In my order I had a list of items that I need and half of the order wasn't available. I wasn't informed before my pickup date and time. Tony the employee suggest to find the items that they didn't have at other U-Haul stores in town. I wasn't going to drive all over town when I needed get my errands finished to get to work. Quick Check out is pointless because the entire process of pickup took over an hour, I was the only customer the entire time in the store. Very Poor Customer Service at this location.Suresh Y.

The customer service was great, however the truck was in no condition to be on the road in my opinion. Im not sure of the reason but the truck was very loud as if there was a hole in the exhaust. The box truck sounded like a Harley Davidson.JOSEPHIZAYA B.

Returned truck to the stall I drove it out of. Did not see signs of return area. Young man inside insisted I go back to the truck and park it in return area. No customers inside at that point and 2 employees present. They never checked the truck. I asked for a final bill and was told they would immediately send it. Nothing sent. Will now have to call again tomorrow to get a final bill. There had better not be any issues. My company rents trucks often. Not going to rent from that facility moving forward.LAWRENCE R.

The lights on the truck stayed on even though the switch was off. The ringing inside the truck lijecwhen a car is off but keys still in the ignition would not shut off. The back ramp would get stuck to the point that it would take me laying down on the floor and push it up until I could get it up high enough to latch. This happend almost every time I had to use the ramp. From 10 times only once it worked. Several times it took 40 min to make it latch. This has been the worst uhaul truck I have ever used. Also need to call tomorrow about charge for dolly I did not rent.Eliot F.

I was originally suppose to return the equipment at Uhaul of Willow brook, however the customer service at willow brook was very rude and did not cater to me. The pickup process was efficient and the vehicle very clean. However, there were MAJOR safety issues with the truck as I received it. Both the hood and the passenger side door had been left ajar when I picked it up. But the biggest issue was the bent front axle that got worse as I was driving it through the day. This should have been noticed by the maintenance crews as the alignment was way off as well (45 degrees off to start but 90 degrees by the end of the day). I'd also like to point out that this was the second site that I went to to pick up this rental. The first, scheduled for me by a regional representative, was at a gas station that had a couple trucks in a vacant lot next door. The person working the counter didn't know how to process a rental and I wasted an hour of my time driving out there, only to have to go to a different site the next day.Lorianna V.

Only thing truck broke down, it was frustrating that I couldn't finish all the moving , road side assistance was nice to come on a holiday to change the battery, workers at the store were nice. Just upset about the truck breaking downROGELIO G.
Though the location I picked the truck up from was great to work with the overall experience will uhaul was unsatisfactory!! My reservation was for a location in Tomball TX near my home. I received a confirmation email with my reservation number and the address of that location. Upon my arrival the uhaul in tomball had no record of my reservation. When the associate looked up my reservation number uhaul had changed my reservation without my knowledge to a location 20 mins away!!! Seriously uhaul!! So I called customer service who was not helpful whatsoever. She told me I was left a voicemail telling me the location had changed which I received NO SUCH VOICEMAIL! Her attitude towards the situation was unprofessional. Was I frustrated yes! Because here I am at a location I made a reservation and know have to go 20 mins out of my way to get a truck. I then asked if because I had to go so far out of my way if I could change the drop off location. Customer service told me that once I picked up the truck I would be able to make that change. Yet once I got to the new location the associate told me that I was NOT able to make that change. Nothing uhaul told me was truthful and they made changes to my reservation without my knowledge. Overall it made the moving experience with them horrible, frustrating, and stressful. As if moving isn't already stressful! I will say that the manager where I did get a truck gave me a $50.00 credit towards my reservation and this review is not a reflection of their team. They were the only good thing about the whole experience.jacob C.
De'Corian Woods was so courteous and helpful. We first called in to check for availability and he helped us reserve the van saying it might go fast. And he was right because as soon as we went to go pick it up, he received calls asking for it and sure enough it was reserved. He had a line of people and calls coming in as he assisted us. Some of the customers were rude and being a jerk to De'Corian and he handled them so professionally. Please get him some help, though. It was so busy and he did a wonderful job. U-Haul website is very hard to make changes to an order. I had to cancel reset up after trying to change the time and pick location. Then i had to search for locations to drop off. I found Greenville location. But reservation said other places. When i came to the location to pick up the trailer there was no drop off location on the reservation. We found one on HWY75 in Dallas. When i got to Dallas i got a text message telling me where the Greenville drop off was. This was my original selection but it disappeared on my reservation but magically appeared when i got to Dallas. Very frustrating.JEFFREY K.
