The online 'inventory' didn't match what they actually had available? I looked for a 5x8 trailer...showing none available, online at this location? Settled on a 4x8...but when I got there to pickup the trailer...they said they had a 5x8? Good, that's what I needed. And the price was lower in reality than stated on the website? That was a bonus...a good thing...but curious why the prices didn't match? Also, apparently there is a difference in a 'local' trailer and a 'one-way'? I didn't see this on the website? I went to a different location first...as the website showed a 5x8 available there. The U-haul guys there were very helpful and friendly...but said they didn't have a 'oneway' trailer for me? Confusing, because I had parked beside two 5x8 trailers on there lot? So, they referred me to the Campbell Lane location...and even made the reservation through the system for me? Overall, the u-haul worked well, had no issues, pulled well, drop off was easy...just the website wasn't really clear to me...who had the trailer that I needed?

WILLIAM SI put as much gas in the truck as it had in it when I got it and I have pictures to prove it... I was told I would be charged $19.99 plus mileage My bill was supposed to be $87 but when I returned the truck, and took the pictures they asked me to take, suddenly my bill was $147!!! And if I can show the pictures to get my money back, you can buy you better believe I will. Wonderful customer service people., but I was charged a lot more than I should have been!!!

CHRISTOPHER OHave trucks available at other locations around town. This location is in a very inconvenient place. You can barely get out on the road when it is busy. I had to come here to pick up my rental after booking it at a place that was in walking distance from my home. Added miles to my rental and no "$50 guarantee".

ASHLEY JOnly thing is I put too much gas in the return because they didn’t point out how many gallons it took to put it back up where it was! I kept turning key on or start truck and the gage didn’t read so I spent WAY TOO Much on gas and no refund. Was not pleased with that part at all! May prevent future use.

Paul FGas was left at 1/4 of a tank. When I rented from the Bowling Green location, it was given to me on full. I was forced to pay $70 in gas on return.
Danielle GIt would be nice if there could be a way to lower prices without decreasing value or safety. I know that's a tall order. Not sure how that's possible. Your staff did a great job to assist me and help me complete my needs.

JOHN GI feel the truck was well worn out. Not the peoples fault at the location but the truck has a worn out front suspension, shifter is ready to fall off, couldn’t take out of tow mold and it drank gas just to go like 30 miles.

Deborah S | Overall ExperienceWe reserved a van for 10 AM and to drop off at 3 PM. We got to your store at 9:30 AM and there was already a line of five people in front of us. There was one lady at the register who was extremely slow and kept complaining that the equipment she had to work on wasn’t working correctly the computer, the printer, and that she was all alone because the other guy was out making sure the other stuff was ready for people who were getting their trucks, etc. when we finally got to the counter, it was when the guy that was outside came in to start helping people. It was about 10:20 and after the gentleman punched stuff into the computer, he said I have one problem. The van is not back that was supposed to be back at 9 o’clock. So he tried to call the customer and she was behind the big line behind us and said I’m right here. I’m turning it in. So he went out looked at it brought it to the front for us charged me and we left probably about 10:45. We brought it back at 11:30 AM as we were done with it just had to pick something up at that time. There was no lines, but there were three people working. Everybody was super nice like I said once we got up to the counter maybe they should think about hiring some more people at that one I felt sorry for your workers

Secondly when we were trying to leave our car was blocked in by the Uhals I asked the same man nicely if he can move the truck and he said he is only one person and was busy, however he ignored me and went to another lady. The gentleman was a white short kinda built man. Will not be going back to that location at all anymore.

I was the only one to access to my keys. When I told the assistant manager I was told this could not happen, the lock could not be picked. That the alarm would go off if the door was opened. Well it was picked, someone went into it, I told them I think it was someone who worked or works there. I trusted U Haul, I been with them for five years and I used them to move several times but I will never be able to trust them with my storage. ⚜️

Other times I called to get assistance with payment, I couldn't get it. A comment was made during one conversation that I was always late well yes, we were struggling financially and my husband had been in an accident. Whether I call the store or the corporate line it did not change the type of service that was received. So calling corporate with unresolved issues was a waste of time.! Another thing if you leave a message for the manager there it is like a week before you get a call back , if you get one at all. Several times I wanted to just grab something quick because the trucks were always parked in front of my unit.
