I Arrived at 7am (the time of my reservation) and nobody was there. After waiting for 20 minutes I left and came back at 8am. When I returned it took over an hour due to limited staffing and the trailer I rented needed a new tail light.

On of the ramps didn't have a pin to hold it in place, had to stop 4 times to put it back before I got home with it!!


Everything went great from pick up to return. All the UHaul reps. were courteous and helpful.

Does U Haul have any programs where people can get big discounts for taking U Haul equipment from cities with excess equipment to cities where there may be shortages? If so, it is not easy to see or sign up on the website.

Have more than one person working on a Saturday. When I arrived only had one guy checking in people and he was cleaning the trucks out too. Arrived at 8:20 in morning didn't leave place about 9:15am


Looking inside of the vehicle we find alot grass in the floor and illegal grass i motion it to the guy when we drop it off he afirm he clean the van real good prior our pick up. He said. He will cleaning again and make sure the van dont small. ( this vehicle dont have any smell when i open the door when i pick it up)


The two individuals working the afternoon shift on Monday 6/22 could use some training on being personable to the customers...maybe they were just having a bad day? The morning shift guy on Tuesday 6/23 was great. He was sprinting from place to place and very very nice.

The clerk couldn't find the dolly that should have been ready when I arrived. The process was slow and took away from my time. They guys should have brought the dolly to my car but didn't. Then I was double charged for this item. I check it out after noon on a Saturday and brought it back before noon on a Sunday l. I'm very disappointed at this location

The process to rent a truck could be so much smoother if the fine print was explained consistently on all the platforms for rental. I spent 2 weekends trying to rent a truck for a few hours. The first time the fine print was explained at the clerk desk and therefore wouldn't work and the option that was more cost effective wouldn't work either because the desk clerk completed the transaction without checking the capability of my vehicle with the trailer. She asked if I had a tow hitch and I did but apparently that wasn't all that was required because I was missing a plug for lights and they were showing they had the connector but couldn't find them. After spending hours there I decided to just try again next weekend. That was a bit smoother since I already knew what to the fine print was, except the contactless pick wasn't exactly contactless. I still had to go in to get the key, I still had to get the clerk to mark damage that wasn't marked with an x because it the website kept crashing and wouldn't upload the pictures. I left the lot almost 40 minutes after my reservation time and when I brought the truck back I still had to go inside to get them to process the return of the truck due to the issue picking up the truck delaying my departure.


Staff were helpful. U-Haul cell phones used to complete the rental transaction are not reliable and resulted in significant delay in processing. I have been renting from your company for well over 40 years and today your system demanded a personal reference to complete the transaction. I find this offensive and am unsure of our relationship going forward.

The first location call me 15 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the trailer, informed me the trailer wasn't available and I would have to drive and hour in the other direction to pick one up. Upon my arrival I was given the oldest trailer on the lot .this was scheduled a week out, passed by first location had two haulers on the lot. Wow


This location didnt accept the truck.

Staff was rude when I asked for assistance when the truck broke. Additionally the truck was missing several parts including the window crank on the passenger side. Ramp was broken in more ways than one. Breaks and the truck made and awful noise and repeatedly the ABS warning light came on. Not to mention the noise of the rattling glass pain in the back, horrible sounds the engine would make, and had issues even starting. I will do my best to keep people away from this store. Especially if they value their lives or property. Oh, and if the value good customer service as this location lacks that with the exclusion on one male manager who seems to be overwhelmed.
