After payment was made there was not even an attempt to offer instructions on the use of the truck or the fact that an out of state trip had restrictions on which roads could not be used. I was simply handed the key and the employee disappeared.

Not happy with Uhaul. This is my first and last time I will rent with this company. I rented a truck 2 months in advance. They did not explain the In town one way policy so I needed up glint getting a truck near my location. The appointment was confirmed the night before dive miles away from my home to rent to truck only to find out all the newer versions have been recalled. I to leave that area to go to another area. The location priced me one price and when o got there is up charged me tremendously. I will never!! Recommend or rent from this company ever again!!!

Rented a car tow dolly got on road 2 hours later on NYS thruway the lock for ramp fell off and ram was dragging on road had to go to rest stop gas station and pay for repair Returned unit and explained what happened and was told there was nothing that could be done

On the app I booked the truck to be picked up at a supermarket 2 blocks from my house. I could walk there. 15 hours before I was going to pickup the truck, Uhaul changed the pickup location to Hicksville, NY. Not happy

Charges that are bogus added to the bill! I will be going back to the location and disputing some charges!

If you want to significantly improve your customers experience, Shameka Norworthy should not help the public. My experience was to say the least, unacceptable. This woman was rude, aggressive, short, sarcastic and overall the opposite of how you should act with customers. I do not expect with a red carpet but I expect respect and common courtesy when I'm spending $300 at an establishment. The whole exchange was unnecessary and unpleasant. I will not return to this location nor will I recommend it.

My return was not processed right. I returned the truck the same day I rented it within business hours, handed the key back to a male personnel at the desk. He said you will get an email receipt. Then I was charged an after hours fee and two extra dats of rental? How can that happen if not for poor work? I’m still waiting fir my refund.

I was charged $20 for an after hours return. When I rented the van I was told that I would be able to use the website to register the return. After I signed in to UHaul.com my dashboard did not show the "return my truck" button that was on the instructions. I could not find this button anywere on your site. I have the original instructions and screenshots that will back this up. I would like UHAUL to return the $20 after hours return fee.

When I picked the van, the gas was not full which made it very hard to put in the right amount once I wanted to return the van. Upon return, if the gas is below its starting point, we get charged high prices per gallon to make the mark, but if we overfilled the gas, we are reimbursed. Very unfair. I lost at least $10 on gas for this reason.

Everytime I go there they seem to not have enough staff. One person at the counter most of the time and wait time can be long. If there are a lot of returns the person has to keep running outside to check the trucks

It was good very crowded and the line was very long when I arrived to pick up the van. They weren’t enough people working there in the morning. I return the van early and that was an easy return.

Great experience!! Very smooth, reasonable process, with a desk guy who knew how to guide newcomers through the truck-rental process. MUCH better than Budget, who didn't explain anything and expected me to know everything without asking annoying questions.

Last two rentals the windshield was dirty on the inside. Other than that the trucks are good. Had some issues with the app that made check in difficult this time, had two reservations for same time and location. Had to go inside to have second one canceled so I wouldn’t get charged for not picking it up. The staff is friendly and helpful.
