Both gentlemen at this location were friendly and helpful. Moving always sucks but they helped me happily, they were patient (I was at the wrong location for pickup), and didn't laugh when I called to get the return address because I couldn't remember where I picked up from (it was one of those days). Great experience overall.

In the morning, it took one hour which is I had a reservation to get my car and when I return the carI filled up the gas and I have the picture but they charge me $10 for gas. That’s not fair. I do have my all evidence I filled it up.

The gas policy leaves a sour taste in my mouth, giving a half tank of gas with no credit or anything just leaves me abit bitter

The staff was fast and professional. I had a great experience. The equipment was well maintained. I went in on a Saturday worried it would take forever to get a vehicle and to my surprised I was in and out. The staff was knowledgeable, personable and I was more than pleased with the customer service I received. I will definitely return to this location and will recommend it to anyone!

Great customer services were rendered by all the U Haul onsite personnel. Effective professional communications by all the employees. I was quite impressed with the large, clean & very well maintained premises located at 1930 E. VIA ARADO, RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA. The Facility is easy to locate & has lots of available parking in a quiet professional business neighborhood. Anyway, the 10 ft truck which I rented was dirty on the outside & should have been washed prior to the rental. However, I consider this to be a rather minor complaint. Nevertheless, the interior of the truck was clean & satisfactory. No wear & tear or mechanical issues experienced with the rental truck. At the end of the rental , check out process was quite prompt & efficient. I'd highly recommend this very nice U Haul Rental Facility!!!

Quick, easy, friendly. The only thing I’d fix or change would be putting a sign up right at the entrance of where all of the little trailers are parked close to the main road that says “no thru way” OR make it a thru way out to the street. I had to back up my 20’ truck with a trailer attached to the back so that was awkward.

Both U-Box latches were "torqued" in such a way that we had significant difficulty opening the boxes and could barely put the padlock on. Might have been related to the placement of the boxes at an angle on the curb. Recommend ensuring that the customer can open/close and fasten the lock on all U-Boxes before the deliveryperson leaves.

Having a 24/7 drop off was super convenient and made our rental wrap up easy. I do wish the drop off location had a sign saying to drop the keys in the slot or make sure it was clear to drop off the keys in the slot as my husband was worried it might not have been there.

The associate that helped us complete our return was very kind and supportive, he broke things down for us that we were having concerns about and it was our pleasure having him there to assist, unfortunately I cannot recall his name but he was one of the only two people from our trip that we felt happy with ( we spoke to multiple people about this rental from before we got the truck until drop off) he and the roadside assistance agent Cait were the only people that we felt comfortable with

The process was confusing from beginning to end. Even now, im unsure if I still owe anything. On day one when the uboxes arrived, I assumed they would arrive together. They did not. This lead to inefficient packing. Then the uboxes kept getting delayed, so we bought all new stuff to replace, or atleast substitute, what was in the uboxes. Then on the day they arrived, they arrived later than the expected time frame. Then as if that wasn't the end of it, we opened one of the uboxes only to find almost all of our stuff damaged and/or beyond repair. Ubox/uhaul was one of the major contributors of stress to our already stressful move. I genuinely cannot say i would recommend ubox to anyone.

My experience using U-Haul containers was simply and easy. All of my household goods arrived on-time/as promised and in good order. I would definitely recommend using U-Haul containers, and U-haul shipping and storage to others. Thank you!

Managers and staff were clueless. Very poor customer service. Complete disregard for customers' time and needs. One of the worst experiences I ever had. I would never recommend U-haul after such poor service.

I had a great experience with my U Boxes. Everything arrived in perfect condition, exactly as I’d left it. Every U-Haul employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Overall it was fine. A few broken pieces upon arrival. The main issue was logistics. I felt that management dropped the ball on timing and shipping of the boxes. Also, when I went to return the boxes, they kept one and began charging me storage fees for it when that was never part of the plan.

I dont have items in storage with this location, yet they bill me and put liens on imaginary storage units. U-HAUL IS A FRACTURED BUSINESS. By far, the worst storage experience in 57 years.
