My wife and I have rented from this location 3 times in the last year. Service has been top of the line. The ruck have been clean and in good working order. Service has been excellent.

I told him I was a small black business who has suffered with sale and that I had an opportunity to share my services further. But he insisted that I return the rental for his favored client

EDWARD O.I had to drop off the truck late around 11 pm the drop box had a lock on it so I was unable to return the truck and I had to return the next day. I tried calling and they never answered after several attempts, I gave up and drove all the way back too complete the return.
Jimmy M.pay attention to the first customer! this happened twice this last week or two. i went in for a trailer, i was first in line, but some guy waiting for an uber went in and asked for a mask for uber... so the uhaul supervisor left me unattended to give a mask to a guy waiting outside for an uber that was not even there yet... second time they attended me quickly inside, but left me outside waiting to hook up my trailer. the same guy that attended me went and helped them first, one was and enclosed trailer, and another was taking a dolly to the third customer after the enclosed trailer... meanwhile im waiting about ten minutes to get hooked up... i dont get their logic in helping the last customer first.

maria L.Unfortunately when I went to pick up the keys at the front desk, they couldnt find it, and it took about 10 mins for me to get settled in, but the drop off time was not pushed back. Are we allowed to come before our pick up time so that we have the full allotted hour? Also, it took me ten minutes to find the drop off key slot. No one told me where to drop off the key AND the photo that was shown to me on the website showed an orange stand alone mailbox looking thing. It was extremely frustrating that there wasnt a sign ir note on the door regarding key drop off. There were about 12 or more parked trucks in line for the key drop off and no indication that the spot to drop off the key was a TINY door slot size metal opening on the side of what looks to be a dumpster. I rated the experience high, but theres got to be something about the sign!
Melissa Maria P.There was a tie down strap wrapped between the wheel and axle causing the trailer to pull at an angle. I laid on the side of a major highway cutting and removing it. Also i was told on reservations not to worry about mt hitch being a 2.5" using a 2" ball hitch to go 3 miles, but not long haul. I got there to pick up and was not allowed to leave unless i purchased a sleeve! Then i was not shown how to properly get the hit on the ball, there was a trick. Trailer jumped off the ball while loaded on the interstate! Thanks Uhaul!

WANDA P.When I checked out the truck the attendant took photos of my driver's license on his personal phone. They were for the u-haul app but it still weirded me out and I'm still uncomfortable thinking about it a few days later. Great experience except for that, but that was very not ok.

I support people's choices to wear or not wear one, but typically employees were not following mask mandates. In many of my visits to the facility, they would pass within inches of me with no mask at all. As a cancer patient, if I get sick, I can't get treatment. The reason I needed storage was to live with my mom who is immune suppressed, so we could isolate together. If employees don't want to wear masks, I would like them to do it between themselves, but not within inches of my personal space, as what often happened. I don't take it personal, I would still recommend this location

I've appreciated the facility and never had a problem until January 2021 when my check was received but not credited to my account. When I pointed out the error, it was corrected. Then two weeks later, I got another letter that my account was unpaid. When I talked to the local manager, he explained that someone in Arizona had sent that notice, that my account was fully paid. You can do better.

Our only issue was that for the big room, there was a beam running through it, and we were not notified of that before paying and accessing. That can make a huge difference in what you can store in there, so you should definitely let customers know beforehand of any obstacles in their storage unit!

carol V. | Overall ExperienceThis is our third time using this location. The other 2 were excellent experiences. This time was not. We moved in at the start of pandemic and the customer service then was amazing. They helped my daughter during a stressful time. Exactly what I would expect. About 2 months in we encountered problems when we received a late notice on the unit which was set to autopay... according to our bank, Uhaul was attempting to process a payment with an incorrect zipcode so the bank was denying what looked like a fraudulent charge. My bank explained what Uhaul systems were doing wrong and how they could remedy the situation to receive payment. I called Uhaul and explained what they needed to do to fix it. I spent over two hours on hold Through multiple representatives and then was told their systems were down so they couldn’t do anything but to call back. This was the first day (one day late) but they agreed to wave the late fee. Someone from Uhaul called me later that night to say the fee was added back until the situation was resolved. I called the next day to make sure it was fixed and the (different) staff member was rude, insinuating dishonesty on my part, and claimed “unable to wave the late fee” because they had already done so once. So after spending over an hour on hold that day I had multiple late fees, disrespectful customer service, and no real resolution. Ironically when they fixed the zipcode in their system—the one USAA said was the issue and Uhaul personnel denied could possibly be the issue—my payment was magically able to be processed along with late fees. Clean safe facilities but unacceptable customer service. Would be difficult to recommend to other families of college students because of this level of disrespect.

I then had a WONDERFUL and professional conversation with the General Manager, Josiah, who advised me that I could pay to use the dumpster, and I was HAPPY TO DO SO. Thank you Josiah for your higher level of professionalism and for explaining the policy to me like an adult, as opposed to the employee who talked to me like I dumping my house trash off at the closest dumpster.
