There are always extremely long waits at this location. Today there was only one employee and we were there for over an hour. While he was VERY professional and was really good at helping as many people as quickly as possible, the gentleman needs some help!

The general manager was extremely nice and helpful. They were kind of busy, but that didn't stop him from going the extra mile. He Even tested my fuses to troubleshoot my blinker issue. I've been to several u-haul locations, this was among the best staff I've encountered.

Well the only thing was that I had to put fuel in cuz the vehicle was on empty, the employee Kaitlyn Veirmau said that I would be reimbursed for my trouble. I put in $50 and probably only used $10 worth of fuel cuz I only drove 9 miles. If it had theminimum of the 1/4 tank i would of only put $10 cuz I knew how far I was driving. I sent an email of my concern n have not heard anything back

Over the last week I ended up having to rent a U-Haul truck 3 separate times. Every single time only one person at the counter and long lines every single time I went to pick up a truck and every time I dropped it back off.

This location needs repairs and clean up. Some peeved that caused me to move were; my unit door was missing the insulation rubber around it making it easy for bugs and rodents to enter and there was a persistent wasp nest in the eaves above my unit. Finally when they ended the 24 hour access, which I loved so I put up with the aforementioned inconveniences; I had to leave.

The location was short staffed. The gas on the rental was below what was indicated on the paperwork. I was told to immediately get gas, but not informed I needed to take a picture in order to update their records (that should have been correct to begin with), costing me a considerable amount more for the rental. The staff did not focus on their own customer but was interacting with their coworker which caused longer wait times. The staff was not friendly. Overall not a great experience and I would recommend people use a different store entirely.

Tyesterday I booked a 15f vehicle. She assigned me a vehicle was not clean and the fuel was about to empty but in the agreement it was 1/4. The vehicle had a bad voice and was not operating well. Hope you consider this and seriously talk with that lady. Also on that time a man came and asked her that how can I reach 1000 mileage in a couple hours. It mean that also with that costumer there was a mileage mistak in his agreement too. I did not faced to any difficulty and the did what i told.

This location lacks professionalism. While waiting in line of 5 people after even checking out online all the team members would start to assist one person then before finishing help someone else which added to the wait time. They way some of the team members were speaking to customers was very rude and to top it off when I picked up the truck I rented the was was supposed to be at one level but wasn't when the truck was brought around. I asked the rep if I needed to go back in to make sure it was corrected and he said no and took pictures saying he was going to correct it. Well he didn't and I was charged an extre 85 dollars because it wasn't corrected which led to me having to spend more time trying to get it fixed. Luckily the girl that he6me figured it out fast. The truck was really busy and dirty inside

They are a good team, but sadly understaffed. Other customers took their frustrations out on them. It was hard to watch. I will say that when it is your turn the focus is mainly on the customer in front of them with very few interruptions. It just took a while. I enjoyed their personalities.

I was incorrectly overcharged ($27.00 for 5 gallons) for the fuel level of a rental van upon return. I had replaced the fuel to the exact level it was at pick within 10-minutes of return. The van was driven a total of 13-miles! A friendly staff person offered to let me hand over the key to expedite the return process -- assuring me that my receipt with final charges would be sent to my email address. Circumstances would indicate an error was made in the return process. Fortunately, I was able to get assistance from the customer service department to facilitate a refund. NOTE: I was waiting for assistance/on hold with customer service for over 30-minutes--much too long.

Over a month after our rental was returned, I was charged a "toll" fee. We did not pass through any toll roads or bridges with our rental, and the time stamp of the supposed fee was not when we were using the trailer. I followed the instructions in the Uhaul email to dispute the fee and requested more information, wanting to see the bill or photo evidence they were using and where the toll was incurred. I got no response and my credit card was charged anyway. I had to dispute this charge with my credit card company. Another customer also skipped the clear line while we were waiting to return our trailer, and she was helped ahead of those waiting.

The truck that was reserved for me was missing from the lot so I was given a different truck that just happened to be returned while I was there to pick up my reservation. I don't think the truck I was given had been properly looked over for damage from the previous customer.

Please do a full maintenance check before giving a truck to a customer. Meaning check underneath the truck, the fuel line was cut on my truck and I did not know until I went to put gas and all the gas was coming out underneath the truck. I did not feel safe

Had a ball at the store. She was so kind. When I came back to fill the storage unit the manager walked us up and brought down flat beds for use to use. Very nice. I wouldn’t blame him for what other do but a daily check of the flat beds would be good. There was a razor blade left it blended in. But it could be a hazard for someone grabbing boxes.

There was only one employee on a Saturday morning. I was on a time crunch and the stupid online pick up app wasn't working. The wait time was crazy. Then the online drop off was a pain. My phone was almost dead. It was dark and I couldn't figure out how to turn on the interior light to take those stupid pictures. I won't do that again.

The location was fine. Uhaul, the company, needs work. Why I had to drive 38+ miles to get a truck and tow dolly when there must be two dozen uhaul locations between here and there will remain a mystery. And there are quirky annoyances. For example, website said I would get 5 days, but after paying my money I learned that I would get 4 days and 23 hours. Honestly, getting the truck turned in at 9 a.m. was a scramble. I got there with only 5 minutes to spare. And the gas gauge thing was a confusing mess. I ended up GIVING uhaul an extra 5 gallons of gas. At Joe Biden prices, that is well over $20.

Not sure if a customers comments make a impact with Corporate. If it does, then please know this; The entire staff at 5220 Auburn UHAUL is an exceptionally wonderful team. They exhibit wonderful customer service skills, each and every time. There are times when the outcome is not to the customers liking. However, it doesn't mean the U-haul representatives did not do everything within their control to remedy a situation. This really should be acknowledged. Corporate really should provide them every tool they would need to be the best U-haul branch they deserve to be. Cooper, Chris and Skylar.....great job gentlemen! Thank you.
