tell your customer service person to let the customer know that you have to check in at the place that you got the truck from to stop from being charged an extra 20 like I was because I waited until I got home to check in and couldn't check in

Customer service was terrible. We waited in line for over 20 minutes and then someone came out and help another customer that was behind us and then asked us to move our vehicle so he could help that other person. We said no, not until you help us and the worker was VERY VERY rude.

The website was easy to use and picking up a truck at the last minute was very nice. The down side was the cock roaches and not being about to get a furniture dolly, we ended up having to hire movers in Auburn, AL, to help us. I would recommend Uhaul. Thanks for being there when we needed y'all!

My U-Box was worn out and should be retired. After picking it up to tow to my new home and empty it I was going down the road and the wrap was not properly fastened and it was flapping all over the back of the trailer. I pulled into a parking lot to reconnect it and had to have help from a passing motorist that recognized I was struggling. Customer service call centers literally SUCK, I've had times when I am waiting on hold for 45 minutes to an hour to talk to someone and they are RUDE AS HELL on top of that. I hope to never need U-Haul again, I don't recommend their half-ass service.

The gentleman who checked us out upon dropping off my vehicle could have been a lot more professional in greeting me when I walked in rather than giving orders of where I need to park. That was totally not acceptable and professional. I'm a working professional and understand customer service and as a customer deserve better.

Great staff! Really positive experience, and enjoyed the great customer service of your staff. The truck smelled like a prior renter smoked in it, and it was a little hard to sit in and my wife and I had to air it out in advance of us getting in it. We almost bought an air freshener it was so potent. Not the staffs fault, but unfortunate that a prior customer didn't respect the no smoking rule.

Could not be more appreciative of the employees at this store. They are courteous, helpful, and kind. While placing my rental contract, an elder women came in (who must rent storage room at the facility). Anyway, after seeing them all interact with her, she departed and I asked who she was related to? They said she wasn't. But they treated her as if she was. You got good people here, keep them.

i had a dolly on my reservation. This location did not have the dolly - advised I go to a different Uhaul location and add dolly to my existing reservation. Wasn't this easy, at all.

Everything was great, when it came to hooking up my trailing my left turn signal would not work on the trailer. The young man checked the trailer hook up and then he checked the fuse box and fount the problem i replaced the fuse and the young man recheck the system was all good. That was great customer service. Thanks again

The store personnel was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I followed the exact directions in the app for return and he told me that I shouldn't do what the app says and that now I have created more work for him. Extremely disappointed in the terrible service. Will not use again.
