Was not very happy with my Experience with U-Haul. I had originally booked a 20’ truck weeks in advance and when I go to pick it up they tell me I’m getting a 15’. Not only that,they told me I had to pick it up in Brampton when I wanted to pick it up I’m Mississauga. So I had to make 2 trips to move my furniture and also had to spend extra gas money to take the truck back to the Brampton location as they wouldn’t let me take it to any U-Haul. I am looking into getting some of my money back but haven’t heard anything from you guys. Never going with U-Haul again, I’m waiting to hear back as I am disputing the charges. Very disappointed in this company, one thing you guys should look into is when someone asks for a certain truck they should get that truck regardless.

I have already been stressed out for the move but receiving the truck not fully checked n then when it’s time go to my unit n go to pull out my ramp, but their is none!! So not only is their no ramp but I had banged my left up knee n bruised it pretty bad on the hitch , that would of been covered by the ramp!

I was not happy to hear I had to pay for 100 miles in advance. When i use only 19. There was no mention of this online. I was blindsided when i tried to pick up the truck. Also in canadian provinces km should be referenced not miles. This is not the USA !!!

I really enjoy interacting with the people at the front desk Things have really improved at the East Drive location in the past 3 months especially in regards to long line ups due to lack of staffing and the overall cleanliness. Keep up the great work!

The web site suck I am charger $20 for returning after hours and could not use the website to return. Kept rejecting my attempts to add fuel and mileage. Website need to be fixed. I was not the only one to have problems. The truck before me had similar issues and also could mm or.eeturn on line I need to be refunded $20 + tax

Well, this is aimed at U Haul corporate.... it would be helpful if you adopted a bit of flexibility in the way unit eligibility is determined. I wanted to haul a two door short bed pickup truck that your charts deem to not fit. OK, I know it does because I’ve hauled it before, but you made me lie to be able to get the trailer. You probably don’t care that I had to lie because if anything happened, the contract undoubtedly would have made me liable because the stated vehicle being hauled is not the one declared in the contract. Fair enough! But why not just tell people that your system says a vehicle does not qualify and that should anything untoward happen if they do haul that vehicle, they are responsible for any and all implications. In fact that’s what happens now as when told the vehicle applicants want to haul are not qualified, the representatives usually say well.... are you going haul something else? Oh, OK. But then, maybe the system does work?

When booking online you should inform us that after 45mins past your booked pickup time U-Haul will cancel you reservation. I did not remember seeing this when I booked. I am very glad that this location called me to inform me it was being cancelled.

if the trailer I booked wasn't good to be on road, should have told me the truth. rather the operator told me that my booking was cancelled for showing up late and she had to re-book. now that the closed trailer has been given to someone else and I have to take the open trailer.

The truck celling was leaking I lost $385 worth of my crockery water was coming from ceiling and my crockery box’s got wet and we try to take them out the crockery broke

My U_Haul experience was good with the exception of the times you send the automated e-mails. Every e-mail i recieved was AFTER 1or 2 am! I dont like to get alerts on my phone at these ridiculous time

Overall above average but a negative. Found mouse droppings upon moving out. GM did what she could to resolve issue, she was helpful. But, damage already done to no fault of their own.
