dave g | First ImpressionsI had Numerous things stolen from the storage unit. The lock on door provided by U-haul was faulty. We had insurance on the items in storage through uhaul. However, filed a lost report, it took me 4 to 5 times to even get an answer back. And then they told me that it wasn't filled out right. So I called them and ask how they wanted it broken out? Never heard back. So I'm out probably $8000 worth of goods because of their neglect. Also their cameras weren't working during the time items with stolen. I would never use there storage again.

I asked for assistance in getting into my unit multiple times in one day and not one person took the time to walk outside and help. Even when set up on auto pay as asked the rate was still raised. No I would not recommend. Horrible service and very high rates.
