We picked up the truck early in the morning by 10 am and it was filthy there was concrete and screws on the floor and I was moving furniture. Also the passengers side mirror did not move and it was hard to see when driving. When I returned it I mentioned it and nothing was said or done. So to me your customer service should be retrained or something. I have rented trucks from you in the past and the experience hasn't been to bad but this time what a disappointment and I may need a truck again in 2 weeks not sure if I'm going back or trying someone new.

Very limited parking space around the facility. It is always busy and since vehicle rentals can take time to process they could use more staff in the counters at this time of year.

I have rented from the location twice and both have been flawless experiences. Great customer service, good vehicles and accurate account closing. After reading horror stories with other U-Haul convenient pick up locations, go here! Moving is stressful, the rental process does not need to be.

Special consideration should be given to Sheldon, who was working the lot. This impressive young man stayed late to repair trailer lights and the connection on my vehicle when all he really wanted to do was go home and watch the Raptors playoff game with his "pops". The extra effort and customer first mentality that he showed is something that many large corporations strive for and fail. I cannot overstate how impressed i was with his character and work ethic. Thank-you again Sheldon.

my cargo van was not cleaned out in the back....... At the same time i was quoted one price and then when the bill came it was 30% higher

The counter staff was rude. She seemed not interested in the work she is doing. The staff at the parking lot where I collected the van was worse. Very bad attitude. On a phone having personal conversation sitting in the van and expect me to find my van. After 10 mins I found my van, he comes out and mumbles "this is your van" and walks away all the while on his phone talking to someone. Honestly, I have never seen an establishment with such bad attitude staff and lousy service. I will probably not be using U-haul in future, and will advise my friends accordingly. No one was willing to guide me and then let me take the truck but I was doubted I called the customer care then I have to talk to them for hours and then I used truck for only 6 hours and I got email that I run it like 3000 plus kms ...I mean even if I drive continuously for 6 hours dosent make it 3000 plus kms. I only did 100 kms I would say customer service did help me but took really long

Staff onsite after dropping the truck off mentioned they would process the truck and check fuel levels. Two days later, I received a receipt saying the truck was dropped off that morning resulting in an additional day charge plus insurance. I would have done an afterhours drop off but they said they would do that on my behalf. Not very happy with this outcome

Great as usual, my only comment is that I originally booked the pick up close to my location at 12noon, two days before they let me know that the pick up location and time was changed, now was in Brampton at 5:30pm. I was able to rearrange my move, but once I had to take back the van I had to drive back to Brampton without ride to get back to Mississauga, I just wished I could drop it off anywhere near my location. Also had to wait a while before someone came outside and took the key back.

Waited almost an hour for a trailer I had booked 4 days before pick up. Yard person was radioed to check for the unit, no response lazy should be fore or cut their pay and discount customers fees!! meanwhile the trailer was in the yard the whole time. This costed me MONEY AND TIME as I was late for a pickup and had to pay extra for someone to wait. Also because I was delayed at my pickups site, I ended up having to drive back in heavy traffic, my day ended at 12 am, because of the crappy service. I plan everything to the letter, I used express check out online, I arrived at the uhual office 20 minutes before it opened, yet didn't get on the road because I was forced to wait for that trailer when. The trailer is a joke, the deck is destroyed, it was full of metal debris, the springs were terrible, looks like it was used to haul bobcats or small loaders. I didn't expect something new or shiny but that trailer is SCRAP METAL. Fix your crap!!!

I requested 2 dolleys with my order. At the time of pick up I was told my the location they dont have dolleys available. When I said that's an inconvenience and I should have at least be informed 24 hours prior so I could have made arrangements the lady at the desk said "It is what it is" . As someone who has worked in service industry, I know uhaul locations are not known for their customer service but this location and this individual took the whole 'Terrible client experience ' to a whole new level. Never again dealing with Uhaul or at least this location.

Keep vehicle clean. Customer service was excellent. Gary and another girl at counter was very helpful. What's frustrating is that I had to drive 17 kms to get to this location. U-Haul could not provide vehicle at locations nearest to my home

It was extremely busy at this location and they moved slow but the location is great, equipment was clean but i believe having more staff around the end of the month to the beginning of the next would help make it a smoother flow for customers.

Currently you cannot do anything if the truck I reserved is not returned by previous user on time. This policy is not good because you have absolutely no clue when it will be returned: in an hour or after 3 hours. Although you charge a penalty to that person, but it does not change anything for the person who reserved it. I will not use uhaul again as there is no guarantee.
