This was the best Uhaul I've seen. And I've been around lol. The atmosphere, people, and products are far superior. Kudos to Anna and the team.

Catherine D | First ImpressionsPlease check all the parts of rental equipment. I rented two appliance dollies for a move that involved several flights of stairs. One dolly was in working order. The other dolly had very worn rubber pieces ( to ease going down stairs loaded) that broke very early in the moving process.

Found us the 10 ft box truck and made the reservation and it was ready to go when we got there. Otherwise we would have had to wait a few days which would put us in a bind. Conner did all this in about 15 minutes. Caleb in the mccorkendale wa location had the box van all set to go when we got there and we were on our way in about 10 mins with the Safe trip insurance. Felt great and we had a great move. The 10 fort box van is a great unit. Easy to drive and great visibility. Thanks Conner and Caleb.

Aaron GThe most disappointing service I’ve ever received and truly the first time I’ve ever lodged a complaint in my life. Failures on literally every front, unprofessional communication, extreme delays, exorbitant fees for a service labeled as affordable and not even close to managed effectively in terms of logistical follow through. The U Box ordered is still not delivered, the status of the order is labeled as complete and there is not tracking of my entire life which has been passed off to non-disclosed third party vendor. Truly one of the most egregious, stressful, unprofessional services I have experienced. Their failures have cost me thousands of dollars and countless hours of seeking answers. Have yet to even receive my valuables and couldn’t come close to more unimpressed.
Spencer VI was not loaded very full so it did not make a difference today, but I object strongly to the hand truck secured to the sidewall near the door. It is quite disruptive to organizing a load when it is large. You already had me decline it during the ordering process. I assume you think NO does not mean NO! Had to do specifically search for the 650 W McCorquedale Rd location. I assume it is because it is a corporate store, and you are trying to keep the independents happy. staff were friendly and proficient. Check in with staff was a breeze and much faster compared to my last check in on the app.

They've helped me with multiple rentals including receiving my U-boxes that I had shipped, securing a storage unit, renting a 15' van for my move, and helping me with a motorcycle trailer.
Anthony PSuper easy to set up rental. Equipment was ready and clean. The team of personnel were friendly and very helpful in getting the trailer connected to my vehicle. Would recommend this location.
Jim HThe vapor lock on the truck malfunctioned. It was very difficult pumping gas. Couldn't fill the tank. I took the truck back after failing at 3 gas stations, but they couldn't do anything for me. They were sympathetic and suggested I contact the main office. I did. Nothing happened.

Her computer system was down, only allowing one computer to be used to check us in at a time. She was calm, kept us all informed, apologized for the delays, and was 100% professional in how she handled that very stressful situation.
SETH BThe new Burlington facility is fabulous and the staff was very helpful. Work on better signage from the multiple entrances to the property with directions to the main office... which is as far away as it can be from the legal address of the site.
Berry ZI was greeted by a smiling employee immediately. The paperwork was quick and easy, and could have had us on the road within about 15-20 minutes - my own lack of attention caused us to have to drive 25 miles each way back to our home so I bring our Honda with a tow hitch. The return process the next day was even quicker with energetic and helpful employees - great job by all!

Geoffrey JTrailer was rented to me by an agent who I told that I needed a 60" wide trailer to move a mower, but the loading ramp and access opening were only 48" wide. Another agent received my return of the trailer and directed me in parking it, but did not check the trailer in. I called several hours later when I noticed that I had not received a receipt for the trailer rental yet. This location seems understaffed and the agents seem to not be trained very well. I will rent elsewhere when possible.
Douglas WNeed more agents. The location is severely understaffed. Also the agents need to know their equipment better. I needed to move a 52" wide mower and they rented me a trailer that was wide enough inside but had a 48" ramp and opening to load. I told the agent what I needed to move and she did not seem to know or inform me that the ramp and opening were too small for what I needed.
Douglas WBest truck ever rented. Told I would get 7.5 mpg. I was able to get 10.7 mpg over 1500 miles including several mountain passes. And truck drove very smoothly. Also I was pulling a 5x8 trailer also. The team at the mt Vernon location in Washington state was very helpful. Good hires! All around an outstanding experience.

Kenneth PAnna and the entire U-Haul team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. The entire move was seamless from start to finish. They have plenty of carts available, making it easy to transport all types of items, and the large drive-in parking area makes loading and unloading very convenient. Another great bonus is that this location offers multiple EV charging stations on-site, which is incredibly useful while you’re there just ask the manager if you need to charge your vehicle while you are there. Highly recommend this location for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

This is an unethical practice as now they can rent these units and get more money on top of ours. Very very bad practice. We want our refund and will go further to receive it. It is not much at all but it is our money and not yours to keep and profit from. This was and is the only issue. Staffer told us no refund, it doesn’t work that way. All else was great—service, staff and products.
