I rented a car carrier. The straps were beginning to show wear. I did not have a problem and they worked fine for me. From a safety standponit, I would have replaced them. I notified the employee when I returned the carrier, and she said they have spare straps and would fix it.John C.

First the service sucked. You charged me $1.07 for the weekend per mile when the day before was $0.82. And then you expect me to bring it back with a tank of gas too? Are you guys stupid? Charge for one and not the other. Don't become greedy. Second, clean your pest infested vehicles and don't let people drive with a â€œcheck engineâ€ light on and faulty headlights. I was fraudulently charged $1,816.89 by someone at this Champion Forest location named Irene Sorano. I have never set foot in this Champion Forest location. The truck is currently in my driveway here in Fayetteville Arkansas! I have it reserved until April 23 and will return it to a Fayetteville UHaul lot. I have tried to call to get it fixed but was told to wait 72 hours. I thought i was a good UHaul customer and don't understand why I am having to deal with this problem.DON G.

when I return my rental it was 1 notch from being half full like they ask me I only went 14 miles and that customer service representative on nights charged me full price as if I didn't put gas in I hope to never come there again and will tell family and friends not to come to your place of businessROSE G.

The truck I rented had an issue with the engine cover in side the cab and it blew heat from the motor on right foot. I'm just a short 8 mile trip my foot was burning from the heat. I reserved my van online along with a furniture dolly. Upon arrival I was told they do not have any furniture dollys but they had an appliance dolly....So why was I able to reserve one online? And you would think they would let me have the appliance dolly for the price of the furniture dolly, bc that was a mistake on their end. Nope.. they didn't care. he still charged me the extra.. I also selected to drop of the van closer to the place I was moving( they had that option online) he then proceeds to tell me, that's not an option, and that I have to drive it back to that store.. another 30 miles... again why was I able to select these options online if they are not available to me??? It's very frustrating and I've never had this experience with any other uhaul.... also when dropping off the van, I was told I would have a receipt emailed to me... I have yet to receive it more than 24 hours after the fact and I have multiple charges and idk what for. I'm assuming the extra miles I had to drive back to the store... idk it would be nice to be able to see what I'm being charged for.HAILEY M.
Truck was clean but the right side mirror was broken and stuck in a inward position making switching lanes and seeing anything on the right side impossible. Had to have a car follow the truck every time we went back and forth to our new house which wasted more gas and time in order to ensure our safety and the safety of our property inside of the truck. For a 20ft truck, you need those mirrors for sight so it was completely unprofessional and not safe at all for consumers to use. Not to mention that they docked us for less than two gallons of gas at $5.50 a gallon when we were originally said it would only be $3.50 a gallon if it was not at the exact amount of fuel we received it at. Obviously we had to drive from the gas station to the drop off location, but with going less than 10 miles from the gas station where we filled the truck to the drop off location there is no way we were lower than when we got the truck at 7/8ths of a tank.MICHAEL S.
