I waited in line for over an hour to pick up my rental as there was only one person working. When the other 2 came in they sat in the back. This made me late for my pick up and delivery. The uhaul was empty when picking it up so I had to go get gas prior to starting my day which put me more behind. There needs to be some level of accountability and scheduling corrections as there were many people in the same position.

What I rented was not there. Ended up having to sacrifice with an open trailer - the staff was not helpful in finding a solution to making sure my furniture and everything I was moving was going to stay dry from the rain now that I had to use and open trailer even though I rented a closed one.

I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone. I will shout to the skies how horrible our experience was (and also the experience of relatives. We booked 2 months in advance and still did not get the truck we asked for which made our moving day a horribly long experience. As well our pick up and drop off places were changed to locations that were VERY out of the way. I will NEVER deal with Uhaul again. And I will do everything in my power to tell all the people I know to do the same.

This whole experience was absolutely terrible. I am beyond disappointed in your company. I have previously used U-haul, and I will never again be using U-haul for my moving or storage needs. From my initial interaction, with a customer service rep over the phone, to how the clerks in store treated me it was the worst experience ever. Your whole company needs to improve it's customer service standards, rather than judge people for moving which is why they have a job in the first place. You also need to improve your online reservation system as double booking trucks is unacceptable. Your whole company revolves around assisting people with their moving needs and you literally made my move 10x more difficult.

I book a van there for moving. When I went there to pick up they write different no. on contract and give me different equipment. Charge me extra dollors for that equipment thats on contract. When i call them they hangup by saying our manager just left. I use vehicle just for 2 hours and they said you drive 244 kilometre. How it’s possible you move your house in 2 hours by driving 244 kilometres and then returning the truck. Worst experience with uhaul never expect that. Costing me 150 bucks.

When I book a certain vehicle with plenty of advanced time ensure that that vehicle is there and don't downgrade last minute, or offer a free time extension for an extra trip, I couldn't fit everything in the smaller truck and didn't have time for an extra trip.

They seem tobe slow and not organised.Short of staff.I got the keys and delivery person said he can not take that vehicle out and asked me to get another keys .Am I suppose to do this? Also while getting another keys the associate asked me if I m going out of city or using it local.I understood why she asked when I drove the vehicle ,not fit for long trip. There are no signs where to wait to take delivery and ground staff is kind of mad when he saw me walking into the parking lot

The location was ok .. but the guys giving me the truck lost my contract so I had to go back in to get a new one printed.. plus I had so many other issues with uhaul in general from booking to not having the truck I requested in April it was the worst experience I've ever had .. I may never use uhaul again
