when I return my rental it was 1 notch from being half full like they ask me I only went 14 miles and that customer service representative on nights charged me full price as if I didn't put gas in I hope to never come there again and will tell family and friends not to come to your place of businessROSE G.

On pickup, the lady at the service desk was cheerful and walked us through the checkout process, answering questions that we had. On drop-off, the gentleman who handled the drop-off was thorough, cheerful, and helpful.PETER S.
The truck I rented had an issue with the engine cover in side the cab and it blew heat from the motor on right foot. I'm just a short 8 mile trip my foot was burning from the heat. The day after I got the unit I went back and my code was apparently changed without my permission. Once I got back into my unit there was no light bulb. At the end of the lease I had one hour left to get my stuff out and the storage was closed at 9 pm when the sign says it’s open till 10. I will say this when I first went to rent my space I was treated very rudely and kicked out of your store by the most unkind rude person I’ve ever met in my life, thank God she’s no longer there and I did call corporate. Since not having to deal with her I have encountered several nice people that work there and I’ve had a good experience . I reserved my van online along with a furniture dolly. Upon arrival I was told they do not have any furniture dollys but they had an appliance dolly....So why was I able to reserve one online? And you would think they would let me have the appliance dolly for the price of the furniture dolly, bc that was a mistake on their end. Nope.. they didn't care. he still charged me the extra.. I also selected to drop of the van closer to the place I was moving( they had that option online) he then proceeds to tell me, that's not an option, and that I have to drive it back to that store.. another 30 miles... again why was I able to select these options online if they are not available to me??? It's very frustrating and I've never had this experience with any other uhaul.... also when dropping off the van, I was told I would have a receipt emailed to me... I have yet to receive it more than 24 hours after the fact and I have multiple charges and idk what for. I'm assuming the extra miles I had to drive back to the store... idk it would be nice to be able to see what I'm being charged for.HAILEY M.
Reserved space was told it would only take a few minutes to check in. Instead the staff member couldn’t find my reservation and the computer would not set us up. Truck was clean but the right side mirror was broken and stuck in a inward position making switching lanes and seeing anything on the right side impossible. Had to have a car follow the truck every time we went back and forth to our new house which wasted more gas and time in order to ensure our safety and the safety of our property inside of the truck. For a 20ft truck, you need those mirrors for sight so it was completely unprofessional and not safe at all for consumers to use. Not to mention that they docked us for less than two gallons of gas at $5.50 a gallon when we were originally said it would only be $3.50 a gallon if it was not at the exact amount of fuel we received it at. Obviously we had to drive from the gas station to the drop off location, but with going less than 10 miles from the gas station where we filled the truck to the drop off location there is no way we were lower than when we got the truck at 7/8ths of a tank.MICHAEL S.

I purchased rental insurance online for $10 but when I got to the rental store they charged me $20. I also rented a furniture dolly online but once again there was discrepancies. I was informed they did not have any furniture dolly to rent but I could buy one. Very disappointed with online purchases and the store not having the same information.MICHAEL M.

When I returned the truck I complained that it was not full of fuel because I only drove it 23 miles and it took over 7 gallons of gas. I felt they should have paid for part of that. The truck was over 20 years old and the fuel gauge is not longer accurate. So, being honest, I paid for my fuel and whoever didn't fill it on the previous rental. I realize this is not a large amount, but I feel ripped off. Further, when I complained, the young man on duty said he did not have the authority to make the adjustment, but he would leave the invoice as pending and the manager would call me the next morning and make it right. This didn't happen. All she did was finalize and charged us full value. I am not a big customer but do utilize your services 2-3 times every year when I need a truck or trailer. I had never rented a U Haul truck before. I had added a dolly to the order. I was not told that I needed to collect the dolly my self and place it in the truck. I got to my location it was not in the truck. My son had brought a dolly so I did not bother going to get it back at the Uhaul. I also ended up with a medical emergency and my sons were late turning in the truck. First and last time using U haul. The store manager was training anew associate. I feel bad for that kid. Cypress Creek was the final location I went to after being sent to 2 others because the first pick up location couldnt find my reservation with the given order number, then, the second location didnt have the truck availible. In the end the 3rd location handled everything efficiently, just had to postpone my movers for an hour, they were the real heroes.Jacqueline M.

These service agents were very good. They were nice and respectful,even though I was really frustrated because my initial location was changed twice and I had to jumps through hoops to find out at the last minute that the truck I had reserved was not at the preferred location. They were patient and did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of. I don't know what the deal with Uhaul is and why they change locations after a reservation is made, but Uhaul needs to understand that when people are making a plan to move the last thing they need is for the trucking company to be the limiting constraint.PHILLIP T.

I had an apt to pick up vehicle @ 5:00 pm on Friday , i waited till 7:45 pm to get a u haul bigger than the one that i reserved. I called the office letting them know that I wouldnt be there by closing time wich was 7:00 pm i dropped the uhaul off @ 8:00 15: min after 24 hrs . I was billed another 115.00 i called and tried to speak to the manager Kay and she wasnt co-operative at all. i called again later the next day to see if we could resolve and once again she said i owed the $$. she had no customer service skills that i could tell, rude, not understanding and down right uncooperative.Virginia S.

The place is clean. The vehicle is clean and good. I believe both (Place and vehicle) are kept in good Conditions by the receptionist who helped me with registration and When I returned the vehicle.
