U-Haul Brampton changed my pick-up location 3 times because they were too lazy to shuttle the truck I wanted to the convenient location I asked for. Took all my credentials on-line including an email to express checkin only to have to go through the entire process at the location with snippy and officious attitude from the staff. Never again.

I ordered a trailer from Royal Windsor Drive location. They called Saturday morning to say they did not have it but I could drive a 1/2 hour Brampton and get $5 off my trailer. I went to Brampton, stood in line for 45 minutes. The Point of Sale computers kept crashing and it took another 20 minutes to process my order. I never received the $5 discount even though I called your 1-800 in advance. Overall a horrible experience which took 2 hours longer than it should have taken.

The location they booked gve my truck to someone else after that i picked from another location witch is far away & then they charged extra for kilometres. They tell me supervisor gonna contact me nobody call me. That day waste my time & money

The on line reservation service needs fixing. I did a Google search for U-Haul and the East Dr location is not in the list Google provided, but I found it listed independently further down. I went there and filled out when I wanted to pick up a trailer, and when I got to where I was going to select what kind of trailer I wanted, everything went blank and I was taken to the Corporate U.S. site with all fields blank. Very poor architecture! I had to phone the location to do a reservation.

I reserved a location where they were on vacation closed This had beem confirmed yestetday I paid $60 extra to movers And security guard gave me grief fot being hours late from gilbratar location had to go to 2 other locations I was so stressed I still recommended 3rf location in Brampton Ontario

I received a incorrect invoice and was over charged. When i called the branch they were unable to help me so i reached out to the general customer service to have this resolved. It should not have taken all this, the overcharge was for an additional 15 + days which did not exist.

I was charged extra for unintentional key drop off. I dropped off the keys in the key drop off on the side door. There was no instructions to online check in while returning the keys. The customer representative should clear that while giving the rental equipment. It does not CLEARLY instruct to sign in before the key drop. This is wrong and a genuine innocent mistake which i should not charged for. I would not recommend the service to anyone.

I used enclosed trailer 6x12 between 8-am and 7:30 pm returned 30 minutes before scheduleed time noone to check out charged after hours fee im not impressed ...I wouldn't call that a good service

UHaul could use a a faster check in - why do I have to line up when I return a rental? Someone in the parking area with a remote check In device would save customers a lot of hassle

The only reason why we book the car online is to avoid wait time at the counter. I have always using uhaul for all my shifting. But this was the second time that I booked online and when went in to collect the key, the customer service rep said that the van is not available at this moment and will give another vehicle. The whole procedure had to completed again. Also there was customer service rep who was yelling multiple time at me to move the car that came to drop me at the locations from the premises even after saying that the car is leaving right away

Customer service was zero . They did not explain the rules too me after returning the truck I was charged more then what I should be. First of all they said that they don’t have truck available another worker told me that they have it available. I ask the girl that you did not explain these rules to me before singing on the computer and I did not have the paperwork to read it my self she said that I am lying and she start writing paragraph about me on the computer and she wrote messages on the paper and pass to her coworker trying to hide it from me.

1st of all conciege girl is very unproffesional dealing with customers. She dont know how to smile, rude looking, no welcome, no seat offered, not even look to eyes. They badly need customer training, at least ask to goto a like TD bank and watch at staff how they deal with their customers. Van was not clean front and back both. All careless staffs.y bill charged with fuel sales is unclear, unjustified. Not happy.

After being sent an email and being asked to 'check in' before getting to the location to pick up the rental vehicle with my driver's license, I had to wait for over an hour in a 25-30 person line up to pick up my rental truck. I paid a high rate to rent this vehicle and I expect better service when paying such a premium.

This place is ridiculous.. I returned the truck on the time and when I recieved the receipt by email I have noticed they have charged me for a completely different truck (different kms/license #). I cant comprehend how a mistake like this can be done.. its ridiculous and a waste of my time. Now I have to call and try to get this fixed. Overall a horrible experience.
