Due to the COVI 19 situation we are living, I am very happy to have had such a pleasant experience. The gentleman that helped me were extremely attentive and kept their safe distance at all times. We received the equipment on time, explained every about the rental and when we returned it, they helped us quickly. We definitely recommend and will use this place again.

Some contract details were not reviewed with me, and packing rope was not suggested, which would have been nice, but the only real problem was that the truck leaked on a rainy day, soaking many of my cardboard packing boxes.

Car carrier was conected to my SUV by employee on a Sunday morning after 1 hour wait9:00-10:00am and the car carrier coupler was not locked properly to my hitch receiver, this could had catastrophic results if trailer would had came loose on the highway... spoke to manager upon returning which was very concerned and helpful and stated he was to speak to the employee immediately!

Excellent customer service! The two gentlemen that worked in the Broadview, IL location were very attentive, polite and professional!

First the employee hooked up my trailer wrong and failed to notice that the wire on the trailer was broken, making the lights on the trailer fail to work. I called roadside assistance for this issue only to find out this guy also did not hook the chains up correctly! Thank god I wasn't leaving until the next day and had someone notice because that is a safety risk to myself and everyone else on the road. I also informed the employee I was moving to KC with this trailer. He continued to check me out for an IN TOWN rental, causing me to be charged an EXTRA $400 that customer service refuses to refund. Overall, this experience is infuriating and will cause me to never again use any UHaul services. I have never in the past had an issue with this company but after 2 weeks of trying to figure this out and constantly being treated poorly by UHaul, I have had enough.

The mileage rate of $1.50 needs to be reconsidered. It greatly inflates the price to willingly do repeat business with you.

The reason why I wouldn't recommend U Haul to a friend is that the store manager is VERY unprofessional. The manager at the Roosevelt location in Broadview IL ran my company credit card several times for small charges for days after the U-haul was returned. I believe his name was John and he was insulted one of my workers over the phone as I stood in the location to rent another truck from your location. I charge close to 4,000 dollars under a 2-month time span and that is the level of thank you I get from your business. I will take my business elsewhere when I need to rent a 26ft truck. I can't understand how a company like U-haul who deals with the public have such unprofessional management. I'm seriously thinking about some type of legal action. What business constantly runs a credit and charges 5.20/6.00/ 4.20 over a series of days. And I have bank statements to prove my point. That was very ridiculous and unprofessional. Have your employees explain everything about contracts because the agent didn’t explain if I went over 80 miles I would be charged a different rate so at the end of my time my calculations didn’t add up right

First truck order was not ready ,had no choice but to take smaller truck cause me to make 2 moving trip in stead of 1 had mover assitted which was 125.00 hour shoud have been giving at least 50% off ....gas cap was broken hurt my hand trying to get cap off terrible service no one at office look like they care ??????

Uhaul charged me twice for one rental (I stopped payment on one of them) - also, my credit card was fraudulently charged at a couple spots right after I gave U-Haul my cc number - it looks lie a SECURITY issue on your end - ugh now I need to get a new CC card
