You need to check lock for u haul. Brought a lock and open it but did not fix u haul. Unable to return it because I open it. This was not right, all lock should fit easily on all truck.michael S.

We were charged extra for the mileage, however we were only given 32 miles. If we drove straight from the pick up location to the drop off location, we would have gone over this mileage. This is absolutely ridiculous to be charged more when it is expected at the beginning to not be dropped off at the same location. Definitely will keep me from using this service againClaire D.

The Baytown location over charged me and gave me a quote for a DE order, I was going to ATlanta. The representative never made the changes in Baytown. The truck brakes did not work properly. Thanks When I dropped off the truck, I was charged an additional 130, the truck was unlimited. The clerk stated it was for mileage.Lisa C.

One of the CSR was unpleasant not in word but in attitude. She made me feel I was beneath her. She got up and left and another lady came and finished the transaction. We did not understand why she just up and left. We never said anything to her to make her treat us so shortly. We were just in disbelief that we were being treated indifferent by this first woman. We will not recommend the store in Baytown ever. Also, while I never said a word about it to the CSR or questioned it because she already had an indifferent attitude towards us, we just left the questions unspoken, however, while I understand prices are rising, our paychecks are NOT. Please will you all reconsider and lower your cost, only if it's a little. Thank you.Yvonne D.

Everything went very smoothly. The employees who helped me at the beginning and end of my rental were very personable, professional and very competent. The only problem I had was with my vehicle self-inspection. It is very difficult to view the photos in the sun. Also, it took a long time to upload new photos using my phone's network. It would be easier to use uhaul wifi if possible. Otherwise, it was a near perfect experience.Carole G.

We rented the truck with trailer to haul our vehicle and the air conditioner did not work in the truck, the battery was bad also. Once the truck was turned off it took an hour for it to start again. We got stranded for an hour on our trip due to the battery. The passenger side strap on the trailer was so frayed we thought it might break at any moment. The female store manager needs to go back into training or be demoted to clerk. One of the rudest people I have ever met, and this is my 2nd time dealing with her. They over charge me, on my contract say that I have till 9:30 pm I returned at 745pm and they put 2 day rental. Also they charged me 20 fee for after hr service and 25 dollar for cleaning, but they didn't not send me the pictures to prove me it was dust. Everything was Good except I had 3 items that was in storage have mold on them. Not sure if the infamous freeze of 2021 have anything to do with it but, I had to throw away my son's mattress and box spring. I will also have to get my cedar chest refinished, I had an ottoman and a futon along with other fabric items, not sure what happened. Thats why you pay extra for insurance, claim filed. To be brief Uhaul storage was the worst experience i can remember. I was broken into twice in the course of a year.Many thousands of dollars in machines and tools are gone . The first time they cut the lock , they took 2 portable shelves on wheels that had tools, along with (4) evaporation machines valued at $900 each. They also took an electric jack hammer and a carpet stretcher and many other tools.. The second time they broke in they went through all the boxes and took anything of value and put on a Uhaul padlock on the door when they were done that my keys would not open to cover their tracks. The only thing worse than me being broken into was that the staff told me I wasn't the only one... I cant help but wonder how I got targeted when I never saw anyone in my comings and goings..
