We got there early to rent a trailer that I reserved and it took 45 minutes to get the paperwork done because only one person was on the desk my wife had to complain to the other girl who was more interested in moving trucks around than serving the 20 people lined up at the desk

I don't remember the name of the young lady who helped us at this location but she was amazing. The truck that was reserved for us was too old and in poor shape for a long distance move so I ask her if we could get a better one. As busy a she was taking care of several customers, she without hesitation found us a newer truck and sent us on our way as happy as can be. We had a very successful move to NB and really want to thank this young lady for providing the best costumer service ever. A+++ for this location.

What's good is they have a lot of vehicles, but they are severely understaffed. I've been to other locations with longer lines and had faster service. Sure annoying stupid customers slow things down, but it doesn't mean the other sales person needs to stop her line to help the other person answer general questions and help call other locations. I would blame this on management for not scheduling/hiring enough people to service this large location.

With Uhaul I had the worst customer service experience. I booked a reservation 2 weeks ago and the location was not open upon arrival. The customer service number I called took me to the states head office. Out of the 7 different people I talked to, 5 of them were rude and not understanding of the situation I was put in. When I finally did get a reservation and went to pick up the truck, unsurprisingly a customer next to me had also experienced the run around when trying to get a trailer. Overall this was the worst customer service experience, working in the customer service industry I am sure to share my experience in training sessions.

The storage facility was great. Exceptionally clean. My one disappointment was that there were very limited carts available. There were only 3 available and many of us had to wait to use them

Hi, I found it inconvenient to return the vehicle back to home location coming all the way from the East end. Plus you could not use the Toll hiway which have been easier and faster for me when returning.

One issue with the vehicle was that it smelled of hay or something similar. With me having asthma it did make my lungs react and not in a pleasant way. We ended up driving with both windows fully open so the smell would not affect me more. Mentioned the smell with the check out person but she didn't react to the comment.

To much waiting time on the getting truck very big line up when I went there only one person was working and 7 people waiting in line each person 12 to 15 minutes so you can do the math I was almost let without taking the rental to other location

Make sure this location is not under staffed. Waited an hour and a half and missed my elevator apppointment. For a big company like this it is unacceptable. Check the camera on Sept 30th before closing.

There was only one customer service person and line was too long. There were about 15 people ahead of me and it took me more than 1hour waiting. I guess you need more customer service staff. This was on September 30th.

When customer books a 15ft truck and pays for it two weeks in advance paid for and two days prior you tell a customer all you have is a cargo van and I have to move a 4 bedroom house and it cost me 10 times the price.. then I can say uHaul is pathetic in how it treats its customers

I have used U-Haul on all of my moves before and have been happy with the customer service. After dealing with this location I will no longer consider U-Haul for my next move. After dealing with the unprofessional agent for almost an hour to get the truck I was told the they are not able to provide a dolly that I have reserved and confirmed with the lady who called me a few days before hand for confirmation. Post me wasting an hour and a half of my day to pickup the truck, I just recieved my final bill which has a cleaning charge, which definitely should not be applied as the truck was return in the exact same cleanliness as it was picked up, and I have picture to back up the statement. At this time I have attempted to contact customer service and I was told someone will call me back. Here goes more time wasted with this locations customer service.

Not enough staff, crazy long wait. I stood in line 35 minutes just to get to check in. I had reserved ahead. When dropping the trailer off, I stood in line for 1 hour and 10 minutes! The 2 (!) staff cleared maybe 7 to 8 customers during that time. At one point I counted 42 people in line behind me. The line was longer when I left. Doing the math, I was lucky I didn't have to wait longer. The 2 staff were doing a great job but overwhelmed. Yes, it's the end of the month when everyone moves but management knows this better than anyone and needs to streamline the process and book a lot more staff.
