The store manager at the actual pick up location was helpful, but U-Haul failed to notify me that the trailer pick-up location had been changed. I was on a tight schedule, and this mistake cost me over an hour with the evening traffic. The pads that U-Haul provided left blue marks on both white furniture and the new white mattress.

My van had dogs hairs. through out the cab part. It smelled like dogs. I inspected the inside & out for damage. Once I pulled off and got into direct sunlight at a traffic light I saw hairs everywhere. I went directly to walmart and had to purchase sanitizer wipes & frebreeze.

After completing the paper the gentleman went to hand me the key he had grabbed and it had somehow disappeared and ensued an extra 20 minutes of waiting while they tried to locate it and then found it and then lost my contract and then found it but needed to give me a different truck for some reason. While this hold up obviously wasn't ideal I was so impressed by the sense of urgency and empathy shown by every staff member. I could tell that they genuinely felt so bad for the mix up and were working hard to figure it out for me. They were so kind that it didn't even bother me that it all happened. I definitely will use this location again for any moving needs.

Employees were nice and I don't blame them, but after doing paperwork one girl said to the other you want to try ( hooking my trailer up ) she said ok and I met her there where I did my best to hook it up because she had no idea. I remained totally unsure if it was properly hooked and left that way. When returning I had to unhook everything myself because the girl just stood there and said yes when I said do I need to unhook it.

The return of the truck and transport was ok. Outside personnel was definitely more efficient than the inside desk personnel. Inside staff seemed very inexperienced. It took over an hour for inside personnel to process paperwork. Unit rental was so difficult. 2 employees tried to pass off a 10x10 for a 10x15. Really a ridiculous experience

There was some problem with the return documents, Seems the truck was showing as a "trailer". ID number for the truck was correct and the truck is all that I had rented. Personal at the desk cleared up the problem and gave me a return receipt showing paid in full.

I admit I had my return time wrong and a worker called me a little after 7am letting me know that they expected me before 7am and stated she has a reservation at 8 for my truck. I told her okay and I’m on the way! I jumped right up and made it around 7:48. Once I arrived the worker was very rude towards me and had a nasty attitude. She didn’t acknowledge herself or welcome me to the establishment, she walked up to me with her hand out towards me. I was confused of who she was and stated what she needed and she then said “The keys”. First time she spoke to me. I then said, oh I didn’t know what you needed or who you were! I have her the keys and she walked off. I asked her should I wait on the inside for her she continued to walk off while answering me so I didn’t hear what she said. So I went inside to wait for me. The entire transaction was rude. I understand I was 48 minutes late but that gives no establishment or company to be rude towards a customer. I did let her know she was rude and I did not appreciate that! I was going to apooogize for being late but once I got there all o received was attitude and silence!
