My part was not available when I arrived for my install. The store manager told me he would call me when it came in & never did. I had to drive to another location to pick up a hitch & take it back to this location to have it installed. Leroy was extremely helpful & resolved the issue for me, but the general manager needs a lesson in how to properly handle customers & have his store properly stocked for installs.

Great customer service, when I called prior, at both check-in and check-out. Check-out took maybe ten minutes, check-out three minutes. Seriously. I pulled into a stall and they unhitched the trailer and I drove away. Trailer worked perfectly and held a LOT more than we expected.

When I dropped the vehicle off, the attendant was an absolute rockstar. I was on the phone in the middle of a business conversation, the attendant realized this and used hand signals to indicate what he needed from me so as not to interrupt my conversation. I didn't catch his name but his efforts were truly appreciated.

Improve customer service - waiting in line for 15 minutes is completely unnecessary. Billing - I was given my receipt when I returned the truck, but then I was sent 2 different e-mail receipts with 2 different charges. I've submitted disputes with my credit card company since the e-mails do not match the paper receipt I was given.

Trucks gauge didn't read full when leaving. when making a turn it went to 3/4 tank then close to full. After dropping off truck I brought to attention of your agent that I put in over 10 gallons of fuel for driving only 43 miles. Do your trucks only get 4 miles to the gallon? They sat it usually get around 10 or so miles per gallon. I left fuel receipt and they said they would get back to me.

this location was GREAT and help when i i mess up on my pick up time. They got me a car for a few hours but that's all I need and work out GREAT. I have rented from them before and would continue when I need too.

They did not offer a good customer experience, staff is not friendly at all. App doesn't work that well, when i created my account my reservation wasn't there and i wasn't able to return equipment. Had to call customer service twice after 30 minutes of trying to find the "return equipment" link. Nobody likes to move to a new home, don't make it harder on us. Horrible experience

I had my service dog with me and a tall african American employee was a little rude informing me that "no dogs were allowed"... I was a little desappointed with the way the message was delivered, that is, he passed by super fast without stoping and just said it without giving me a chance to even justify the presence of my assistant Dog. So, since he did not treat me with respect by actually stopping and saying it politely, I just stood in line and ignore the message. I was within my rights. Well latter on he just shouted from behind the counter that I had to take my dog out. That was really embarrassing... so my husband felt the obligation to shout back saying "this is a service dog" Mad, the employee stoped his service with another costumer and ordered my husband to pass the customer being attended... Than he ordered me... He wanted those proof papers right way. The customer being attended did not like that the service got stoped, so we decided to go back in order to not loose our spots as the line was long. Until finaly I just got called and asked to pass in front of everyone to show proof that my assistant dog was legit. That was so embarrassing. I believe that is he had politely stop for 10 seconds to talk to us in the first place, and deviver good customer service this could have been avoided.
