Just a comment: when I finished the rental process, the person simply told me where the car was! I’m new to this, so I was wandering around looking for it. They weren't busy with other customers; as part of the service, I recommend that staff actually go out and show the customer where the car is. Also, when I returned the car, I arrived a few minutes past 7 PM. The staff was still there, but I was having trouble completing the online return. I kept asking for help, and they just told me to scan the QR code. I had a lot of trouble. I asked one employee, and he said he didn't know how that option worked. How is it possible that they don't know how the online car return option works? I went to ask someone else, and they just told me to drop the keys in the drop box and lock the car! But no one explained how to return the car via the app. They need to pay more attention to the customer. I wasn't very happy with the customer service!

Had a blow out on the freeway due to lack of maintenance on the equipment. Road side assistance had me wait 4 hours before getting any help out, I am in a wheelchair with health issues and they were advised and it was a miserable 4 hour wait. Called the direct store and the assistant STEPHANIE who refused to give me her name was very rude right off the back.

customer service was so bad! The lady was helping me first and then everyone that walked in behind she was trying to help them as well. rather than helping me first and then taking the next customer she kept interrupting our transaction to assist everyone that walked in behind me. Plus my guy had to help her properly connect the trailer to my truck.

Benson Hwy Uhaul is my favorite location. The personnel there are all capable and helpful and work together as a team, it seems. The only thing today was that the water was off. That was kind of strange. But other than that, everything else was great.

The truck's performance left much to be desired. Engine performance was poor especially for freeway travel. The AC quit working when the truck was moving faster then 40 MPH. Unacceptable when moving in the Arizona heat.

I had to return the first trailer because there was tread separation in the tire and when I got on the freeway the trailer was very unsafe. The second trailer that I rented was better but still had tread separation in the tire and when I informed the lot attendant upon my return of the unit he was very unconcerned and just put it back into inventory.

My only suggestion would be to put some garbage cans outside so that people can easily clean out their rental before returning it. Otherwise, the return process was good, and the customer service agent was extremely friendly and helpful.

The check-in experience was not very personalble. The reception would have been an excellent opportunity to continue selling why I would want to return. I'll return because of convenience but not because I was wowed. When I picked up the rental unit the Associate was friendly and made conversation easy. When I returned the rental she (different Associate) was not friendly.

When I arrived I was informed the reserved trailer was not available. A smaller alternate was available. Then they found a unit of the one I reserved and we moved forward with it. The agent solicited the assistance of the “Hitch Guy” to change the tow ball to the correct size. As the trailer was being connected to my truck I began taking pictures of the existing damage to the trailer which was extensive with jackknife scars multiple dents and scratches and broken side lights. Of the four tail lights one fully functioned two worked as right and left turn indicators and brake lights and one did not function at all. I do not think this was even legal to rent out. I asked for a different trailer and as I was looking at a much newer, shiny trailer of the same unit I had reserved I was told this was all they had and “Do I want it or no”. A reservation should not be accepted if a good working unit is not available.

This location was convenient. I liked the early opening hour of 7 am. My truck was ready and while I did have a small issue with the truck (the check engine light came on just a few moments after I left the location), the location was able to fix the issue within a few moments. I did have to drive back to the location, but fortunately I had only gone about 10 miles. The manager was very helpful and professinal in our interactions.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 I WOULD! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA $143 FEES AFTER I DROPPED OFF THE TRUCK! I TRIED TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME AND CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT FINALIZING THE DISPUTE!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AS WELL! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW ON WHAT THEY DID TO ME!!! I WILL BE CALLING THEIR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND DEMAND A REFUND! I AM ALMOST GOING YO PUT IN A COMPLAINT TO BBB! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!!

Reserved a truck on line, but when we got there they didn't have a truck, some issues with people not returning truck, but the Manager did a great job on getting us a truck gave 24hrs to return, 30 miles ! All in all it worked out thanks to the manager!!!

On our way back with the Truck the AC went out on us. instead of a discount or anything they still charged us for the 25 extra miles we put on. I figured with the AC going out in the heat of Arizona we would at least get some type of discount. but we got nothing.

Don't overcharge for fuel. I was told that the gas would be $6+ if I was short. However, I was charged over $8+ for one gallon. Very disappointing! Plus, when I turned in the truck, a lady put my key in an orange box. Was this right? Have a good day.

UPFRONT: The facility and employees were Excellent. However, the process to rent the vehicle was terrible. The facility was pretty much dead on the water because of network problems with no manual backup (paper) process to follow. In fact, when I left the facility, I left with no paper or text or email that would show I was authorized to take the vehicle on the road. My pick-up time was at 10:00am, I arrived at the facility at 9:40am and left at around 11:00am.

The uhaul system was not working correctly. Everyone had to wait forever and the poor clerks were stressed. Then when checking on they were struggling. If your system would have worked we could have been done in minutes but took over an hour

This location and staff was amazing!! The manager was so very kind and helpful!! I also hired a crew of 2 to do the loading and unloading and the 2 guys they sent was totally amazing!! We had a 20 foot truck and they loaded and unloaded with nothing broken or damaged in under 3 hours!! Amazing!! Hire these boys!

Be more CLEAR. I am negative in my account because you charged me twice. Once on the day I picked up my uhaul and the second time when I dropped it off. I should have received a single $1 refund, not get charged $79 after my the $80. The only response I got from the team after my account was made negative was that I had to wait for the charge to clear. This was after clarifying that I WOULD NOT be charged because I upheld the expectations of my rental in the first place. The first truck I was given had bad headlights and a broken mirror. The 2nd truck had a broken visor on the drivers side that would constantly obscure the field of view. In addition, I was told I had to get a box truck over an pick up truck because I didn’t have a credit card, despite the email stating “credit or debit card..” I was told after already placing my reservation for the pick up that I could not use said pick up. The entire experience was beyond frustrating and cost me 2x the money than it should have.

Myra and Antinio were great. Watched Myra being very patient with Matt in instructions on trailer hook-up. Easy in and out and made accomodations for my schedule. I must admit that in the past I've stayed away from this location due to having storage at another U-Haul location. But as it turns out my other choices just don't carry the trailers that I need.

Two marvelous employees helped me. Crystal and Howard were some of the best customer service agents I've dealt with in years . Friendly but professional. Understood my situation and resolved it promptly. Had online reservation. Told agent needs to store Jeep and Side by Side. He reserved a 10/30. Oh no. Learned that won't happen. Crystal took charge and got me some secure outside parking. Really glad I accidentally went to that specific place.

We were to leave the RV storage facility for the summer anyway, but reports of vandalism might have us look for an alternate when we return in the fall. Why so many derelict cars and RV's there for years?

My RV was vandalize and then broken into. I have over $3000 in damages. When I notified UHaul, the manager was on her way out and proceeded to leave. Telling her employee to just give me the 800 number. All the employees I dealt with were awesome. The manager on the other hand was horrible. Didn’t care nor could she be bothered. When I pulled my RV out, the gate got stuck. It was hanging half open and the office was unaware it was broken. How can you consider this lot secure??

When I made my reservation, I did need your services. For a space for my cargo trailer. When I went down and made my payment for the space my mom called me and said she wanted my trailer. The staff was very helpful in cancelling the service. I will and always will use your services in the future. Thank you so much.

When I got home with some of the furniture I had put in storage in was full of Spiders and spider eggs ( took pictures and.showed them as proof) …. I told the staff there when we turned in the locks and they nonchalantly informed us that they would pass it on to management…….

The storage itself was fine but the communication was not great. I only visited the rental maybe 5 times in the year I had it. Once my keycard didn't work and the office was a good 100 yards from the entrance. the person at the front desk must have sent me back to the gate 3 times with "try it now" before they manually opened it for. should have done that in the beginning was a bout a half hour I was waiting to get in. I also emailed the manager 3 times with no response over a 2 week period to cancel the unit when I moved out. Then also called a week before the renewal to tell them I had moved out weeks earlier. The person on the phone said it was closed. then I got an email 2 days after renewal to say I had a late fee. Then called and got another person who I think finally closed it out. so 3 emails and 2 calls just to get it closed.

Let me start with the facility itself is very clean, great location, and some of the staff are very friendly and helpful. My issue with this facility, and the reason for the lower rating is the challenge in redeeming the free month of storage u-haul offers. They claim at 90% they don’t have to honor the contract you have yet a call to corporate and they will tell you that is NOT the policy. End result is, after several calls and a couple hours time to corporate, they honored my contract.

Many staff did not have answers to questions I posed about RV storage. The electric box provided does not accommodate size of RV plug due to type of hinge on box. I said I only wanted 1 month storage and would let them know if I was going to extend and I am being charged for overdue payment
