Your facilities could inspect there trucks a little bit more thoroughly. As I was renting a U-Haul truck from your Covina station I found a bag of marijuana on the side passenger seat. I feel it's very unprofessional and I need someone to call me ASAP my name is Juan manuel Zuniga (626) 216-9286.

At first all was ok. We picked up the truck and was able to keep it for two days. The men working there were curtious and helpful. However, when I came to return the truck on Sunday before 5 pm. I was told that they close the computer at 4:45 and that he tells all of his customers that he does that. I was not informed of that policy. I was forced to drop the keys in the after hours box. And then the next day I was informed that I had NOT returned the truck and it was late. They failed to inform anyone that I had returned the truck BEFORE it was due to be back. I was not happy with either one of those situations.

I reserved the truck 2 weeks in advanced for Covina School District. I received a phone call on the Friday afternoon at approximately 4:00 pm and we were scheduled to pick it up on Monday morning at 7:15 am to tell me the truck would not be available. They needed to find another location for us to pick it up. Since the phone call was so late, our maintenance department had left for the day, so I had no way to tell them the pick up location would be changed. I was told I would receive a phone call on Saturday with the update. I didn't receive the call until Sunday at 3:30 pm. The truck was transferred to the original location and we were able to pick it up in the morning. It was very frustrating.

Pickup location was great. Drop off in Covina did not have good customer service. I arrived 15 min before closing and attendant was not willing to help me return at store stating that it was past his last return. I asked for assistance with online return But he was not willing to help. Overall poor service at this location.

The process for initiating a rental seems overly complex. This is not unique to the U-Haul. Work on streamlining the process would speed things up at checkout.

The tires were low. 25, 35, 35, 34. The low tire light was on. I told them there were low tires. He said, "That's okay. The tires at 40s so its fine. We will put air in them when you come back." I said, "How about now." He showed the tire levels and added air to the front left tire. Then said I was all set. He filled the tire to 29. I did not have to travel far, so I just hoped all would be well. It worked out fine, but I was a little uneasy.

When he gave me the keys to the truck and he went back in the office i checked the mileage and gas in the truck and noticed it was way off. The paper he gave me said almost full tank but the truck had little less than half a tank. The mileage said 90,000 but the truck had 104,000. I then checked the license plate and it was the wrong truck so another rep had to fix the situation. From the moment I arrived in the office and through the whole time he was helping me I noticed this guy didn't have any customer service skills. My wife and I both work in the customer service field and make sure each and every customer gets a very welcoming experience. Thank you

Better cleaning of the windows and windshield (inside) was the only thing I noticed out of place. Didn't see it once I started heading west, away from the morning sun. That's just my pet peeve... everything else was fine with the vehicle.
