Broadview location has mad my life stress free since selling my truck. Anytime I need to pickup something large from a store etc I know that for a minimal amount of money and time I have it covered. Staff has always been helpful and courteous. Th Thank you very much!

As each location has some of it's own policies, it would be helpful if the "call center" (where calls are redirected after no answer at primary/local/intended site) knew the policies of those local sites or AT LEAST instruct/encourage customers for specific policies try to reach local office again. It was EXTREMELY frustrating to be told by the call center (that present themselves as an authority) one only to arrive to local site prepared to rent and find out that you have received BAD information. Ex: The site on Roosevelt in Broadview doesn't take the "TYPICAL" $100.00-$200.00 cash deposit for rentals!

The service was very fast. However, it was extremely difficult to close the driver's door. I drove 45 minutes without it fully closed before I realized what was happening. I had to slam the door with both hands. In addition, the driver's seat was tilted toward the door and so was very uncomfortable.

The guy gave my trailer to someone else and charged my card for it. I had to use a smaller trailer than I wanted. He gave me a 10 dollar discount, but it was a pain having the smaller trailer. It was very frustrating that the reservation was under my name and given to someone else. Seems like a pretty basic thing someone should be able to handle

Poor service. The vehicle rented had the Check Engine light on. Which they could not adjust nor give me another vehicle. So, I was forced to drive it anyway. The steering was difficult, vehicle often veered right and left...not stable.

I reserved a 26' truck from Hillside nit when I called they said they don't have those and looked me up and said my reservation was for Broadview so when I picked up thevtruck they didn't have the 12 furniture pads I ordered so ee had to go to Bellwood. We paid a separate fee for thise do I shouldn't be charged and should be credited.

This comment is not about the location, but about the online drop-off website. I arrived after hours, and there was a sign directing me to log on to a website. I tried to log on, but then was told I needed to create an account (ugh). So I created an account, and the website told me a confirmation number would be texted to me. This seemed odd, because I was not asked for a phone number. No text came (ugh). I checked through my email (which I don't usually access through my phone, so I had to set that all up--UGH). No email. So, as recommended by the website, I tried again to register. (ARGH!) Then two emails came through, each with a different confirmation number (okayyyy...good?). I tried both confirmation numbers, and neither one worked (ARRRRRGGGGGHHHH). At this point, it was late at night, I had been traveling all day, and I was exhausted. I just called the 800 number. It took some time to get through, but the agent was quite helpful. So again, this comment is not about this location, but the website. YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR WEBSITE SO IT IS MORE USER FRIENDLY.
