The rental started off with a great experience and then went downhill fairly quickly. I had birds nesting in the top of my storage and their nest and droppings would get into my unit. Then the facility became more interested in truck rentals than in storage and within the last two years you could barely get in or out of the facility without dodging Uhaul trucks. Multiple times the entrance and exit would be blocked and you couldn't get in or out of the facility without waiting for a long period of time for them to move trucks and/or trailers around.

Parking U-Hauls & personal vehicles is a little tough because the lot is small & full of too many trailers & trucks. If you park in front of the building, it's extremely hard to get back out. I had a hard time returning the truck because there was really no place to leave it where it wasn't in the way. My wife tried to stay back out of the way on the entry lane, but had to move to the street because someone needed to pull a trailer through the entry lane. They had no room to pull around to take the exit lane. Other than that little inconvenience, everything else was great!

I made a reservation to pick up the truck @ 630am thru the mobile app. The app process was labor-some and kept going round and round without saving my information. The facility lighting was not proper to see the rental number of the truck. The attended that was there at 7 am seemed more interested in the story she was telling her co-worker or on the phone than assisting me/customer who was having difficultly retrieving the key or even pointing out which truck was rented. Was quite rude and seemed very bothered by my request for assistance. She never left her stool behind the counter to assist.

The employees were petulant and not helpful at all, it seemed like we were ruining their day by making them do their job. I do not remember their names but the woman working was the main issue due to her attitude and the other employee, a man, was lazy. Highly recommend hiring new staff for the morning/day shift on whoever worked on Monday October 12th, because we were definitely not the only customers to receive this type of service that day. Another gentlemen walked in while we were there and received the same type of service.

The rental agent when I picked up the trailer was excellent. She was helpful and hitched the trailer. The young agent-in-training when I returned the trailer was content to sit on his but while I backed the trailer into place, unhitched and set the tongue on the tripod stand. Good help is hard to find.

I was not able to perform an after hours drop off. The website would not accept the location from my phone even though location settings were turned on. I tried using the app instead, but it would not associate my contract with my newly created account. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. I had to come back the next morning and drop it off in person.

Because of all the UHaul rental equipment & trucks, access throughout the facility was extremely difficult. There were times I couldn’t get to the entrance for my unit without waiting for an employee to move a UHaul truck. In addition, while I was in my unit (early August), several low flatbed UHaul trailers were left near the back of my car where I couldn’t see them. I backed into the hitch end of one, doing $2,500 of body damage to my car. My opinion - you need to decide whether you want to have a storage unit facility, or a UHaul rental facility. There is not enough room for both. I am not the only renter who feels this way. I overheard several people saying they were done trying to maneuver around the UHaul trucks, and were planning to go elsewhere. This is the SOLE reason why I moved out.

The worst customer service ever! The owner (Kandi) was the rudest employee I've ever encountered. We would have walked out, if we hadn't needEd the truck so bad. Will never use this location again and will likely switch to Penske, due to this. Many reviews on google regarding this location stating the same. Bad representation of the Uhaul name.

Good experience EXCEPT there are U-Haul trucks parked (stored) about 15 feet from the front of the "drive up" storage locker. In our 20' U-Haul truck, we couldn't park directly in front of the locker so we had to unload our stuff at the end of the building and carry it all to the locker! Not really "drive up"!

We were over charged by about $150 it looos like. I will never be using U-Haul again and I will go out of my way to let friends and family know of this experience as well.6

The people who work there could definitely work on their customer service. I stood in the store for over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Not even a "hello, be with you when I can." I had to park my car across a busy street. And, walk back across to get my truck. I'd call them borderline rude. Never using this location again.

The male that checked us in for the rental on 8/13 at 3pm at the Broken Arrow location was not friendly and raised his voice for me to remove my debit card from the card reader. It seemed that he was pretty miserable or inconvenienced to get us checked in for our truck rental. There was also not enough gas in the tank (about half a tank) for us to make our trip so first thing we had to stop at the gas station so that was a little inconvenient. Other than these things, everything else went ok.

We drove our uhaul 17 miles total. When we went to fill up, it took over 5 gallons of gas. It had appeared “Full” when we picked it up, but clearly it wasn't. Also, parking for this location was a mess. Picking up and dropping off, it was difficult to find a spot for either the regular car or the uhaul. Very friendly staff though and the truck was in great shape.

The parking for drop off was limited. Not being experanced with suck s large truck. (26 foot) I found it hard to find a place to park. I would suggest something with drop off at this location after hours.

The mobile order/pickup program is bullshit. The intro into getting your rental via mobile doesn't detail what will be required once you arrive at the UHaul site. Then, at the site, the process makes you think you can go to your vehicle and get into it right then. Don't make claims to be a mobile process if it is not. Further, the location of the Uhaul site used is inefficient and should have places for customer parking to leave a vehicle. Finally, the staff (once they finally showed up) were hostile, angry, unpleasant and clearly unconcerned about customer service. I will do all that I can to no longer rent from UHaul

The management staff is horrible. Unfriendly from the start. We had one free month of storage because we rented a one way trailer. We live in Georgia and brought furniture to our son who lives in Broken Arrow. I emptied the unit well in advance of renewal date. Filled out "application" to vacate online on Aug 8, never got confirmation from BA location. Received bill from BA location, called Uhaul, spent 15 min waiting to talk to a person. And, several calls to the BA location with NO answer, just kicked over to corporate. After conversation with corporate, assured me they sent vacate request to BA location and email. Aug 28, two weeks later I receive a letter from BA location stating I owe one month's rent AND a late fee!!!! Tried to call BA location AGAIN....no answer. Final verdict, had to send my son IN PERSON in get our account settled. I will probably get six more erroneous bills for filling out this review, but they need to get their office management together!

Employee who helped me signup was quite condescending and grumpy. I don't remember his name but seems to be in his 50's and had a mustache. He called the trailers “my trailers” and came across that he was doing me a favor just to let me use it. I understand he must come across some pretty nasty people renting but not everyone is like that. Makes me not want to rent U-Haul to have to deal with him.

Staff is rude. I was unable to return my equipment to it's destination on the contract. After contacting uhaul. I was informed that I could indeed return it to it's original destination. Staff at this location refused to accept it so I dropped it off right in their parking lot. Drop of location was recorded wrong by Uhaul person Tiffany that I called to request a different destination return.

Except for little moisture damage on the edges of a couple of my pressed wood shelves, everything came through in great shape after being stored for around eight months. Even my wife's piano came through ok... tone was a little flat... but still somewhat in tune!
