Boone being a mountain town is much different than Center Two. in PA. Center Tep. Location is in a wide open shopping center with much space to maneuver; the Boone location is off a two lane road with an uphill entrance. Not many other locations to choose from in Boone, but since we are re-locating to Boone it was better than, say, having to return the truck, say, to Charlotte or Greensboro.After hours, so no attendant on duty. Called 24/7 number to report the truck return; Joshua was very thorough.

VINCENT BA couple of ways you could improve your customers' experience with your location is to make sure your employees are properly trained so that misinformation would not be passed onto the customer. Another way to improve is to find friendlier people to work for you. Also, a check engine light that is lit up is a sign of not properly maintaining your equipment.

GREGORY LOne thing and most important is informing about the mileage. I was told to have the truck back by the next morning only. I paid $80 plus and had the truck back by 9AM next morning, by noon I noticed an additional charge of $320.00 due to traveling 248 miles. Man! It sure would've been nice to have been charged beforehand, $400.00 plus dollars for 248 miles and 18 hours:)

JOHN WThe trailer had a terrible vibration and 1/2 way through my trip a tire blew out. We sat on side of road for 2 hours waiting to have it changed. Once changed we drove slowly because trailer still had a terrible vibration. This trailer should never have been rented.
DENNIS MI have to brag on Mabel. She is a delightful person. There was no one in the office when I dropped my rental off and we talked for 15 minutes while I waited on my wife to pick me up. Very friendly and helpful on picking up and dropping off.
JASON CIntake employee Jennifer was pretty rude to simple questions. Example: "Does typical car insurance cover issues we could have with your equipment." Employee Response: "I'm not your car insurance." While true, rude, and not helpful...

Michelle went above and beyond assisting me. I had to keep changing our arrival time due to road and weather conditions on the way up.

Anthony C | Overall ExperienceWell for the price I assumed I’d get something bigger? And it was dirty, filled with leaves, a rat trap. And covered in webs. Kinda felt like a bad joke. And the “free lock” was as covered in heavy dust. The latch is rusty and very hard to open and close. And that rope to open and close the door felt like a crusty sock. I also said I was going to move in the 8th and I arrived and had to call the office to move their parked trucks out of the way so I could access the unit. And if it wasn’t for the knife I was carrying I wouldn’t have been able to remove the latch. Definitely don’t recommend unless you wanna feel scammed.

There needs to be a logistical overhaul for where to park the trucks when they're not in use so they are not be in the way of customers trying to park and and get into their units. Overall, the staff made it an excellent experience and they were great with their communication and quick to respond.

Staff member even lied on me and my friend saying we harassed her when asking to have trucks moved. This facility needs new management and needs to resolve there issues with blocking people unitswith trucks. Burnt out units that haven't been fixed. Tow dolly sitting around without wheels in between the isles. Just a awful place and thats why I closed down my unit.

It literally only took Michelle no longer than fifteen minutes for us to complete our two rental units. We also added U-Haul's insurance for both units because of Michelle mentioning it us. We had no clue until yesterday about the insurance your company provides when renting one of your unit. I've rented y U-Haul's units for years and your company's insurance has never been mentioned to us before until yesterday. We do have home owners insurance but for the quote Michelle gave us for both units to be insured by U-Haul we couldn't resist. Michelle is definitely a keeper. Thanks, Karl Smith Boone, N.C.
