Engine Light came on in the very beginning of our move. Vehicle was not clean. Dirty. Better maintainance on trucks. The general manager was really great to deal with. Pricing was reasonable to.ANTON D.
Reservation was easy, pickup took only few minutes, and return was fairly easy. Uhaul should make customers who are returning after hours full details of what needs to be done at the time of equipment pickup. My truck had less than 1/8th of fule tank available at the time of pickup. We rode for 3 miles before the low-fuel warning light came on. We find this to be uncorteous to any customer, and this is simply poor supervision from the location's management. Also, the manager offered me a 15' truck for the same price, which I rejected in sight of my lack of expertise driving trucks altogether. The manager became upset with my choice, which was completely out of place. FYI: my experience with the online booking was far worst than any of the above. U-Haul's online booking system is confusing, it makes selections outside of the user's choice without warning or explanation, and getting help over the phone is tedious. A very user-unfriendly service at the end of the day.Glen T.

The problem I had was returning the truck after hours your app did not except my location so I had to pay $20 to you guys I don't think that was fair I sat there for about 45 minutes trying to get the app to recognize my location and it didn't so you guys got an extra $22 from me so no that wasn't good service at allDWIGHT W.

I returned the motorcycle trailer I rented 3 hours early. I just received a invoice stating that I'm being charged a late return fee. The man from in the store came out, inspected it and when I asked if there was anything else he needed from me he told me I was good to go. I've called 4 times and no one answered any of my calls. I am disputing this charge with my credit card, and reporting this unethical business practice to the bbb.MELISSA T.
Payed for a dolly and the dolly was not put in the truck. It was a very Inconvenience for me. I had to go try and find one to move with. I had got to my moving destination so this was difficult, Now I'm charged for extra mileage because of this.Kathy M.
