We interacted with 2 employees when we dropped of our trailer on the morning of May 8, at around 9:45 am. The first female employee we interacted with was very rude and impatient when we asked for direction. We weren't asking her to move our trailer, we were going to put it away and were just asking where we should put it. When we asked her a simple question of where we should drop the trailer, she looked at us and said something that we could not hear and then promptly walked inside. We unhooked the trailer ourselves and were pushing it out of the way when a very helpful male employee came over and took care of the trailer for us and let us know we were all set. The second employee is the only reason you didn't get 1 star.Troy L.

The truck we rented was a hunk of junk with high miles on it. It was very dirty on the inside of the cab. If we had to move cross country in this I would have never rented it. My hands were even sticky after driving in it.STEPHEN S.

Employees were rude and verbally aggressive to all customers waiting for service during my visit. Waited inside with other customers for approximately 5 mins before an employee came inside the store . 2 Employees ( 1 older male and 1 female) had bad, uncaring and annoyed dispositions. It was clear they didn't like their job or want to be working that day. No greetings and no smiles- all attitude. Very unacceptable. Uhaul should not employee unpleasant individuals. As a behavioral specialist and mental health therapist It was clear this is their normal disposition and interaction with customers as they were not alarmed or aware of their behavior. This location was lacking in customer service, and lacking in the necessary supplies. I had to go to another U-Haul location on the night before the rental in order to get a ball for my hitch.
