The van leaked and slightly damaged some materials. All was salvaged, but was an inconvenience. Van was dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke.



Probably nothing you can do, but... I drove 7 miles and put 2 gallons of gas in truck with no movement of the gas gauge. Put 3 more in and it went to 1/2 full which was past where it started. So it cost me $10-12 extra.



Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was knowledgeable and efficient!

I picked up the uhaul on Saturday morning, November 18th at 10:30am! I rented it for 24 hours but returned it the same day right around 6pm! However I received a call yesterday at 2:45pm that I hadn't returned it! I called to clarify things yesterday but never got a call back! I just now spoke with someone and it appears it's all been taken care of! Phew! Other than that things we're good! ??

Customer service can use some improvement when you ask the guys there a question they sit behind the counter in Point weather walking over to where your product is in fully explain I spent money on the clothing hanger boxes and got all the way home with the wrong size hole cuz the guy pointed at that area instead of showing me exactly what I need custome time and gas other than that everything else was good

Have more employees, and more trucks? lol ! The only drawback to this location is the very, very busy staff - HOWEVER... Even rushing to help everyone, the staff are always a true joy to work with! I am very grateful to have access to a human, who cares, and who knows what they are doing assist me with my U-Haul rental.

The front desk attendant was very nice and respectful. However, the older gentlemen who was responsible for retrieving vehicles was rude and not professional. On my bill, U-Haul charged me an extra 10 miles. I took pictures of the odometer before and after use, so I knew how many miles I had used. I called the U-haul office to discuss my issue, and I was told the general manager would call me back this morning. So far I have not heard back from anyone. Thank you, Erik Jordt



Train your people I was quoted a price but the still charged me milage when I was suppose to have 100 free miles....I will never do business with u haul again

Truck exterior was dirty, hood was not latched General manager Aimee Thomas informed me that my unhooking auto transport would void the insurance I purchased, and assured me that was specified in the terms and conditions of the contract, yet I was unable to locate this information. Despite being told on two separate phone calls to during the reservation process that the manager could offer a military discount when I picked up the equipment, Aimee told me that it was impossible and a violation of corporate policy. Overall customer service was disrespectful and unprofessional.

I have used uhaul many times and this specific location to be exact. I have never been so disrespectd by an employee at a store than I was the day of pick up and drop. I was degraded, threatened and was told if I didn’t like condition of equipment don’t come anymore, I have a choice. I then informed yoru employee that I wasn’t talking to him I was talking to his coworker he got an attitude and got in my face, I politely told him to back away from me and my space he said oh what you gonna do. I then by law told your employee I was carrying a firearm for protection and he was making me feel like I might be needing it, he then told me he was carrying a weapon so make a move pretty much. I walked away from employee as he proceeded to encroach my space my firearm was and remained holsterd as it was on my right hip, but it’s an OPEN CARRY/CLOSE CARRY STATE. He said I didn’t know shit about hauling shit. What I do and say to another is none of that employees business. Now considering I’m a Fully endorsed CLASS A COMMERCIAL HEAVY HAUL DRIVER, and I’m being told laws regarding the tow and haul of vehicles in my state by someone who has no clue about DOT and FMCSA Laws and requirements as it’s my job DAILY. The web to the ding right tire strap was frayed it made the trailer inop and with my license I legally have to fix or create a new tie down point. I didn’t realize this till I was 70 miles away from home in the pass from anchorage to Kenai Ak. So In the middle of the night I’m having to do your companies job just so I can do mine and then you talk to me that way and charge me full price... That’s not how uhaul operates, nor is it how they expect their representatives to treat customers. I TOLD THE MAN AT THE DESK DO NOT DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD TILL I SPEAK WITH AMY THE MANAGER, well what did y’all do you got me coming and going with a whole lot of disrespect that I don’t have to tolerate. And there is more to this story like having to go through 3 pick ups and 2 trailers just to get the lights operating. I was there for an hour and a half just to pick up... that’s NEVER HAPPENED AMY DONT RUN HER SHOP THAT WAY as I stated I rent from y’all quite often, but in light of the actions of one and the charging of my card with no call as I requested and was told I’ll get that’s not good business, as I’m a business owner as well. Unfortunately where I’m at now is I have to punish the whole for the actions of one. Who not only disrespected me as a person but a customer, then to tell me “what I’m packing too!” Excuse my French but I don’t plan on using your company anytime soon. I got nothing but a headache and the loss of a lot of my time over 3 hours total with the day of pick up and today I would bill my customers $95.00 per hour cause this guy who’s supposedly the mechanic failed to inspect the equipment before sending out for use.
