The online 'inventory' didn't match what they actually had available? I looked for a 5x8 trailer...showing none available, online at this location? Settled on a 4x8...but when I got there to pickup the trailer...they said they had a 5x8? Good, that's what I needed. And the price was lower in reality than stated on the website? That was a bonus...a good thing...but curious why the prices didn't match? Also, apparently there is a difference in a 'local' trailer and a 'one-way'? I didn't see this on the website? I went to a different location first...as the website showed a 5x8 available there. The U-haul guys there were very helpful and friendly...but said they didn't have a 'oneway' trailer for me? Confusing, because I had parked beside two 5x8 trailers on there lot? So, they referred me to the Campbell Lane location...and even made the reservation through the system for me? Overall, the u-haul worked well, had no issues, pulled well, drop off was easy...just the website wasn't really clear to me...who had the trailer that I needed?

I put as much gas in the truck as it had in it when I got it and I have pictures to prove it... I was told I would be charged $19.99 plus mileage My bill was supposed to be $87 but when I returned the truck, and took the pictures they asked me to take, suddenly my bill was $147!!! And if I can show the pictures to get my money back, you can buy you better believe I will. Wonderful customer service people., but I was charged a lot more than I should have been!!!

Have trucks available at other locations around town. This location is in a very inconvenient place. You can barely get out on the road when it is busy. I had to come here to pick up my rental after booking it at a place that was in walking distance from my home. Added miles to my rental and no "$50 guarantee".

The only complaint I have is that when you call the local locations, and automated service picks up and you can't get a human on the phone. I know that's going on everywhere now, but the service is not developed well enough to turn over 100% to automation.

Only thing is I put too much gas in the return because they didn’t point out how many gallons it took to put it back up where it was! I kept turning key on or start truck and the gage didn’t read so I spent WAY TOO Much on gas and no refund. Was not pleased with that part at all! May prevent future use.

Gas was left at 1/4 of a tank. When I rented from the Bowling Green location, it was given to me on full. I was forced to pay $70 in gas on return.

I feel the truck was well worn out. Not the peoples fault at the location but the truck has a worn out front suspension, shifter is ready to fall off, couldn’t take out of tow mold and it drank gas just to go like 30 miles.

We reserved a van for 10 AM and to drop off at 3 PM. We got to your store at 9:30 AM and there was already a line of five people in front of us. There was one lady at the register who was extremely slow and kept complaining that the equipment she had to work on wasn’t working correctly the computer, the printer, and that she was all alone because the other guy was out making sure the other stuff was ready for people who were getting their trucks, etc. when we finally got to the counter, it was when the guy that was outside came in to start helping people. It was about 10:20 and after the gentleman punched stuff into the computer, he said I have one problem. The van is not back that was supposed to be back at 9 o’clock. So he tried to call the customer and she was behind the big line behind us and said I’m right here. I’m turning it in. So he went out looked at it brought it to the front for us charged me and we left probably about 10:45. We brought it back at 11:30 AM as we were done with it just had to pick something up at that time. There was no lines, but there were three people working. Everybody was super nice like I said once we got up to the counter maybe they should think about hiring some more people at that one I felt sorry for your workers

For starters one of the employees got mad because I got a free month of storage and was only going to use the storage for a couple of weeks. Secondly when we were trying to leave our car was blocked in by the Uhals I asked the same man nicely if he can move the truck and he said he is only one person and was busy, however he ignored me and went to another lady. The gentleman was a white short kinda built man. Will not be going back to that location at all anymore.

Overall great experience, I know they have mouse traps in the units, but when I got my stuff delivered there were mice in my belongings. Even though it was only in the unit less than a month I wouldn't expect that. I don't blame uhaul at all, just maybe use more mouse traps or something stronger.

When moved in, so many trips to office. Yes you have a climate control unit, no we are full and gave been. Yes you have a unit, no we can't take a deposit, you should have put a deposit. I used the restroom when I moved my belongings into my interior storage and there was a cockroach on the wall. I reported it discreetly to the gentleman working inside so he could ask his mgr to call an exterminator, or address it however he/she saw fit. I understand these things happen as I manage a hotel, so my experience was still a positive one.

Mouse poop and pee ruined all of our stuff in storage. We had a couch and cloths. The material and wood had holes from the mice. Very nasty and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I was very pleased with the customer service. I haven't had to get a storage unit in a long time and when I did, I had to buy my own lock. So PLEASED that I didn't have to this time because my money was running low. SUGGESTION... Maybe when a customer rents a truck with or without storage maybe offer a free box or two or buy one get one free. Maybe some kind of rewards program for the customers that pay their storage on time.

Someone that worked there had access to the unit blocked, after complaining they finally moved it, lot cluttered, very disorganized, had to get another unit because the first one was to small and upstairs. Everything was just a hassle!!!

I came in and ask the guys to move the trucks because They were blocking my unit and all I received was an attitude. The guy moves the first truck looks at me and says you can work around that one right and I said no I can’t it’s too close I don’t wanna risk it and the employee just shakes his head with an attitude and walks away . I pay for a full month of storage move out the third day and I can’t even get a refund uhual sucks and I will not be back and I will not be recommending you guys to anybody.

Can't get into the units they have storage containers all blocking the Isles can't get to your units and to run over curbs in order to get to my things would never ever use this facility again would never recommend it to anyone most horrible experience with a storage facility that U-Haul has that I've ever had

The double doors that have a wheel rail at the bottom were broke and I was moving everything in alone the single door entrance has no rail so you had to lift the cart in order to get it in the door. On top of no elevator being in the building so I was lugging everything upstairs alone. Not the best experience but yeah.

How can I recommend this storage facility when over a thousand dollars worth of my things were stolen from it in a way I was not aware of to about two months ago, when I first thought that things were misplaced but once I started moving things into my apartment I realized that things were missing from my storage unit. I was the only one to access to my keys. When I told the assistant manager I was told this could not happen, the lock could not be picked. That the alarm would go off if the door was opened. Well it was picked, someone went into it, I told them I think it was someone who worked or works there. I trusted U Haul, I been with them for five years and I used them to move several times but I will never be able to trust them with my storage. ⚜️

It is not their fault that uhaul's system goes down every first of the month making it inconvenient to people that have to use them at that time, but through it all the management and staff remain professional while being cursed at for something out of their hands.

Vacated my storage, left some things behind. I had no ability to take them. I informed them to give the things away or to charity. MY LOCK WAS REMOVED. They said they needed permission to do that and i had to fill out a paper. when i am 300 miles away. SO I AM GOING TO SUE THEM.

During the pandemic businesses were giving allowances to help everyone due to the Covid by removing late charges, etc. While the did work on a payment arrangement one time. Other times I called to get assistance with payment, I couldn't get it. A comment was made during one conversation that I was always late well yes, we were struggling financially and my husband had been in an accident. Whether I call the store or the corporate line it did not change the type of service that was received. So calling corporate with unresolved issues was a waste of time.! Another thing if you leave a message for the manager there it is like a week before you get a call back , if you get one at all. Several times I wanted to just grab something quick because the trucks were always parked in front of my unit.

Check-in proces was extremely slow Compared to StoreMart (where I had my belongings) check-in process took more than 40 minutes. Why do you require 3 different phone numbers, contact names of third parties, etc? Yard at your facility at Bowling Green is very crowded as well.
