My comment is: I never moved-out. I have ALWAYS, had a Storage unit w/U-Haul over 5+ years. Therefore, there was a "MISTAKE",on my Accout, whereas, I "NEVER MOVED OUT"!.So, Please make 🙏 the correction on my Account, whereas, I paid my account one or two months ahead 😀. Thanks! John D. | First ImpressionsI moved to the Indianapolis area from South Carolina, only to find out my apartment was not ready, well I had a uhaul truck with all my belongings nowhere to unload and nowhere to sleep. I drove around Indy trying to figure out a solution, with no extra funds for lodging this facility allowed me to move my entire house into A temporary storage unit.staff treated us as if we were royalty.In today’s world it’s sorta unusual that your fellow man shows empathy towards someone else’s problem I truly thank the ENTIRE STAFF for all they’ve done
