We filled the truck up to the level we were actually given the truck at. I was charged a fee to fill the truck up after I checked out. I’m disappointed. This is fraud!

DAVID DThe customer service agent did a great job helping with my truck rental. However, UHaul needs to provide just 1 day rentals for trucks on the weekend. I needed it for 8 hours, but was forced to pay for 2 days per UHaul policy.

RICKY FThe customer service at the Bowling Green location was great. It was the maintenance of the truck that we had that was very bad. When we were driving and I let off the gas, something in the engine bay would start to make a whinning noise. I could feel it in my feet. It only made the noise if I did not have my foot on either of the petals.

ETHEL VI seem to find myself here for various things. Mostly dropping trailers but, also filling LP tanks. I especially like the "pay outside" option. The folks here are always helpful and attentive.

YURGEN WThere is not enough room to pull a trailer out safely in the rear of the facility. While pulling the trailer out of its spot, there was someone spotting the rear but not the front of my truck. My vision was limited and while proceeding/pulling out per the employee's instructions, my front bumper came into contact with the tongue of a different trailer which left a scuff on my bumper. Always, always, always have 2 people spotting especially in such tight quarters!
JOSHUA MKeep your schedule. The website was down and no rentals available when I got there. Employees said it happens all the time. If so, you need a back-up system like good old fashioned paperwork for rentals so things can keep moving. This facility is cramped and poorly laid out. Parking almost non-existent and driveways to the equipment were blocked 90% of the time. The trailer that I picked up had a coating of stinky engine oil spilled all over it. Floor was completely coated and even a small puddle in the back corner. Since I was on a schedule and 2 hours late in getting started I had to clean the trailer myself. If not it was a slip hazard to walk on and would have stained all of the bedding and furniture.
MICHAEL PI can’t think of anything! The guy that assisted me was knowledgeable, and told me the cost up front, was correct on everything. He was courteous and friendly and very helpful.
CHERI CI work with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) so i have experience working with many different organizations arranging for the movement of supplies. The Bowling Green location was both helpful and patient with us as we made arrangement for the box truck and worked with us as we worked out the funding details. Pease commend the Manager and all of his staff.

CODY HWe initially rented a truck from the Scottsville Rd location, the girl asked us to come back because she had just clocked out for lunch. We left and rented a truck online from the Nashville Rd location and when we went to pick it up, they said they didn't have any good trucks for us to rent and transferred us to the this location. The guy was nice, truck was clean...but the check engine light came on when we got to our destination and never went off. We initially wanted to rent a small pickup truck but couldn't find any in this area. We won't be using U-Haul again.

KEITH SThere was balled up fast food bags under the seats, I requested a dolly when ordering online only to find out while picking up the truck that they had non. To be fair, they offered a flat floor dolly thing but wouldn’t go up or down stairs. I refused the offer since my previous residence and new residence both have stairs.

JUDY PI paid for a dolly but didn't receive it. I would like a refund for it. I honestly forgot about it as my husband was the one that booked the rental & just mentioned it today.

EDWARD JThe only issue I had was the cab of the truck smelled like body odor and I couldn't get rid of it for anything. I don't believe they even look at these things because there was supposed to be a lock on the back and there wasn't and they shrugged their shoulders like they don't care.

DAVID YCounter lady very curt. Gave me key to touch in line between two other trucks and had to go back inside with freezing weather to have them move the front truck. Charged me double me double the sales tax that should have been for this location and have never responded as to why!!!
DARRELL FMake sure that all the tires are aired to the proper psi. I had an issue with the front passenger tire being low. I ended up having to use my air machine to air the tire in the rain.
JENNIFER RThe attendant was very friendly and nice. He walked me through the process and assisted with the setup of my auto transport. I’m a disabled veteran and he treated me like I was his top priority. Please pass along my appreciation to him and the top notch team running the show at this location.

I reported it discreetly to the gentleman working inside so he could ask his mgr to call an exterminator, or address it however he/she saw fit. Maybe when a customer rents a truck with or without storage maybe offer a free box or two or buy one get one free. Maybe some kind of rewards program for the customers that pay their storage on time.

Montrell G | Overall ExperienceHow can I recommend this storage facility when over a thousand dollars worth of my things were stolen from it in a way I was not aware of to about two months ago, when I first thought that things were misplaced but once I started moving things into my apartment I realized that things were missing from my storage unit. I was the only one to access to my keys. When I told the assistant manager I was told this could not happen, the lock could not be picked. That the alarm would go off if the door was opened. Well it was picked, someone went into it, I told them I think it was someone who worked or works there. I trusted U Haul, I been with them for five years and I used them to move several times but I will never be able to trust them with my storage. ⚜️

It is not their fault that uhaul's system goes down every first of the month making it inconvenient to people that have to use them at that time, but through it all the management and staff remain professional while being cursed at for something out of their hands.

Jeff B | Overall ExperienceDuring the pandemic businesses were giving allowances to help everyone due to the Covid by removing late charges, etc. While the did work on a payment arrangement one time. Other times I called to get assistance with payment, I couldn't get it. A comment was made during one conversation that I was always late well yes, we were struggling financially and my husband had been in an accident. Whether I call the store or the corporate line it did not change the type of service that was received. So calling corporate with unresolved issues was a waste of time.! Another thing if you leave a message for the manager there it is like a week before you get a call back , if you get one at all. Several times I wanted to just grab something quick because the trucks were always parked in front of my unit.
