting, took forever!!

Trailer had a lot of things left in it and the guy dident tighten it all the way so could have come off very unhappy with it all and I have got trailers for uhaul for a long time and this time me be my last it was unsafe for me and my family

When picking up thy dident do it right and the trailer was hard to pull and when taking it back I had to wait 35 mins in line to check it in and get Deposit back

The only problem I had was that I returned the truck after hours and did not know how to properly return the appliance dolly. I was on hold for 10 minutes trying to call customer service and ask the representative if I could just leave the dolly in the back of the truck and padlock it with the lock that was attached to the truck. She told me no, that I needed to put this very large and heavy appliance dolly in the cab of the truck, which I would not have been able to do and I don't think it would have fit. She asked if she could put me on hold for a minute to ask a manager, and it took her almost 10 minutes to get back on the line and told me that the manager told me to put the appliance dolly in the cab of the truck. I told her I was not capable of doing that. She put me on hold for another eight minutes and finally came back on the line and told me that I could leave the dolly in the back of the truck with the padlock on it. I wasted 25 Minutes sitting in the parking lot to get my answer. I didn't want to just do it and end up getting in trouble for it. Everything else was great

Zero stars seems more appropriate. I find it really bad business when a debit card that isnt on file gets ran without permission. Not only has this happened once it has happened twice now. I would never refer anyone after this. When I got the storage unit all the above questions applied.

Although the online instructions almost overflow with concern for covid precautions, the employees at this shop are allowed to show near complete disregard for them. Nebraska in general and Douglas county specifically are trending upward in Covid19 infections. The sign on the door at uhaul says masks are required for entry, but no employees were wearing masks. I was sure wearing mine. Remember, masks are worn to protct others, not yourself. They do have plexiglas shields up which i guess is something.

Unclear on cost. I was charged a total of $108.33 Not including the gas I had to buy to refuel the van but I only drove 50 miles and had the van for four hours. I was told it was $19.99 to rent and .69 cents a mile so 35.00 plus rental and tax I understand my first charge of my card of 60.07 then they just randomly charge my card $48 no email no call nothing just charge me randomly a day later I would highly suggest using Penske for truck rentals in the future have used them on many occasions and nothing like this has ever happend this may be my worst experience ever as a customer at any business

Very sad because I got to the location to return the truck and I was 30 minutes after it closed so I had to do the remote drop and your cite kept locking up and I called but was on hold for over 45 minutes and had nothing but problems with the drop. Then I get charged an extra 45 dollars because it was late getting it checked in, this was not my fault it was your operation systems error.

My only complaint is that I showed up one day at about 6:45 p.m., and the access was already locked. It should've been open until 7. The staff let me in, but I did have to drive up to the store and then back down to the storage area before I could get into my unit. But otherwise, the process went smoothly and we got a unit with a really convenient location.
