Let the customer know the return has to be done on site. I did not catch that or was aware of it and went back home to do the return and had to go back but by that time I had locked the truck and could not take the pics from inside the truck. The older lady working the first desk seemed very unhappy to be working or helping customers at all never smiled or even talked nicely she made me feel like i was bothering her and forcing her to do her job, also your link to take pictures of the vehicles damage did not work at all. The first one I had timed out when I was all done with the questions for some unknown reason, I then had to go back inside and get a new link and start the process all over again to which i was taking pictures over and over and over again for over an hour at the location to then be told "oh don't worry about it." I don't want to be charged for damages I didn't do and if you have a spot for pictures to be uploaded they should be able to be uploaded and not keep messing up and keep disappearing for over an hour. It was very frustrating. Also another thing is I know they were screening the calls from my numbers and not answering I called the first time and sat on hold for over 10 minutes with no one ever getting back on the line so I hung up because I had things to move then when the other number i gave them called they answered and then hung up on us, then the 2nd time we called back it did the same thing, so we called a 3rd time and that time they didn't even answer the phone. Also idk if the 10' truck is supposed to come with a ramp or not but the one I had did not have a ramp. Which is the reason why we were calling. So this experience was one of the worst I have ever had with any Uhaul location.Ashley H.

This could not have been a worse experience; it's going to sound like I'm making this up. Thank God my drop off location was superb because I was almost in tears after this pick up location. Firstly, the woman working was so rude, she should not be allowed to work in public. She took forever to come to the desk when I came in, then aggressively told me "you don't have to get an attitude" when I became mildly *reasonably* upset at the horrible news she was giving me, which was beyond inappropriate - forget unprofessional, it's never okay to treat any human like this in any setting! The news she was giving me was that I had to put my car on the trailer and secure it 100% by myself. She said directions were on the trailer (but they include the names of parts on the trailer that of course I don't know; so they are not clear directions), and that if I have any questions, I should look up a Youtube video (didn't even provide the video so I'd know I was getting one with correct, updated info). I don't even know how that's legal, but I've towed my car multiple times with Uhaul and they never want me to touch anything when it comes to securing the car to the trailer, and they guide me as I drive it up there myself (which is terrifying the first time, even with guidance!) Sure enough, when I got to my drop off location, they 1) told me not to touch anything, that they would detach my car for me, and 2) that I had not fully secured my car. Apparently I missed the last step because it was not in the YouTube video I looked up. They said it was totally inappropriate and dangerous for me to secure my car to the trailer with no supervision or even someone looking over it when I was done, which wasn't possible because this did not happen at the Uhaul facility, it was driven a block away, which brings me to my next problem: There is no space at this Uhaul location, for anyone to do anything in their parking lot. There are two parking spots and that is all. So, you cannot leave your car there while you load your van, you have to drive it to one of two locations, which is an extremely long walk from the Uhaul facility. I was shocked at this, it was so inconvenient, this location never should have been chosen for a Uhaul facility. So my Uhaul van with the attached trailer was driven to my car, which means I was completely alone trying to drive my car onto the trailer and secure it. It was extremely dangerous, and apparently I'm lucky my car stayed on during the four hour drive, since I missed the last step. The last problem, was that the cab of my Uhaul van smelled like a skunk exploded in a dumpster fire. It was probably body odor. I was literally gagging, it even made my family sick when they were downwind, helping me load the van. The next day, the movers unloading me could not believe how strong the disgusting smell was. I had to drive that four hours, with the windows up because it was freezing, but even windows being down did not help at all. No one should be given a truck that smells that badly! Jesus. I have used Uhaul a million times and I have NEVER had any experience like this. It ruined my whole move, I will never be back to this location and neither will any of my friends or family members.Amanda L.

Absolutely love this location. Will drive out of my way to go to this location. The staff is always extremely helpful. They make sure you thought of everything even when you did the online self service order. She caught that I got a truck without a ramp and needed one. Then when I dropped it off. I had left my yeti in the truck and she ran out about 300 ft to where I was to bring it to me when it was a bone chilling 10 degrees. Excellent customer service every time! Normally the rental experience here is great. However, this past time I arrived five minutes before closing and the employees refused to check my van in. Instead they directed me to the website, but I needed to change the card, do tax exempt, and some other things that were not working on the website. The employees were still there and still refused to help. I had to come back again the next day to try and check it back in again in person. I was not told the gas tank was not full...! And this 158K mile old truck was the worst truck ride I have ever experienced... no suspension whatsoever! - even with a full load! I thought at times that some of the furniture in the back would break, the way this truck was bopping up and down! on the highway. When I reserved a unit and a truck online your site said no where that there is a $100 deposit if you pay cash for a truck, it wasn't in the email or on the confirmation page. Also your estimates for home sizes that will fit in your units is way off. A 5x10x10 will not fit a 2 bedroom home which is what it said online. Your staff did not even have me look at the unit before they had me pay for it. It is also way over priced. I went somewhere else and got a 10x20 unit for just a little more than the one you tried to rent me. I was very disappointed! I went several times and they were blocking parking, and entrance gates, 1 time I went and they had cones in front of the gate during business hours. The rental started off with a great experience and then went downhill fairly quickly. I had birds nesting in the top of my storage and their nest and droppings would get into my unit. Because of all the UHaul rental equipment & trucks, access throughout the facility was extremely difficult. There were times I couldn’t get to the entrance for my unit without waiting for an employee to move a UHaul truck. In addition, while I was in my unit (early August), several low flatbed UHaul trailers were left near the back of my car where I couldn’t see them. I backed into the hitch end of one, doing $2,500 of body damage to my car. My opinion - you need to decide whether you want to have a storage unit facility, or a UHaul rental facility. There is not enough room for both. I am not the only renter who feels this way. The management staff is horrible. Unfriendly from the start. We had one free month of storage because we rented a one way trailer. We live in Georgia and brought furniture to our son who lives in Broken Arrow. I emptied the unit well in advance of renewal date. Filled out "application" to vacate online on Aug 8, never got confirmation from BA location. Received bill from BA location, called Uhaul, spent 15 min waiting to talk to a person. And, several calls to the BA location with NO answer, just kicked over to corporate. After conversation with corporate, assured me they sent vacate request to BA location and email.
