Very nice crew here. I was a little taken aback that my truck was unavailable and no one let me know. However I needed the extra room and glad I had the larger truck.

The young lady acted like she didnt want to help me. Ask someone else to help. While the managers told her to do it cause the other employee was busy

The young man behind the desk was very nice. I booked on the phone with the 1-800 number. The lady did not do as I asked. She gave me a smaller truck then what I asked for. Even though I was stuck with the small truck the young man let me be upset without making it my fault.

When I got the unit home and opened the door the unit had shattered glass thru the unit. I swept the unit ou. This is the first time I have ever had a problem. When returning the unit the attendee grinned when told of the problem

The check out process was slow compared to past experience with u haul. I usually grab a coffee to hit the road ,,,, but they were out of kugag pods. All minor ,,,, but details shape the experience ,,,, and well ,,, you did ask ??

Truck broke down 30 miles after pickup. Took them 6 hours to get me towed. spent almost 7 hours on the phone with the location and U-haul cooperate. They still charged me for 2 days rental and for blankets and a dolly I did not rent. They called me and asked why I didn't return the truck after it was towed away. Then promised to charge me for the mileage only due to the breakdown. then charged me for everything. I called the location, they didn't answer then i got customer service who told me only the manager can refund me, but he was out today, then got put on hold and they hung up on me and have never called me back.

Trailer was dirty when I picked it up. Was told they did not have a broom to sweep it out with. I opted to take it and clean it myself since I needed to move some furniture immediately. Upon arriving at my home and attempting to sweep the trailer discovered that it was not dirt but large clumps of machine grease. Took trailer back and was supposed to receive a refund on my credit card. That has not occurred to date, 9/2/19. I will wait 2 more days before I dispute charge with credit card company. Very disappointed with this rental.

Both agents that helped me at this location went above and beyond with the customer service. It was an easy transaction and they made sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Very professional employees and I would definitely recommend this location.

I actually like the location, however it is difficult getting in and out and due to the congested traffic in and around the building ,the equipment...ie ?? and trailers are always blocking the small customer parking area, however the employees are very helpful and courteous.

The reservation (input reverse of start/drop off requirement) was made at this local store a week prior to the needed equipment pick-up. Paperwork identified I would get a confirming phone call from the pick up store. This did not happen so I called the de Zavala store in San Antonio (nearest to the move point) and discovered the reservation was not to be honored so a new one was created via the de Zavala store. Additional training is needed for computer input and client communication at this location. Personnel were helpful on the drop off and provided no benefit when generating the reservation and did not communicate limitations or explain what the reservation did not provide.

This pertains to the storage unit ONLY. yall need to fix the ceiling in the units, or at least in my unit. There is some nasty looking stuff hanging from that ceiling. Just saying.

Please note : my storage unit was broken into and the lock changed . There were several items stolen and damaged beyond repair. I’m still going through my things since I just moved .

The facility is the good but the employee's and the security is bad they broke into my room and stole my tools I just lost 90% of my working tools between $12 and $15 thousand dollars

The only problem i had was with the hours. I was told that I could excess my storage unit 24 hours, 7 days a week. I was not able to do that but the staff at this location made sure I parted happy.

Unit was rusty and dirty. Extended truck 2 days to find alternative storage. Employees very friendly, but did not note that I moved out after 3 days. Just git a bill?! Had to call to resolve.

Friendly staff. The only reason for 4 star is because how slow there computer system was when getting storage unit. Now if they upgraded since then (over a year ago), I would have given a 5 star.

Our UHaul storage Was broken into and a lot of my family’s stuff was stolen or broken. Still haven’t heard anything from UHaul and the manager keeps telling us to wait.

I called 4 times to locate the U-box I ordered. Each time a man named Josh answered the phone and seemed clueless about it. The manager never called me, I had to show up and demand they find it.
