Truck was damaged and was given the key with no walk around I was told I was lucky to have mentioned the damaged before leaving or it would have been my responsibility truck was very dirty inside with cigarette burns in the seat and truck was also due for oil change with a warning appearing on the dash constantly I was not satisfied with the service renders with this location.

Fuel less than indicated on form. Vehicle dirty. Vehicle returned during business hours and no Clerk available to check me out. After waiting in designated area for a while,I called the office and was unable to get in touch with anyone. Eventually I had to go to the service desk to check out with 5 customers ahead of me.

Yet again Uhaul completely screw me over by casually informing me the night before my reservation that the vehicle I reserved is not available at the location at which I booked it, and my only option is to pick up from a location nearly A HUNDRED kilometres away. This happens every time, and I wish, wish, wish there was another option besides Uhaul. Every time I rent one it turns into the most stressful experience. How can customer service be this woefully bad, every time?

The truck wasn't ready. Had two trucks parked ahead of it and it took a while ton move them out of the way. Truck only had about 1/4 tank of gas. Alignment problems on the truck. Steering pulled to the right so I had to correct a fair bit while driving to my destination.

BRING THE TRUCK TO FRONT DOOR FOR CHECK IN INSTEAD OF CUSTOMER HAS TO WALK TO THE BACK YARD TO PULL THE TRUCK...I REALLY APPRICIATE ONE STAFF(WHITE YOUNG GUY) SALUTE HIS HARD WORK THE WAY HE CLEANED THE SNOW FROM TRUCKS WINDSHEILD WITH HIS HANDS AND PULLED THE TRUCK OUT TO CONVENIENT SPACE FOR ME DRIVE SAFELY....

I don't have any complaints against this location. But overall, I had a worst experience with UHAUL. I reserved a 24/7 pickup at 4025 Brandon Gate Drive unit F at 9AM on Jan 30. After reaching the location and following all the online instructions, I was finally told to wait till 11AM for the location to open up and get a personal handover. How ridiculous was that? I had a service elevator booked in our condo from 10-12. This whole experience messed up the entire plan for that day. I had to shell out extra money for the service elevator. Why am I punished for UHAULS screw up? The worst possible experience ever.

Deliver on what was reserved. Had to go 40kms out of my way for a smaller truck than I reserved. When I pulled into the lot I saw my 26' truck being rented out to someone else. Cost me gas and time with no discount offered.

The worst location and the people working over there. They place themselves over main uhaul franchise and their coordination is the worst. Looking forward to take legal actions if they continue forward to do same as they did the last two times.

Usually rent once a month from this location. Yesterday had my worst experience. Returned my truck waited outside for 10 min no one came out. Went inside 3 people were at the counter and no one acknowledged me for 7 min. Then I was asked if email receipt and credit card on file to charge would be ok. I said yes and the rep said my truck would be checked in soon. I get a phone call an hour and half later saying where is my truck. This was a surprise to me since no one still had not check it in and the phone call was not pleasant. Instead of checking under the tent where I left it asked me questions which made it seem like I was being accused.

Upon pick up, this trailer had just been sent out and we had to wait an hour for it to get sorted out, very unorganized! The staff simply didn't seem to care and didn't agree with how things were run either. When your staff doesn't care or believe in the company, there's a problem! I did online check in to reduce contact and that was pointless because I had to pay more and go over it all again when I had to go in anyways! This trailer was clearly not inspected recently. We had a tire blow on the highway. U-Haul was difficult to deal with to try to get help. Everyone was confused and unorganized. It took 5.5 hrs to get back on the road. U-Haul needs to figure something else out to be able to help their customers quicker. It was a very cold day, we were hungry and wasting gas keeping warm, our dog was home alone for 13 hours due to this!! Our home is heated by a wood boiler and was well overdue for needing fuel by 10:30PM when we finally got home. When we did receive help they checked all the tire pressures and they should have been at 65 psi but we're all below 40 psi! The technician and tow truck drivers were all appalled by the condition of the tires (bald and under inflated). They stated likely the reason for the blow out. This is negligence and should not have happened! It is winter and tires need to be checked regularly for tread and inflation. That is a simple thing they should be doing EVERY time a vehicle or trailer is returned or leaving! Luckily we made it home safe but this could have gone much worse! My valuable classic truck we were towing or the truck we were towing with could have been damaged or worse we could have been injured in an accident. I expect a refund and compensation for my time wasted, the negligence from this company, my safety put at risk by simply not maintaining your rentals! Unacceptable. Please make this right so we can move on from this incident... Please insure things are properly maintained and your staff are happy to run the protocols in place. Shayla Fines

Uhaul needs to be able to provide trucks for one way as advertised, I had to pick up the rental, drive 1.5 hrs to my new house after loading it up, and then I had to deliver the truck back to the Brampton location 1.5 hours back and then I had to drive 1.5 hours back to my house, 3 hours of unnecessary driving because uhaul couldn't provide me with a one way service.

Inside trailer had a lot of residue on the floor and we had so many vehicles on the road blowing horns and flashing their lights to tell us we had no running lights in the night. That was not a good experience we had to drive with our hazards on the whole time.
