Mi mayor problema al mudarme fue que la unidad estaba en el segundo piso y el elevador estaba fuera de servicio. Eso fue para mi un gran inconveniente. Además el cerrojo de la unidad tenia señas de que había sido cortado anteriormente.
Angel D | Online Move InI was given a unit on the 2nd story and the elevator doesn't work and I can't carry my stuff up a flight of stairs because I was in an accident not to long ago so it has been all for nothing I'm very disappointed. And top it off I can't find a phone number to have this issue possibly fixed.

ELISHA W | Overall ExperienceThere was an exterior door 10 ft from my unit. I was not allowed to use it even though I was sold on the unit based on the proximity of this door by the staff. When I got to the unit, I found out I would have to load my unit from the other side of the building. So we have a building behind 8ft chainlink with razor wire and electronic gates that has doors that MUST stay closed and LOCKED 24/7 and can't be used for ANY reason. My only complaint is the convenience factor gets 1 star. 🙁

SIRREON G | First ImpressionsI could'nt figure out how to turn on the hall light. The customer service is always good. You need more people at that facility. The manager was alone and had a line of 8 folks. He was doing execellant and folks were patient. I do need to check and make sure all my items are there. Funny thing is the move out manager asked me when I paid my last fee. "Do you remember everything in there?" What? Strange. Definately gotta check my items.

Cynthia M | First ImpressionsI’m rating a five star although the last year they have not really kept up on the cleanliness in the actually storage facility there was garbage outside the units and when moving out it was trash that someone left behind on first floor still there for two weeks other than that I have nothing but excellent words to speak on them especially the store manager viola and the general manager I think she was she was all over from stores to stores and handled the auctions of units Jennifer these two are the best and should be recognized for all they due and continually do you couldn’t have better than these two I feel over the last 11 years as if I’ve grown and certain ones feel like we’re second family I definitely am gonna miss them thank you for everything you’ve done . DORIS W | First ImpressionsI had to tell the manager, Viola, THREE times that I had moved out. She still didn't move me out in the computer system so uhaul kept tryng to charge me. I rented a moving truck in order to move out of that storage unit. And they applied the payment I had for the truck to the storage unit that I had just moved out of. And then they called and said they couldn't use that payment because they had applied it to storage instead of truck. But they had already deposited my check into the U-Haul Bank. They also calculated the total amount due incorrectly and now there's a balance due back to me and nobody's contacted me about how that's going to happen. And when I first came in to initially rent said unit. I came in because of a special U-Haul was running.... Free truck with storage rental, or something like that, and the guy at the counter didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Other employees had to come and fill him in
