The van tire pressure light was flashing . I asked about it before i left. They said that its ok. This tells me they dont maintain service on their vehicles. I was overcharged . On mileage saying i went 139 miles to san gabriel from covina. The guy was rude saying nothing he could do about. Agil is his name . Very dissatisfied.

The truck I rented had a front end issue which would porpoise the front end of the truck. I asked for a adjustment on the bill and was told that a manager would call me to discuss the issue. I received no call just the receipt for the full charge. I even made a special trip over to the site to explain the issue and tell the employee's the truck was unsafe to have on the road. They took for a road test do not know what was discovered. My contract number is 20935475. I would like a call from a Manager regarding this issue.

I really dont have anything negative to say. I had a great experience on picking up my rental and very easy to return. The return was amazingly easy. I return after hours logged into my account and followed the instructions which was not difficult at all. Thank you uhaul for making this part of my move easy and less stressful. keep up the good work on pleasing your customer because it sure does show from the phone calls to the internet Great Job! During this pandemic..

Bait and switch on price of storage unit. Didn't tell me stairs only. Units barely tall enough to stand up furniture. Or fit the amount brought by truck. Horrible units doors not wide enough to get furniture in. Worst storage units ever

I reached out via email to dispute the charges the final charges. I wound up having to keep the U-Haul an extra day so I should've been charged for two days but I was charged for three. Not only was I charged for third day I was charged for three days of premium coverage

Absolutely nothing! The young lady who helped us was outstanding and provided exceptional customer service. This location was the only one in our vicinity that answered their phone. I will be returning to this Covina location even though I have several closer to me.

We were first told we went over the mileage at the dropoff, which we didn't set and was eventually dismissed. We then got a call saying we took the truck to the wrong location after dropoff. We verified the dropoff location 3 times before we picked the truck up and the guy that gave us the truck said we can drop it off at any Uhaul location.

This LocatioN and the Guys that helped my mother and I was Excellent No issues I REC .this Location your inn N out QuicK NO.B.S now the Location on Foothill and Grand was a Joke I get there and TRY to go in didnt even get in the door guy yells me to wait outside its HOT I waited over 10min asked he now says I gotta FiBush this customer this giys TOOK HIS SWEET ASS TIME NEVER GO TO THIS LoCATIOn .

Jeremy called me to tell me he was going to report vehicle stolen after I explained to him I wouldn't be able to make it that day. Also he is super unprofessional. Just go on Yelp and see for yourself. I want my money back.

Provide proper walk around with renter before handing the keys to the vehicle. Do not assume a text message was sent to renter and physically provide detailed report before handing the keys. Do a final inspection walk around when renter drops off the vehicle. Do not falsely accuse renter of damage that was not done then passively apply damage charges.

I made reservation a week ahead of time. A day before my pick up date I was advised that the Pomona location I requested would not have the van I requested. After searching various locations I was able to get the van but later than we requested

The key card to access the facility never worked but thankfully I always came during open hours to have someone unlock the door for me. The staff was very helpful and the place was clean and temperature controlled! I would use it again.

I ordered a truck from the Azusa location. They called me they day before stating that they overbooked and I would have to pick up at a farther location. This meant 5 more miles to drive. I requested to be refunded the 5 mile difference , since it was not my fault that I had to pick up at a different location. It was not refunded. I will most likely not me using U-haul services again.

Upon the return of the vehicle check-in should be done in a timely manner to avoid any type of customer service issues. I picked up the van at 8:30am and returned it before 11:00am. At 6:00pm I got a call asking if I was keeping the van overnight? Poor communication between staff members.

I signed up for autopay and U-Haul made an error and did not do my autopay and charged me $30. Customer service said they’d deduct it from my next bill, they never did. The Covina manager is VERY RUDE
