Advertising for the actual amount of rental. Quit hiding the additional charges. $29 is not $135. The separate per mile and gas is not upfront. This is called “Bait and Switch” it is illegal, so in order to do this legally you have a customer sign the “fine print”.Sad way to do business.

Not this sites fault but there was supposed to be an allowance of 30 miles more because the reservation was changed by Uhaul due to lack of equipment at location I made reservation .

There was a safety pin missing for the hitch. The online return was rather complicated. I had to talk to 2 people on the phone to confirm my one way return. The online did not confirm my right drop location.

I was charged a double rate for the truck and the dolly. The fee was $19.95 for the day and $10 for the dolly. I was charged $39.90 and $20. It says on the receipt I was charged twice but I only had the truck from 11:44am to 4:14pm. I need to be refunded for these extra charges immediately

The trailer door was out of alignment, and I had to lift it to get the latches to attach to the lock. The trailer hitch latch also didn't secure the hitch to the ball, so it bounced throughout the trip from Minnesota to Texas.

Wish after contact with the app. Dropping the truck off early I thought I could get a refund for days paid in advance. I was told that if I would have waited to get extra days I could have received a refund. So planning ahead hurt my cause.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. Sand lot with busted paver blocks for a walk way that displace isn’t a very safe walkway. Tech from the back yelling at the person out front checking me in. He tell the guy from the back he’s “going to punch him in the nuts” When I returned the trailer the guy didn’t help get it disconnected or anything, he just told me “back it up over there and drop it. I am 67 and have a bad leg, maybe I am too old to expect better service than this. I was an hour late getting it back and have also been charged for a full second day. I will spread the word for your company, good luck.

I picked up the truck with 5/8 of tank. I dropped it off with 3/4. I got charged 35 dollars. Why can't your employees do math?

One tailight on the car dolly rented was loose and continually fell out when replaced. I made the staff aware of it, not sure if anyone else ever has. Great trailer to roll a car onto, but a real pain to get the car off as the tire pocket was a square. I looked at another and the pocket contained a ramp. Get that trailer, believe me.

I reserved a trailer for 19 hours, when I arrived to pick it up I was told that it was not available. I showed my confirmation which showed the 19 hour rental and drop off at 6:30 am the following day. The guy was very rude and said the trailer was going out at 7am the following day and my reservation was a mistake.

Inform customers of what to expect and what the rental expectations are at time of pickup. No one explained the texting system to me about needing to take a photo prior to leaving the lot for the text link. I recorded the linked after I left the lot. When I tried to open the link was no longer available

I rented trailers from this location twice in the last 3 weeks. Each time I received excellent service with both the pick-up and the drop-off experiences. The U-Haul app is also quick and easy to use!

Austin was awesome for both pickup and return. He assisted me with hooking up, despite the weather being, well Minnesota winter weather. He showed me how to use the auto transport trailer, and answered all my questions. Great experience all around!

No washer fluid on a very messy day with lots of dirty moisture splashing on our windshield so we had to stop many times to clean windows. Making vision impaired. Transmission slipped kinda like a pause between gears where it didn't shift. When Jason from Brainerd called he wouldn't accept any responsibility for the truck not being maintained. There was chocolate candies in an open with corn nuts on the floor which I wouldn't even care but he was not very nice so I'm going to mention everything

Your website and reservation information should include the mandatory equipment needs. I was not told the connection type or the required tow ball rating needed for the equipment to be rented. This is not a failure of the location, it is a failure of the system used to rent the equipment.

Don't call your customers and litterely harass them too bring their rental truck back. Do whatever it tskes too accommodate your customers, and assist them at keeping their rental. Urge them too keep their rental and find ways too make it more affordable. Your manager wanted that truck back asap and made me feel like I was stealing your truck.

Although , I was soppose to get 155 miles but I only received 125 miles with the Rental . I was charged $28 more when I dropped off the same night and returned the truck key at 11:00 am the next day .. And left the truck with 1/2 tank of gas . When it had 3/8 when I picked it up . Otherwise I had no problems getting the work done ..

Tires were bald, got stuck in 1 inch of snow going into my driveway, called roadside assistance where a lady named Angel was lazy and useless because she didnt understand what snow is living in Arizona. I went from 7:30pm ish to 11:50pm dealing with roadside assistance and having to argue with Angel. There was one hope, "David" from roadside was an impressive and kind caring individual. After dealing with getting the truck towed, and getting a taxi to my car, the manager of this location charges me 140$ extra and says he doesnt have any of the information that roadside was called. Refusing to try to find out anything saying it is my job to call roadside again and get them to add notes to my contract..... absolute bullshit..... I had a long hard thought process on this and im not happy with my service or the extra charges and will not be doing business with the hidden fee bullshit....

Have U-Hual charge on miles from where you are moving from to where you are moving to, not from where you pick it up in less you request to pick up there. If you don’t request that area you shouldn’t be charged the miles for that. And U-Husl shouldn’t charge you for everything under the sun either. And people that you rent from shouldn’t be rude either. And they shouldn’t lie so much. I am very upset with U-Hual period!!

It was still dark outside. There were no yard lights on and not much signage. I found it difficult to find off the highway. A light on the front of the building would have been great. Drive way was all dug up and deep loose sand. I was afraid that my car would be stuck. Again no lighting of the driveway and yard. with no indication were to park our personal vehicle. Gentlemen was not very friendly or helpful.
