The Anna, the attendant working early that morning (7AM) was fantastic. (7) people reserved trailers for 7AM. Her computer system was down, only allowing one computer to be used to check us in at a time. She was calm, kept us all informed, apologized for the delays, and was 100% professional in how she handled that very stressful situation.

The new Burlington facility is fabulous and the staff was very helpful. Work on better signage from the multiple entrances to the property with directions to the main office... which is as far away as it can be from the legal address of the site.
Berry ZI was greeted by a smiling employee immediately. The paperwork was quick and easy, and could have had us on the road within about 15-20 minutes - my own lack of attention caused us to have to drive 25 miles each way back to our home so I bring our Honda with a tow hitch. The return process the next day was even quicker with energetic and helpful employees - great job by all!

Geoffrey JTrailer was rented to me by an agent who I told that I needed a 60" wide trailer to move a mower, but the loading ramp and access opening were only 48" wide. Another agent received my return of the trailer and directed me in parking it, but did not check the trailer in. I called several hours later when I noticed that I had not received a receipt for the trailer rental yet. This location seems understaffed and the agents seem to not be trained very well. I will rent elsewhere when possible.
Douglas WNeed more agents. The location is severely understaffed. Also the agents need to know their equipment better. I needed to move a 52" wide mower and they rented me a trailer that was wide enough inside but had a 48" ramp and opening to load. I told the agent what I needed to move and she did not seem to know or inform me that the ramp and opening were too small for what I needed.
Douglas WBest truck ever rented. Told I would get 7.5 mpg. I was able to get 10.7 mpg over 1500 miles including several mountain passes. And truck drove very smoothly. Also I was pulling a 5x8 trailer also. The team at the mt Vernon location in Washington state was very helpful. Good hires! All around an outstanding experience.

Kenneth PAnna and the entire U-Haul team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. The entire move was seamless from start to finish. They have plenty of carts available, making it easy to transport all types of items, and the large drive-in parking area makes loading and unloading very convenient. Another great bonus is that this location offers multiple EV charging stations on-site, which is incredibly useful while you’re there just ask the manager if you need to charge your vehicle while you are there. Highly recommend this location for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

MARSHALL S | Overall ExperienceWe were not given any money back for 2 storage lockers we rented, as we paid thru March 9th. Vacated 2-24-26. This is an unethical practice as now they can rent these units and get more money on top of ours. Very very bad practice. We want our refund and will go further to receive it. It is not much at all but it is our money and not yours to keep and profit from. This was and is the only issue. Staffer told us no refund, it doesn’t work that way. All else was great—service, staff and products.
