STEVANDREW R | Overall ExperienceMy storage Space and my Uhaul account was deleted on the Employees side they moved me out by Mistake and l was unable to get in the gate l had all my receipts l was paid up and l went inTo a panic worried about my belongings that were in my storage space that was paid up The Male Employee did fix the problem and moved me back in and reset my code .....l am Greatful my belongings we're still in side.. The male Employee did Resolve my issue...But it was frustrating and unfortunate l had to go threw that being that l pay my bill on time every Month

JAMES M | Overall ExperiencePlease have the snow removal company to be considerate and NOT move snow directly in front of units. This was was a very poor and unprofessional choice. Otherwise the staff and manager was outstanding and apologized for snow issues.
