Customer service was terrible, it must have been to early for the guy checking us in Saturday morning at 7:30. He had the appearance of someone who hated his job and just gave us our keys and sent us out the door without even telling us where to begin to look for our truck or where to find the number to match to our keys. So it's about 7:45 a.m. and dark and we're out looking around for our truck, and then when my wife returned it she had to interrupt two guys at the counter from their phones to return the keys, they tell her just leave them in the truck and they would email a receipt. I will say at least we weren't there to make friends, the truck was exactly what we needed and did the job.

though everyone was nice, had 2 problems, first was the deck in front of storage area of truck was full of dirt-not cleaned. secondly and most importantly, I had asked for an appliance dolly and furniture dolly due to mving heavy furniture up stairs, and when they took me out to the truck, they had neither and I had no time to go elsewhere, though I was not charged, I still lost money cause I had to give my movers 50.00 more due to their effort without those dollies. there needs to be a system in place to alert customers in advance if equipment is not available. I feel honestly I should get some of the excess I paid to the movers back-maybe 20.00-up to you. Kevin

Truck smells like gas if you ran AC and the door did not open or close well. Would get stuck halfway up. Checked in on the app but someone who rented inside was given the keys for the truck I was assigned. Got it sorted and the staff is great but it did make me late for my appointment. App also froze and pickup couldn't be completed so had to go back inside and have an employee finish it for me.

Tell the employees to be more professional and not stand around bullshitting and joking with each other. The moving van was in need of maintenance, it vibrated and shook at stop lights/ stop signs- (possibly a bad motor or transmission mount). Drivers seat felt wore out too like an obese person rode in it for 120k miles.

I rented a 26' moving van on a Sunday, because they didn't have any vans available on the Saturday I wanted to move, and after buying boxes, tape, a hand truck, and blankets, they charged $20 for an "after hours service fee" and $25 for cleaning - no one ever said, nor did I see on the website, that there would be an additional $45 in fees. A complete rip-off.

I called this location one day ahead just wanted to confirm on this reservation, called 8 times. During 1pm -4pm no body answer the phone. Next day I arrived At the location walked in the door was not greeted by employee, one gentleman and one lady just sitting there at the counter staring at me. When I walked up to the counter still both of them wouldn't greet. So I finally said I have a reservation, both of them started pointed at each other, trying to push their job to someone else. I told them “I don't mind who do this, I just need to pick up my rental truck. I've used uhaul service 3 times in 3 years, this experience (4th) has been the worst experience ever. Terrible unprofessional rude employee at the location. I hope the manager see this and can go over basic manner training to the folks.

I have used this location in the past. It has to be under new management because it has really gone downhill. And in the middle of a pandemic and state ordered mask mandate, not one employee had a mask on!!!!

The people here were rude and not helpful. One of the ladies actually told the lady I was with to STOP talking while she looked up something. We were wondering why there was a difference in charges for the same size truck picked up in Ohio and dropped off at same location. About a $40 dollar difference. Their final answer was that rates can vary daily. I will be looking at other companies in the future for truck rental.

Windshield was full of bugs, other driver's side & passenger door windows were filthy & mirrors were not clean. Visibility is important, especially to folks who don't drive trucks this size everyday.

The truck had a battery not installed properly which resulted in an overnight delay. This also meant I lost money to movers and time with family I won't get back because I was standing around waiting on the repair truck that would get there “quickly”...

I did an after-hours drop-off, which mean doing it with my smartphone. I was forced to first create a user account (really?), then forced to use Location Services on my iPhone for the web app to find my location. Which failed. Repeatedly. And gave me ZERO alternatives. Therefore, I could not continue the drop-off procedure, and you guys charged me $20 extra because your web app sucks. The location was fine, your software is lousy.

The turn in process for after hours on the App didn't work. Every time I tried to upload the photos it would state that I wasn't connected to the Internet. Well, unfortunately being in the U-Haul parking lot didn't allow the internet. Also, the truck was a bit old and it was noticeable. I only had to make one trip to storage and back, maybe a 10-12 mile trip total, but I would have been afraid to take that vehicle on a long trip.

I rented a trailer to save a 75 delivery fee. My initial cost is 2995 after taxes and what not it was $40. At that point I was happy but I wasn't happy with was waking up the next morning to find a $20 after hours service fee. What!? After hours service fee I was the one who dropped off the trailer unhitched it from my vehicle laid everything perfectly to the side and did all the damn work and you charge me a $20 fee?You could say read the fine print blah blah blah but after renting many trailers trucks even tractor trailers I have never been charged and after our fee. Especially when you even have a key drop off and there's no key for a trailer! So in summary, the after hours service fee it's bullshit

I really enjoyed having somewhere to hold my things for a year while downsizing. Before moving my things in storage the unit was clean. My unit was easily accessible even with a huge truck. If you don't have a lock they can provide you with one at a discount with the purchase of the storage unit. Great Experience.
