When renting a trailer for only two to three hours and was charged the minimum of 24 hours for using the trailer and then felt harassed when I received a phone call approximately three hours later asking me where the trailer was. When I was told I was charged for 24 hours, I felt it unnecessary to return the vehicle quickly. Since I was being charged for 24 hours I feel I am entitled to 24 hours and not to be harassed about not having it back within three which was my estimated time of use. JUST WRONG!!!!

Service was poor and slow, The truck was beat up and did not drive well. The steering was very loose and dangerous. I felt like they were nickle and dimeing me with all the extras. Check out was a joke, Staff did not want to go over the truck but said I was responsible for any scratches or damages. Not a good experience. Next time I'll try a little harder to find a different company.

The overall experience was good. But the process trying to get a truck took 40 minutes and the equipment was very faulty. The facility had randomly parked vans that took away from the one way possibilities they enforced. It was a frustrating experience but the job got done.

Fix your website....!!!! PLEASE!!! The staff at this location said they have heard more than just me complain about the difficulty of using your website. I had a lot of trouble making this reservation. The fact that I was successful for the first time, out of three other occasions and did not have to do it via an interminable wait to talk to an agent was a miracle in itself. However, I did not want the $30 Safe Mode insurance and apparently did not figure out how to properly delete it. This selection was automatically highlighted I before I clicked next. I thought I actually had deleted this charge, but it turned out that I finished the reservation with the charge still present.. Gold stars to Ricky at this location for leaving me a voice mail expressing her concern after my husband questioned the charge. I called the number Ricky gave me and ended up with a pleasant person - Alicia?...based in Arizona... who could not readily resolve the issue. Today I made a special trip to this Anchorage location and had a wonderful experience with Roosevelt. He had no trouble resolving this issue and removing the charge from my bill. Gold stars to Roosevelt too!!

Truck squeeled on turns. Clean otherwise. Recommend a kiosk for folks doing online rsvp to avoid long wait times. I rsvp online but every time have to wait 10-15mins to get the vehicle bc others do not--or have one agent service online rsvp folks only.

I was provided a truck with a known problem, which I discovered after the fact, for a trip through a mountain pass where the ABS and braking warning lights started coming on three hours from any help. This location told me the 800 number didn't set up my reservation. I later received a phone call asking why I had 2 reservations. They told me they couldn't provide a 20 foot truck, that I'd have to take a larger and more expensive truck. I believe, frankly, they were trying to make me take a bad truck to a different location to get rid of a problem for them.

I would recommend that the dolly in truck not be secured with a zip tie. Zip tie is too easily broken by accidental bumping. Try another method

Make sure fuel levels are at what you say. We were told the fuel level was at a 1/4 of a tank but when we got in the truck, it was below an 1/8 of a tank. To avoid further fuel issues, each truck should be full so when the customer returns it, they know to fill it to full.

The truck was clean, but had 182,000+ miles on it and they knew we were driving from Alaska to NC. The shocks needed replacing, and it needed a tuneup. The agent didn’t want to out in the rain and look over the truck with me for damage or go over the features. When he did, he didn’t have any stickers to mark the damages, but did take photos. I never was able to adjust the mirrors. Please, have your agents review the truck features, most people are not familiar with larger vehicles.

We started out with them giving us the wrong truck which we found out after we half filled it had to unload and switch. I was told I would be compinsated and never was. Then I turn it in when I got to Kenai and found out my credit card was charged and not the gift card and still it hasn’t been fixed this has been the WORST experience I have ever had. Also the new truck in the back had pet hair all over and smelled like cat pee!!!!
