The interior of the cab on this 20 footer, while driving, you hear a lot of what I can only describe as a vacuum-like sound that is similar to the wuh-wuh sound you get in the back of many cars if you don't have all the windows down, but this sound does not pulsate, it is steady and very annoying. The employees, the service, and the rest of the truck were fantastic! I have been going to this Uhaul location for years and it has only gotten better and better.LAWRENCE A.

We were charged an extra $70 for fuel when we only drove 17 miles total. The clerk accepting our vehicle recorded that our tank was less than half full when in fact our tank was filled to the exact same amount as when we picked it up, which was at half tank.Caitlin R.

The pick up process was pretty painful. It started with asking for one reference, then wanted 2. Luckily I had another but if I wanted to rent off hours, after making a reservation, I wpuldnt have been able to. I would suggest requesting that information during thr reservation process, or at least making xustomers aware so they're not without a uhaul when they need it.Elizabeth M.

Clean the truck. Fix broken wind shield. Gas to full so there is no guessing how much fuel is need before returning the truck. Online reservation + added supplies and in-person itemization not in sync. Staff if very helpful, fast, and straight up o the point.Eisenhower P.
The young lady who checked us in was *very* nice and professional (Trisha?), it took no time at all to get the truck we reserved and buy some moving supplies. The loading door of the truck was very difficult to open, but that was likely due to the below zero temperatures. Return was even faster and easier. Our only disappointment was that out of the 6 new moving boxes we purchased, only 2 of them were actually new. The other 4 were used, Lowe's boxes (not heavy duty, with cut tape on them). I think someone fooled you by burying them among new boxes to return, but we paid for them. :o(Stipe T.

UHual delivery from Spokane WA staff to Anchorage AK staff were phenomenal. When nobody else could move me to Alaska uhaul said no problem. I can't say enough about the uhaul team on both sides. From the telephone, to the drivers. The drivers are very skilled moving those boxes around pretty impressed. Thanks for moving my stuff at a fair price will recommend.Andrew F.

Horrible customer service from ALL employees. Scheduled a trailer pick up at 9am and spent 40 mins waiting to get it checked out. There wasn't a single emplyee on the floor that looked like were happy to help. Well... I found a phone in the back of my rented van. An employee imediately dealt with with it. So maybe the van wasn't exactly clean, but I have been renting vehicles here for several years and this is the first time I found anything weird inside -- except nobody listens to the same radio station I like. I do appreciate how many people benefit from the opportunity to rent. It is an underrated way to "ride-share" and makes a positive difference.Leslie M.

I made a reservation the morning that I needed a truck for a 10' vehicle. The reservation was not available when I arrived, nor was a 10' truck available at any other location. It took over 20 minutes to verify that the one 10' repossessed truck on location was not usable. I was forced to get a 15' truck, which took at least an additional 20 minutes to check out because the computer systems kept crashing. Because I had to get a bigger truck, there was damage to the furniture set that I moved, because U-Haul does not provide anything to secure the load. This truck also cost me $60 in gas for just over 100 miles. Having driven the 10' truck before, I know its mileage is not that truncated. I think I should have been compensated the $50 for the store essentially not having my reservation and then the difference in gas (~$20).Samantha S.

Disappointed in the lack of lighting inside the storage room. There was trouble with the locks for the outside doors… No one seemed to have a key to open the outside roll up door when I was trying to move my stuff out so I had to go to the set of doors to the left that didn’t have a smooth transition to the outside which made it hard with the carts.Jen C. | Overall Experience

Online process was excellent. I received emails regarding access codes and times the facility was open. Then, got to the site with a friend to download a trailer full of belongings and the building and storage room I was assigned was not accessible when I arrived at 7:30 pm. The emails I received showed 24 hours access and another from 5 am to 10 pm. But, the building sign showed 7 am to 7 pm. I was frustrated that I couldn’t get after hour assistance as well. I had to take additional time off from work to download everything without assistance the next day. I do appreciate the young lady at the counter the next day however, she listened to my concerns and helped me extend the rental trailer that was due in that day and even got me a storage unit switched over to the building that was accessible to me after 7 pm. This really turned a difficult situation into a good outcome and showed me their customer service commitment. I am a person that expects businesses to practice what they preach in all aspects and will communicate any discrepancies to the highest levels of management. But, I will also give a positive response to good customer service assistance when It’s done. So, I personally want to thank this team at the front rental counter for the excellent experience after my frustration with the initial online and on-site move.
