Rented from Megan and when I returned Blake handled the return. Just cannot find a better place to go or better people that the two listed above. I highly recommend this UPS location. Just wish their parking lot was about 4 times as big!

Can't think of any. Everything went like clockwork. Joseph, the clerk on duty was very nice, friendly and efficient. He was busy and I’m amazed at how quickly he was able to make everything come together. We need many more like him in the work force!

I'm filing a complaint for being charged an extra day of use when I returned the trailer before the location closed. (see my statement on this same page at pick-up location). The Return was not 7:11 a.m. I had tried to book the trailer with pick-up in Auburn was sent to Phenix City, then was charged extra since it was not a local pick-up.

Returned the truck a day earlier than I had to. Three guys behind the counter and I am the only one in the store trying to return the truck. Stand there and no one helps me. Finally just said here is the key and he said do you need a recipe or is email ok. I told him email is fine but when I got the email receipt they charged me a $14 fuel charge. When I picked up the truck it had one bar over 1/4 tank and when I returned it it had the exact same. Tried to call but was put on hold for over 30 minutes and finally just gave up. My advice and lesson learned is to take a picture of the gas gauge when you pick it up and when you return it. Uhaul needs to hire more customer service reps that actually pick up the phone and not put you on permanent hold.

Trailer floor appeared clean, but had grease on it that was not noticed until we placed furniture on carpet after moving it on the trailer....then seeing the grease spots on the carpet. Multiple pieces of furniture, so this was not isolated or a problem with the furniture. Local personnel at pickup were VERY HELPFUL!!! Pickup was quick, especially after UHaul corporate screwed up my reservation. I had a confirmed 7:30am pickup I set up 6 weeks in advance. The corporate scheduler assigned my to pickup to a location 12 miles out of town at a rural liquor store that didn't open until 11am. After spending over 45 minutes on hold and bouncing around the UHaul phone system, I finally got a scheduler who helped me get it back to where I could pick up at the originally reserved location.....but UHaul delayed us by over 90 minutes because of their ineptitude.

My experiences with the local pick up and drop off personnel were good. My bad experiences were with calling the national number, as I was often given conflicting information and once even transferred to a number where I got a Closed for Christmas recording!

Employee lost control of trailer when attaching to my car and cracked bumper. She apologized but when asked if U-Haul was going to fix my car she said no because it was an accident. I knew better and spoke with Manager on Duty - Blake. He took a picture and advised they were pay for the damage.

I have used this location roughly a dozen times over the years, and this weekend was my first negative experience I have had with it. First off I booked a trailer (6x12) for 9 am, and the day before they moved me to 10. I got there at 10, and they didn't have a trailer for me. The closest one was 45min (each way) away. I said that was fine, but was told it would cost double if I wanted to drop it off at that location (instead of spending another hour and a half in the car). Since I didn't want to spend 3 hours in the car for their mistake I accepted the only trailer they had until my trailer got in (a 4x8 which I was told would fit a queen. It doesn't). Finally after noon the trailer was returned, and I picked it up. The next day my drop off was scheduled for 10am. At 7 am I called to extend the rental until 12:45pm. At 9am I called the location (with a direct number as requested by the 1-800 number to let them know.) At 10:30 I got a call from an employee saying my trailer was past due and they had a customer waiting on it (even though at 9am they were ok with me extending the rental). I rushed back as quick as could, and there was no customer and another 6x12 trailer on the lot not being used. Next time I will try to use another location.

I was asked and agreed to receive my return receipt by email, as of yet I have not received it. Problems with equipment: Tail lights did not operate, brake and turn were functional, since this was a daylight move for me it wasn't a problem but it would be for anyone operating after sunset. The dolly tires were significantly out of balance to the point that the unit tended to "lope" above 40 mph. Also the right side wheel bearing was worn or required adjustment.

The guy who helped us when we rented was great. When we returned the trailer there was no one outside so I parked and went in. The lady working returns came up to the car and was very rude to my wife. She told her she needed to move the car. My wife told her she could not drive the car to move it. My wife got out of the car to come get me and she just kept telling my wife she had to move the car and was very hateful. She refused to understand the physical my wife was unable to move the car. This happened the last time we rented from this same location. The same lady. If it was my business she would no longer be working for me. She needs to be taught to listen to the customers. The nice man who helped us the day before came out and helped us unload the trailer.

There was no instruction for the drop off location designated by customer, and no mention of the address or contact info for drop off location on the paper work given at time of pick up. That would have been very helpful.

don't tell a person what they can rent then they pay for it plan the trip only to drive 4 hours to get there and the location tell you that they cant rent you the equipment cause it throws up a red flag then the person has to rent a truck only to drive back home and pay to get nothing done I will tell everyone and my company knows the mistake cause saving me 8 dollars and still having to pay 200 dollars for a truck just so me and my son can drive back home cause its the only way we had back that's not going to work I will never use your company again

When I dropped off the equipment, it was a much better experience. The employees apologized for the equipment not being clean (even though it was not their fault), and Megan specifically was very pleasant and helpful.

Very unhelpful! When I drove up they began checking my info and the mileage, etc. I waited for about 5-10 minutes then told to come inside. Inside a young man said the only think I owe is 28 CENTS for going over miles. I reached in my pocket to give him the change and he said I have already charged it to your card. What??? You charge my card for 28 cents??? So while talking with him an older gentleman appeared (no one ever introduced themselves or offered their names) and asked, "is there a problem". I told him no except I could not have gone over miles as I drove straight there from my house after picking up the vehicle. This gentleman picked up a green highlighter, highlighted a line on my paperwork, looked up and said, "I don't know what to tell you bud". My two issues are: 1-Do you calculate the mileage too close, therefore creating an additional charge? I could not have driven any more perfectly than I did. I literally stopped for lunch at the exit in Alabama we were going to, I was very conscious of the miles. We drove a straight line form the place we picked it up, down I-85 to load at my house, then down to Auburn, all straight down 85 without exiting, even for the bathroom. It would be impossible to have driven less than what I did. 2-How unbelievably rude it was for this guy (name unknown) to ask if there was a problem then tell me he don't know what to tell me. And, to flippantly tell me I charged your card 28 cents without asking or discussing. As if anyone would walk in and expect to pay more than the agreed to price. Please know it is not about the 28 cents, it's how I was treated. I most definitely did not feel valued or important.

I had my brother return uhaul because I had a blood transfusion appointment that I could not be late for and he told me that I was being charged with a call saying I bumped a car.. I drove the uhaul the entire time it was in my possession until I allowed him to return it which was about a 15 minutes drive.. Can I please have a picture and statement showing when and where the accident was suppose to have happened.

The U-Haul app did not provide instructions for, or an access code to returning the vehicle keys to the lockbox at this location. I had to call U-Haul 24hr support for instructions. They told me to leave the keys on the manifold of the engine.

The location did have the appliance hand truck needed. The attendant did not properly attach trailer, it came off ball shortly after leaving rental location. I returned to store to request the dolly charge be removed since no dolly was provided, and informed the attendent about the trailer coming off the ball, he immediatley attempted to show a cel” phone photo showing the trailer on the hitch, I informed him the coonection was not completed as I has to turn the connector to ensure it was secure after reattaching the trailer. The attendant was only concerned about other customers hearing my comments and getting me out of the store. If the separation had occurred a highway speed it would have e been very dangerous. No apology or explanation was provided. I would recommend remedial training for this individual .

Well, my experience went well and got the job done, but I do have a complaint to lodge with U HAUL, although I rented the truck and said I would return it to rental location I picked it up from, I called to see if I could change my rental agreement and be able to drop vehicle off at a nearer location, I was told if I did I would incur additional fees. Even though I agreed to return it to pick-up location in the rental contract, it put me to an inopportune burden to have to drive another 60 miles just to turn it in. I will not rent again due to this inconvenient burden and I will rent from some other company with more lenient return policies in the future.

We needed a truck to pick up some furniture and U-Haul was great. They had a truck available right then and there and it was a very reasonable price. Much better price than competitors in town for what we needed. We would highly recommend U-Haul and we will be using them again if the need arises in the future!

Scheduled a storage unit and cargo van. PU at 10 am Drove 3.5 hrs , No storage unit, and was told PU van at 5pm...had to find another storage unit across town, was able to get van early.
