Jacob DI was greeted right when I walked through the door. The woman who runs the facility cheerfully asked how can I help you. I replied that I needed a pickup truck for 1 or 2 days. She than explained the rental rates and signed me up. I was in and out the door in under 30 minutes. I was impressed with all stages of my experience. The following morning, She called me around 8am to inquire on if I'm going to continue on renting for another day. I informed her that I will be returning returning the truck as soon as I unload my personal belongings out of the truck. Hour later I arrived at the location and was greeted by a young man that quickly accepted the truck. It was a fantastic vehicle. A fantastic experience. I have already shared my experience with friends and strangers. I will be returning to that U Haul location whenever I'm in need of your company services. Thank you ,

Robinson MTrailer hitch installed 3/23 at Independence was unacceptable. Ball was improperly installed. Nut continuously loosened in towing service. I purchased two wrenches, stopped every 200 miles to retighten.... Gave receiver to u haul regional manager at time of drop off of trailer. Discovered problem after using hitch at speed limit on urban I94 through Milwaukee metro....Lots of liability if it had fallen all the way off!
JAMES OConnie runs a well organized facility. She helped me figure out what I needed quickly and efficiently. Excellent service! I wish I received service like this from all businesses I deal with on a regular basis.

Then I get to store n had to do it all again. What kind of service is this. The lady's at the call service should not even ask for all info. Just give us a direct line n no bull what a waste of my time
