I was scheduled at 8 at Rent A Wreck . When I got there my reservation had been moved to the UHaul in the heights. I was going to WALK to the first place and I am glad I drove. I did not receive an email of the change. If I had walked to the first place and had to walk back home and then drive to the heights this survey wouldn't be this nice! The equipment and place is so much nicer I will probably drive up there to get my rental for now on. But an email of the change of notification would of been niceKerri H.

I selected no dolly and blankets they were in the way with a green tag if you broke the tag you be charged. They got in the way. The vehicle did not drive well a lot of slop in the steering. The transmission did not shift properly excessive high RPM and when it did shift it whipped your neck. Then the check engine light came on. Also I was rushed to get the vehicle back so you would not charge me for a 2 ND day even though I only had it for 10.5 hrs.SCOTT S.

This one star review is for Uhaul as a whole company, not this specific location. My reservation was dropped 24 hrs in advance. For someone moving, 24 hrs notice is all I get??? This is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER utilize Uhaul again. On a local level, the store was very helpful and kind, but they have no control over how the company as a whole is operating.Margaret H.

The equipment was in great condition. The lack of cruise control made the long distance trip harder and engine governed below some posted speed limits made keeping up with traffic harder and was frankly a bit unsafe. I personally went in to the U-Haul store on Grand Avenue in Billings, MT on Friday May 28th, and reserved a pickup truck for Saturday May 29th. I informed the girl at the desk that I wanted to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. When I looked online at my reservation report, it stated I was picking up the vehicle at 8:15 PM on Saturday. I edited the information. On Saturday morning, I received a telephone call from U-Haul, informing me that the Grand Avenue location would not have a vehicle available for me, and that I would have to go to the Billings Heights location to get a vehicle. The U-Haul attendant in the Heights was very understanding and gave me a deal on the mileage due to the screw up. But it was still an inconvenience to me. If you make a reservation for a vehicle, and are given an OK for that reservation, the vehicle should be available at the given time, and at the location the reservation was made.David J.

Everytime I called I was redirected to Uhaul customer service so I could never get a definite answer from someone at this location. When I arrived I was supposed to have a storage locker reserved but I never received a unit or code so I cancelled my reservation and took my business elsewhere.
