Clearly explain the procedure for pick up and drop off. It was not stayed that the uhaul had to be dropped off back to the starting location. Had that been known we would not have used it.

Both the Langhorne and Bristol location were great. Langhorne experienced a hiccup when someone didn't return the truck I rented, but they addressed the situation quickly and got me set up at Bristol who gave me a brand new truck to use. Couldn't have been more pleased all around.

The rental only had 3/8 of a tank of gas. All the rentals should have a full tank of gas. Pick it up full. Drop it off full.

Set pickup for 4, it took over an hour to be served. The 6x12 landscaping trailer has a less than 5’ ramp entrance so it was useless. Auto transport had a huge bubble in the tire

This is the location to go to for the best customer service. As a senior who hasn't had a need for a u haul truck in 20 years and really isn't tech savvy with this online stuff, this staff was more than excellent in helping me from start to finish to getting a van at last minute thru dropping off the keys and wrapping up the payment. The staff is well trained, customer oriented, and makes the experience personal. This location rates ten stars in my book. Thank you Meghan and Sabrina for making an anxious moving day a most positive experience.

Everything was well until pickup day. The day they picked up the empty box, they didn't lift it up completely off the ground and scraped my sidewalk. Now there are deep scratches on the concrete.

Uhaul dropped the ball every step of the way during this move. The container dropoff was late and the driver had to circle the block multiple times to get into my driveway. The pickup was two days late for unknown reasons, which caused the shipping date to get pushed back to the following Monday. In turn, that caused the delivery to be late. The delivery was even more late because they could only deliver between 12-2, which is when I'm at work. That pushed the delivery back another 4 days to a Saturday, where they wouldn't even let me schedule a drop off time, and just scheduled one for me. The drop off was also a half hour late, and they forgot to bring me a dolly, but of course they still charged me for it. Moral of the story: There's a reason that cheap things are cheap. There's absolutely no communication within this company and the customer service could care less about your situation. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

U Haul boxes were delivered on trailers rather than on a flatbed truck and placed directly on ground. We were informed of this only the day before delivery. They are more difficult to load on the trailer than on the pavement. The trailers hitches placed on the driveway left dents in the driveway.

Aim of this was to get back my money for a 3 months rental for an uhaul box I did not rent for this time frame. After several calls no one is interested in what I am saying. Will contact my credit card company to cancel my entire rental. Never, never ever uhaul. One of my worst service experiences since I came to US in 2011.

There was a bit of confusion around the billing and I had to go back to the location as the "customer service" department I was connected to when trying to reach the location by phone could not figure out. Tina and Megan were awesome and worked diligently with me to review the issues and by next day I was issued a refund for the overcharges.

The guy who delivered our box in PA was super professional and friendly and answered all our questions. Box was picked up promptly and arrived OK in Long Beach, CA, though the dial had fallen off the cheap combination lock I used! Bolt cutters worked. They had to leave it around the corner because of street work, but it was all good!

The 2nd U-Box did not arrive with the 1st. It took me several phone calls and a number of hours to make arrangements to have the 2nd u-box delivered quickly. It did come the the next day and I appreciate the effort by the Bristol U-Haul employees to get it there. My frustration was with the lack of response initially and the time it took to resolve the issue. I spent alot of time on the phone and needed to take the initiative to get this resolved.

So, I originally ordered these boxes for a Saturday delivery, they called and asked if they could deliver on Friday and where did I want the boxes. I informed them to place the boxes at the top of my driveway with doors facing the street. I come home to find my boxes at the bottom of the driveway with doors facing the street. After multiple calls, they finally tell us someone will come to move the boxes by 9:25. Of course that did not happen. When we called the store on Saturday to ask when they were coming to move the boxes we were told no one told us that. So we are lying? There was no apology for the inconvenience, the only offer to make it better was we can move them on Monday because it was St Patty’s weekend. For me it was the start of a major renovation. We had 4 men to assist with packing my entire first floor into those boxes. We were supposed to remove the laminate flooring from the first floor. We also had 2000 pounds of new wood floors delivered and my demolition of my kitchen was supposed to start. Needless to say, my kitchen is intact, but we have nothing to use because it’s all packed up, my 2000 pounds of wood flooring are sitting on the laminate flooring that will still need to be removed which means someone is moving that flooring again and I have to pay movers again to come to my home next weekend. DO NOT USE THEM!

Several of our boxes were damaged but thankfully our goods were not. Our movers in Bensalem did not use the furniture pads so we don't really know if there was enough.

I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and requested a flat dolly. I had to wait almost an hour just to get the truck because there was only one employee working and she was busy with another customer. Also, they didn't have the dolly that I put on reservation.

The trucks muffler was so loud , it made for a very uncomfortable ride. They also gave us the truck with a quarter tank of gas. I find that to be very poor customer service.
