At the end of the return, after completing all the forms, a message showed up in the screen saying the process was complete, and instructions on how to drop the keys and lock, I think. I didn't have a chance to read it befor it disappeared and there was no way to go back to that screen. I kind of just figured I could drop the Leo's and lock in the box but the lock wouldn't fit so I put it back where I found it; I don't know if that's what I was supposed to do... that programming could improveJulio G.

Drop off issues: Had trouble with website during drop off so decided to do the â€œdrop offâ€ filing from back at home. Once home, The mobile site didn't allow me to continue without turning on location services. Then the website would not move forward-assuming because I was not near the drop off location. Tried website via PC and this also could not be done from home. Tried both mobile and via PC The following morning with no luck. I then tried calling in and the wait time was over an hour. Called Stafford location. They were very helpful, but explained they could not access the account. They called the Alexandria drop location and ran into the same one hour wait issue. Finally contacted u-haul via chat option and was told the local office would close out the ticket and send me a confirmation email once the rental was checked in. This was completed by local office about 12:30 pm. Suggest allowing customers to do the drop off â€œe-fileâ€ from any location. Note: home is back in Stafford, Near pick up location. The mobile pickup was less than ideal, it would have taken just the same amount of time if we had done counter side. Plus the dolly wasn't in our truck and we had to ask for that.Jennifer T.

It would have helped to have a UHaul representative at this location to assist. The text message I received for drop off location was good for me to turn in the trailer, but it kept kicking me out and I had to redo the trailer return 4 times.TARREN B.

The returning process was complicated because the app wouldn't work (we tried with and without wifi on both of our phones, AND had our location services turned on; we also used the help button and followed all of those steps but it still didn't work). After we realized we wouldn't be able to return our truck with the app we tried calling the customer service number, but after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes we had to hang up. Fortunately we were not charged any subsequent fee's for not using the Return app (our van was in perfect condition and all blankets were folded). Please make the return process more user-friendly after hours!! With no one around to help it's very confusing.Sean W.

Very easy to book, pick up the truck and boxes, and return after hours. Would be helpful if there was onsite storage available or a number to call to request helpers after arrived on site and realized how much of a larger job it was than planned. It would be helpful if they would give a discount to rent another truck sinc I was not able to finish my move in one weekend as planned and I'll need to get another truck next weekendWILLIAM P.
Everything was great with this rental except the damaged mirror on the truck. It was noted with stickers that it was already noticed but the driver side mirror was held together with tape, super bouncy, and broken into three pieces, making it hard to see. Recommend this truck is not rented until it can be fixed.Matthew W.
