When I walked into the store the person behind the desk had 2 different calls on the speaker phone (1 on her cell and the other on the landline) in order to set up a conference call. I do not know the background but the person behind the counter was very rude to those on the phone and almost shouting at them. While I don't know the background at this point it left a very bad impression on me.

I was NOT happy with the overall experience of my rental. After leaving Bowling Green to pick up my cargo to head to Chicago, there was a terrible rattle that continued from the link up for 70% of the 7 hour trip north. If this is typical, then I will never rent from UHaul again.

I have reported to the general manager that the radio is not working in the vehicle that I rented also the light was not working and there was a noise coming from the windows and she denied all the fact that I told her I was like I was lying to her and she was telling me that I owe $15 and I have to pay it before it gets too collection it sounded like I was just trying to call her so I would prevent paying that $15. I only want to say this is a very poor customer service I will never recommend this place never rent a truck and we'll leave a negative review on all websites on Google Facebook all social media.

Very unprofessional service. Clerk forgot my dolly. I mentioned it to him; he rapidly grabbed a random dolly and tossed it into the trailer. However when I went to use the dolly , set my refrigerator on it, the bottom plate broke off causing the 500 lb.. refrigerator to roll onto my foot leaving me unable to walk for days. Horrible experience

I just don't understand why there was so much confusion with my truck in regards to miles and drop off, I returned the car one day in advance and I received a call telling me that they were still waiting for my truck. I think that there is poor communication among co-workers.

The website let me rent a trailer locally for $29. I went to get it and found that the local facility was actually closed and that the website should not have let me secure the trailer online. I was then charged $105 to rent the same trailer in another town nearby that was open. In the end I paid $75 more than needed because the website allowed me to rent something locally that was not really available
