When you post that to you have a equipment at a location you need to make sure that you can actually deliver what you promise. I should charge you for my time and gas having to drive to two different locations to find a trailer when I requested the trailer several days in advance and your system said you had it but you did not. Then to be over charged on top of my hassle is a real insult.Nelson P.

No parking avail was told we were supposed to park in the next shopping center down the road and walk up, no one to check out vehicle with us or be sure we knew how to operate everything etc, no one was there for almost 15 minutes when we tried to check back in. No one at desk, in office, at check in awning or anywhere to be seen. Called the phone number after 5 minutes and the sales office contacted the GM who â€œcalled someoneâ€ by then there were 4 ppl waiting for service and we had been waiting 15 min, even then the person who showed up decided to take care of a man who came in after me instead of checking in my vehicle. Told the employee about filling the gas up and he didn't really care. Also I was charged for rental with a mileage estimate of 332 miles. I only went 228 miles. I asked if I would get a reimbursement of the mileage I didn't use and he said no. I ask him but if I went over i have to pay more. He told he doesn't make the rules. I rented 2 Uhauls the same week. In the first transaction, I inquired why I was being charged an extra $60 AFTER I paid for the rental. I was told that I was being charged because I didn't pay in cash. I was furious because I was not informed I could save money by paying with cash. The second rental, I made sure to bring cash. While paying, I was informed that I was being charged $60 because I paid with cash and didn't have a card on file. I HAD A CARD ON FILE BECAUSE I HAD JUST RENTED A UNIT WITH A CARD, AT THE SAME LOCATION, 4 DAYS EARLIER! It seems that there is a BIG problem here that needs to be addressed. I won't be renting a uhaul anytime in the near future because of this and certainly not at this location!Lizabeth C.

However, the u-haul truck was a mechanical mess. Scary to drive. Needs an overhaul. People at this location need to check out these trucks before renting them to be sure they are in hood enough shape.rita S.
When renting the truck it was fast, friendly a two thumbs up experience The truck is a fine piece equipment, a 10 ft box style. Cleaned and ready to go. Gas above half I didn't have to worry. The truck runs better than expected plenty of power when needed, if you need a slow crawl backing in tight spots it's there when I needed the most. Returning the equipment I was best assured that I returned as it if possible. On my return I didn't have to wait Tabatha was ready to help process the return friendly kindly and has a super smile. I don't go out in public very often and people seam to be cruel or stand alone selfish. But the experience I had with the customer support, and staff like Tabatha was something I smile on and recommended to friends family stranger to rent fromJospeh M.

The location was clean and the staff was very helpful. However, the truck had not had a proper predelivery PDI. The windshield weather stripping came completely out causing the windshield to fall out so I returned it and it was taped back on but the service and help was great. Then it bagan to rain and I found out it had to blades on the wipers so I returned it again and the apologized and repairs it again. I just feel sorry for the drop off location because they are going to be down a truck till the windshield is repaired. The drop off location was again very nice and apologeticdustin V.

I was charged a full day rental after I had spoken with someone and made them aware I was on the way and would be late. Had they mentioned charges of a full day for being a few hours late I could have understood and weighed my options. Even when I dropped off the rental there was no mention of the charges. How can you charge for a full day after I had let them know I was behind schedule and was a few hours late. Never was it mentioned. I always recommend this location. My sister is a realtor so I have her recommend you all as well. We usually get a truck once a week for our business. Sadly this week we were told it was okay to have the truck a few hours long since the next person didn't have it rented until the following day at 9am. I was told that I would not be charged for a second day and I was. Also the truck roof leaks badly. Half of my merchandise got soaked. I am Very upset about that.Embry A.

I came in and ask the guys to move the trucks because They were blocking my unit and all I received was an attitude. The guy moves the first truck looks at me and says you can work around that one right and I said no I can’t it’s too close I don’t wanna risk it and the employee just shakes his head with an attitude and walks away . The double doors that have a wheel rail at the bottom were broke and I was moving everything in alone the single door entrance has no rail so you had to lift the cart in order to get it in the door. How can I recommend this storage facility when over a thousand dollars worth of my things were stolen from it in a way I was not aware of to about two months ago, when I first thought that things were misplaced but once I started moving things into my apartment I realized that things were missing from my storage unit. I was the only one to access to my keys. When I told the assistant manager I was told this could not happen, the lock could not be picked. That the alarm would go off if the door was opened. Well it was picked, someone went into it, I told them I think it was someone who worked or works there. During the pandemic businesses were giving allowances to help everyone due to the Covid by removing late charges, etc. While the did work on a payment arrangement one time. Other times I called to get assistance with payment, I couldn't get it. A comment was made during one conversation that I was always late well yes, we were struggling financially and my husband had been in an accident. Whether I call the store or the corporate line it did not change the type of service that was received. So calling corporate with unresolved issues was a waste of time.! Another thing if you leave a message for the manager there it is like a week before you get a call back , if you get one at all.
