Kacy or KC was very rude there was always a problem unlocking my storage after a late payment was made they would charge my card on file without my permission or auto pay initiated. After 15 yrs here my treatment by the assistant district manager who is the owner sister was unacceptable I would never recommend anyone to this facility. I hope the new manager there can turn things around because she was very nice

Clement S | Overall ExperienceStaff not friendly nor helpful at all. Elevator is broken since we put our stuff and more than a year and still not fixed. Staff nor the manager did not even offer help at all. A lot of stuff around the storage some people left their stuff because they can't carry in their car. We will not store our stuff ever again in this storage.

Angel D | Online Move InI was given a unit on the 2nd story and the elevator doesn't work and I can't carry my stuff up a flight of stairs because I was in an accident not to long ago so it has been all for nothing I'm very disappointed. And top it off I can't find a phone number to have this issue possibly fixed.

ELISHA W | Overall ExperienceThere was an exterior door 10 ft from my unit. I was not allowed to use it even though I was sold on the unit based on the proximity of this door by the staff. When I got to the unit, I found out I would have to load my unit from the other side of the building. So we have a building behind 8ft chainlink with razor wire and electronic gates that has doors that MUST stay closed and LOCKED 24/7 and can't be used for ANY reason. My only complaint is the convenience factor gets 1 star. 🙁

SIRREON G | First ImpressionsI could'nt figure out how to turn on the hall light. The customer service is always good. You need more people at that facility. The manager was alone and had a line of 8 folks. He was doing execellant and folks were patient. I do need to check and make sure all my items are there. Funny thing is the move out manager asked me when I paid my last fee. "Do you remember everything in there?" What? Strange. Definately gotta check my items.
