The experience was great except for the fact that when we wanted to move out we couldn't because the door was damaged and it took past the day where we had to pay for another month. I am at a loss trying to understand an after hours service charge. As I define service I am unaware of what service would have been provided that would not be performed the next morning. If providing a drop box is a service, I would conclude this is nothing more than a way to increase revenue through artificial fees. Its too bad because this location is one of the better U-Haul facilities I have used over the past few years.DANIEL D.

When I reserved a unit and a truck online your site said no where that there is a $100 deposit if you pay cash for a truck, it wasn't in the email or on the confirmation page. Also your estimates for home sizes that will fit in your units is way off. A 5x10x10 will not fit a 2 bedroom home which is what it said online. Your staff did not even have me look at the unit before they had me pay for it. It is also way over priced. I went somewhere else and got a 10x20 unit for just a little more than the one you tried to rent me. I was very disappointed! Thought I would get everything done in one place I stead the day I'm moving I have to find a new storage unit and put more miles on the truck so uhaul cost me an extra $50 more because of all this.Amber P. | First Impressions

The trailer was filled with dirt and leaves and had to be swept out before I could use it. Additionally, and more importantly, I was charged for an extra day when I returned the trailer in less than 24 hours. One of my worst Uhaul experiences so farJOSHUA T.

My storage space was usually not accessible due to Uhaul trucks parked all over the entrance and in front of my unit. Several times orange cones were blocking the row my unit was on, and Uhaul trucks had to be moved by Me because the staff was rude and incompetent. I was never successful at talking to manager via phone call or email to this location about my moving out. I have received numerous letters about excessive late fees , even though I called corporate about my move out date and she was supposed to make note of it because I couldn’t reach anyone local. The location is wonderful but the online crap that uhaul makes you do is garbage. They now make you scan your own drivers license and all and if that's not enoughâ€¦ when you return they charge you if you don't do the paperwork for themâ€¦ I thought that is what employees are for. You have to take pictures of the trailer on top of unhooking and all plus look up the contract from a ticket that was printed from a bad printer in the office that you can't read. I am all about streamlining but I am already creeped about having to return a trailer in the dark where a carjacking at the taco bueno next door happened and having to do all this stuff adds time where I don't want to be. Come on uhaul I know this can be better.RICKY C.

The General manager at this location was multi tasking upon pickup & drop off. I was shocked. She was moving trailers, showing & renting units while also answering the phone. Location lacks parking spaces or space to turn a truck around. The Interior space was full of shipping merchandizes. Looked like they were trying to maximize every square foot of the store for merchandizes. There was no clear path to the counter. Here is an opportunity to improve on customers service. I felt this location could at least inform me that it did not have the truck I had reserved before re-routing my reservation to another site, that did not open at the time I had specific. Not sure if this is Uhaul's corporate policy or a local policy. I am appreciative of the other site questioning the pick-up time as it opens 2 hours later than when I had requested. This site called me one day before pick-up.HANK M.

We rented some bundles of blankets and quite a few of them were wet, so we could not use them. Also I had set scheduled the truck to pick up by 2pm but I advised the employees when I went in to buy supplies that it may be after that when we actually got there. I was not made aware that the computer cancels my reservation after an hour so when we arrived a little after 4pm to get the truck the guy was a little rude about it when he had to redo the reservation. I was grateful that there was still a truck available but he treated us like children when he was going over the rules. Note we are 40 and 50-year-old individuals, so there was no need for that.MARK P.

Employees did not have the vehicle trailer that I reserved but rather than admit it and suggest a dolly, they lied to me that my vehicle was not rated for the trailer. My f150 has a v8 and a tow package and was used several years to pull a 28ft travel trailer. It was also used 6 months earlier to pull a uhaul car trailer with a 66 galaxy loaded with parts to florida. The woman who waited on me was not very friendly or professional. I suspect it was because she knew the reserved trailer wasn't available. I'm pretty angry and disappointed in the dishonesty. As a result, I will never rent from this location again....maybe not from uhaul either.ROBERT M.

I was supposed to drop off at another location but it was too full of other trailers so they asked me to drop at another location, the one I dropped off at looked like it was packed full of trailers too but thankfully it had the friendliest lady running it. I believe the lady's name was Cindi, I should have written it down but she welcomed me, checked the trailer out and had me on my way in minutes saying to myself "huh I didn't realize showing up unannounced and dropping off anything could go that smooth! Speak to a human and don't trust the confirmations on the website. Getting hold of a person in the 800 # was an absolute nightmare and took me 5 calls to get through to anyone that could help even after my reservation was confirmed. The original location never even carries the rental I needed. This location in Broken Arrow has an incredibly efficient and helpful attendant. The facilities parking lot is ridiculously small for even turning a vehicle around.SHAYNE G.

I understand the point of self serve, but they didn't even answer my question. The staff members don't seem to like their job very much. I moved into my unit yesterday and I rented a uhaul. The first time I went to unload there was a uhaul parked in front of my unit and the second load I unloaded there were 3 uhauls parked in front of my unit. Good experience EXCEPT there are U-Haul trucks parked (stored) about 15 feet from the front of the "drive up" storage locker. In our 20' U-Haul truck, we couldn't park directly in front of the locker so we had to unload our stuff at the end of the building and carry it all to the locker!
