I used this location for convenience, however the vehicle was beyond dirty.....FILTHY. Inside wasn't horrible, but outside was remarkably dirty. There were no other vans for rental at this location, so had not options for requesting a different van. Also, the "change oil" alert was on the entire time I used the vehicle. Obviously not cleaned or maintained. I haven't had problems with other U-Haul experiences in the past, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location.

If a customer ask for a certain time and size truck don't confirm with totally different information. Thr truck was available this morning luckily but it was not confirmed as I asked for upon speaking to an associate on the phone through a service center or something.

NOT HAPPY WITH ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DID AN ONLINE RESERVATION, PAID AND GOT A CONFIRMATION. JUST TO BE CALLED A DAY LATER AND SWITCHED TO A FURTHER LOCATION. HAD TO CHANGE THE TIME AND HAD TO ASK 4 TIMES TO GET A EMAIL/TEXT CONFIRMATION. IT TOOK HOURS BEFORE I DID FINALLY RECEIVE IT. HAD TO PAY FOR EXTRA MILEAGE BECAUSE OF THE SWITCHED LOCATION. WHY CONFIRM AND TAKE MY MONEY IF YOU DID NOT HAVE THE TRUCK REQUESTED. ACCORDING TO THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE RESERVATION, THE PRICE AND THE REQUESTED TRUCK WAS AVAILABLE. PICK UP LOCATION WAS FINE AS FAR AS SERVICE.

My first time renting from this location. Customer service was great the van was ready for pickup when I arrived. Easy check out and check in. I recommend this place and would use again.

Horrible service ! Said wasn't going to charge deposit and did . Also charged my card twice to equal one amount . And won't get back deposit of $100 till 3-5 days

Hi. I'm a frequent customer we always rent a pick up truck or 10 ft box truck. Today we took a pick up truck and the gas was lower than what it shows in the paper it was only 3/4 and the paper said full tank. We always do the same miles and we always put $15 dollars, today I put $31 dollars and the store still charge me $27 extra because it was it full . Please if you check the miles when I took it and when we return it it was only 33 miles . How can we expend half tank of gas only on 33 miles . This is my last time renting from you guys.

My rental was for a 17’ truck, and when I was there I noticed that my truck was a 15’ long, and the only answer was “that’s all we have right now “ , that is not right.

The windshield had a crack in it. No walk around was preformed. The vehicle did not brake as you would expect an unloaded uhaul to.

I placed my order with the Manheim store and we went there by mistake to pick up the van. The representative there was very unprofessional when I said I was there to pick up the van she snapped back "we ain't got no hands". The representative at the Roosevelt store was very nice

Not scam your customers I was late 20 mins they charged me another day. I am a repeat customer I rented a trailer last weekend as well extra $50 for being 20 mins late I’ll be using someone else from now on thanks.

I tried to use the app. This would have been my second time. For reasons I can't explain, this time it was a bad experience. I took pictures of my driver's license two or three times and the agent never could read them. Nothing was different about my phone or my driver's license. Fortunately, there was an attendant at the counter who helped me get the vehicle.

Honor a reservation that was kept within an hour of reserving. Our moving day was almost ruined by having a downsized truck forced on us. Fortunately, some of the home furnishings were able to be disassembled for the smaller unit.

The man working the counter was rude and did not check the mileage on the truck. He would not review the terms that were offered online when I asked. Not sure why I was given a time frame for the truck. This was the first messy rental in my 19 years of renting. A true disappointment.

In the nearly 20 yrs we've been at the Broadview IL facility, we have been pleased, thanks to Manager Jon Rubich who is professional, friendly, helpful, above and beyond ~ we'll miss him.

the facility is ok but I kept getting reminders to pay and a late charge threat weeks after I closed out the rental room. I called several times to resolve the matter.
