Everything with this location was excellent. The experience in ending up here was not. The original equipment that I requested was over 200 miles away AND the utter idiocy that U-haul schedulers actually thought that was OK is mind blowing and TERRIBLE customer service because it makes planning a simple move a major inconvenience. Uhaul needs to make improvements in putting the puzzle together better. This has happened to me on EVERY rental I have had with you, which is probably 15 rentals in the last 5 years...but yet, I guess there is no reason to change if we keep renting from you. It's just really, really frustrating. Thanks for at least asking.Cheryl B.

The outside of the truck was some what dirty. I had reserved a utility dolly and there was not one there for me. I was offered another tyoe of dolly then did not have any dollys available and wanted me to drive to another city 15-20 mins away to pick one up. This was a total inconvience as we were needing the utlity dolly and was already late to destination.Nadine D.

I don't like that uhaul doesn't do walk-arounds before customers leave with the teucks anymore. There was a problem with one of the doors that i wanted addressed before i left but after I was given the key and told an email was coming (which didn't come until i was in an area with internet signal) the 2 employees vanished somewhere. I waited around about 10 minutes, then took a video if the issue before i had to leave to get work done.Jessica G.

There are always extremely long waits at this location. Today there was only one employee and we were there for over an hour. While he was VERY professional and was really good at helping as many people as quickly as possible, the gentleman needs some help!ERIC M.
The general manager was extremely nice and helpful. They were kind of busy, but that didn't stop him from going the extra mile. He Even tested my fuses to troubleshoot my blinker issue. I've been to several u-haul locations, this was among the best staff I've encountered.RALEIGH H.

Well the only thing was that I had to put fuel in cuz the vehicle was on empty, the employee Kaitlyn Veirmau said that I would be reimbursed for my trouble. I put in $50 and probably only used $10 worth of fuel cuz I only drove 9 miles. If it had theminimum of the 1/4 tank i would of only put $10 cuz I knew how far I was driving. This location needs repairs and clean up. Some peeved that caused me to move were; my unit door was missing the insulation rubber around it making it easy for bugs and rodents to enter and there was a persistent wasp nest in the eaves above my unit. Finally when they ended the 24 hour access, which I loved so I put up with the aforementioned inconveniences; I had to leave.GRACE F. | Overall Experience
The location was short staffed. The gas on the rental was below what was indicated on the paperwork. I was told to immediately get gas, but not informed I needed to take a picture in order to update their records (that should have been correct to begin with), costing me a considerable amount more for the rental. The staff did not focus on their own customer but was interacting with their coworker which caused longer wait times. The staff was not friendly. Overall not a great experience and I would recommend people use a different store entirely.Christina H.

Tyesterday I booked a 15f vehicle. She assigned me a vehicle was not clean and the fuel was about to empty but in the agreement it was 1/4. The vehicle had a bad voice and was not operating well. Hope you consider this and seriously talk with that lady. Also on that time a man came and asked her that how can I reach 1000 mileage in a couple hours. Not sure if a customers comments make a impact with Corporate. If it does, then please know this; The entire staff at 5220 Auburn UHAUL is an exceptionally wonderful team. They exhibit wonderful customer service skills, each and every time. There are times when the outcome is not to the customers liking. However, it doesn't mean the U-haul representatives did not do everything within their control to remedy a situation. This really should be acknowledged.
