Have more employees working, at 4 PM 1 person was checking in 3 vehicles and trying to work the counter as well. Don't mis-understand me, he was handling it like a true professional, it just took a little longer for the customers to get waited on.GARYLEWIS M.
Agent that closed out ticket- charged one extra day, charged extra insurance, charged extra for fuel that was clearly bogus. I turned in my rental several hours after reservation 2 hours following close and incompetent agent checked truck in a day later when it was clearly available front row at equipment return station. Even if agent didn't have time rental equipment was still on lot before the location opened. NO EXCUSES TO CHARGE FOR THE AGENT NOT BEING PROACTIVE!Leshawn H.

If you are going to charge a fuel service as the arbitrary 1/8 of tank increment isn't visible to the customer, tell the customer so they have the opportunity to go put two gallons in. When customer asks if everything is ok and good to go, that is time for the technician to + speak that they are going to charge a $29+ fuel service charge. I know it was closing time and they wanted to leave, but the customer should not have to pay something based upon a unilateral questionable visual call by the Uhaul technician.JOHN Z.

You need to make sure the rentals are in good shape and have no defects. In Texarkana the hitch light broke and was dragging on the ground. A trucker beeped his horn and I pulled over on the side of the road. He was pointing to the damaged light. I had to duck tape it 3 times during the rest of the trip.MARLEENKAE M.

Usually things go flawlessly at this location, but it's worth mentioning that about 100 ft after leaving the location after initial hookup the motorcycle trailer came detached from the ball hitch!!! It popped right off. This could have been extremely dangerous. Fortunately, it was chained and I was able to safely pull to the side and re-affix the trailer to the hitch and it quickly found that it wasn't tightened properly causing it to come detached. Very scary experience that could have resulted in serious injury or damage to the trailer or my vehicle.RIAZ R.

Upon arriving to drop off truck. I was told that I didn't have to check the truck in therefore I didn't have to go inside to check the truck back in . My wife credit card was double charged putting her account in the negative for over 1,000! Trying to get the situation resolved was another nightmare we was on the phone with customer service for over 1 hour waiting to talk to someone and was hung up on! The Staff at this location is astounding!! The staff displayed courtesy and were very helpful. The U-Haul establishment is very lucky to have a team who appear to love their jobs and are happy. They communicate well and are problems solvers(they assisted me over the phone will a ACH draft billing issue). the problem was solved in less than 15 minutes without being transferred.
